We enjoyed our stay. Good neighborhood and convenient to many things. Minutes from the mountains. We were here to visit family so it was nice to have them over to visit in a comfortable setting. The welcome book was a little outdated. The wi fi password etc was not correct but I called the number and Erica was quick to respond and that as helpful.

Great little house that was perfect for our group staying in the area for a softball tourney. Everything was set up accordingly with no need to contact the property manager. Erika reached out to make sure everything was good and it was. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the location for where we were going to be. House was nice size, quiet area. Would stay there again.

The process was very smooth. Location is great. Couldn't get in at first, made one phone call to the property manager and it was taken care of. Loved it , would stay again. There are a few plumbing issues to be dealt with though in both bathrooms. Also the master bedroom door sticks.

I needed a place to host a family gathering. There were six of us in total and the house accommodated us very well. The house had four bedrooms and plenty of room for everybody.

We enjoyed the VRBO rental in Gilbert AZ. Only issues we had are with ants in the kitchen even when no food was present and also that the toilet paper was thin and we had to use twice as much. We want to thank you for sharing your house. It was a real joy.
