Zimmer: Groß und geräumig. Möbel teilweise überarbeitungsbedürftig. Durch die Zimmertür fiel Licht vom Flur. Frühstück: Für 5 Euro i.O. (Im Zimmerpreis). Ein zugebuchtes Frühstück für 17,50 Euro nicht i.O.
Siehe oben. Zimmer 202 hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Safe mit Schlüssel, Frühstück Klasse, allerdings stimmen Zeiten nicht mit tatsächlicher Möglichkeit überein. Lage super.
3 Monate vorher für DMB-Tagung gebucht, Dachkammer (Zi. 362) in Seitenhaus mit zwei Schrägen als "Komfortzimmer" erhalten. Zweiter Sessel unter Schräge nicht erreichbar, Kofferablage unter Schräge kaum nutzbar, im Bad Dusche mit hohem Einstieg und Duschtür nicht abschließend- Folge nasser Boden, nasses Badetuch am nächsten Tag nicht ersetzt. Türzarge Bad am Fuß zerbröselt, Schranktüren gerade noch vor Säule zu öffnen. Samstagabend Bar zeitweise ohne Bedienung. Fazit: Zimmer eigentlich nicht zumutbar. Fotos gemacht, allerdings gehe ich davon aus, dass dieses Zimmer so nicht mehr ernsthaft angeboten wird. Trotz Preisnachlass im Grunde nicht aktzeptabel. Man bucht nicht frühzeitig um dann unter Verweis auf ein ausgebuchtes Hotel ein Schrottzimmer zu erhalten. Sollte nicht sein, dass spätere Buchungen bessere Zimmer erhalten können wie Rezeption erklärte.

Friendly welcome, lovely room, excellent location, exceptional breakfast.
It was a great shame their restaurant was closed due to lack of staff, the menu in the room looked excellent. Their alternative facility seemed a poor substitute.
Booking.com need to change the type of rooms that are available at this hotel. There are no rooms with twin beds. In their defence the hotel did communicate this after booking.

Nice location on the river. I didn’t have a particular need for anything other than a hotel in the area as was a long drive overnight stop.
4* I expect individual shampoo / conditioner / shower gel. All was there was 1 bottle of combination to do all 3… with about 1 inch in the bottle. No air con in the room. Was advised in my “Deluxe Room” there would be a small fridge, there wasn’t, and no Sofa bed as advertised. Would advise you double checking with hotel against booking.com these details. Also you have to pay for parking, this was not mentioned.

This is a great hotel, situated just on the edge of the main shopping area and only a 5 minute walk to the first coffee and eatery.
Very quiet and next to the river with a walkway next to it for a morning stroll. Great road access to all directions.
Super easy parking and paid for by the hotel, bonus.

Everything was amazing. The room was wonderful, clean, the beds very confortamble. The people are very nice and the breakfast tasty. Would come anytime here, I recomend it.

I had several special wishes (printing cards, champagne, providing food ...) for my partner. They did everything, no problem no charge, asked whether we were happy. It was very GREAT. Thank you again so much

The view of the river landscape outside the big windows was beautiful. Loved being able to walk right into the heart of Hameln, and the expansive breakfast included.

Great breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff. Great location to visit the town centre or walk to some nice restaurants/bars along the river. Rooms are very large and roomy.
Furniture in desparate need of repair/renovation (split furnier, scratched and stained surfaces). Door to bathroom wouldn't close properly, room door too small for frame and let light in from the sides (!).

Location was really good and scenic
The breakfast buffet was lovely but not vegetarian friendly. The items were not labeled properly creating a confusion as to what meat they contain! The staff during check-in was not welcoming or friendly, felt as if i came there to stay for free.
