Letztendlich wirklich alles. Besonders ist die Freundlichkeit und auch die Harmonie des gesamten Teams, egal ob an der Rezeption, beim Essen, an der Bar oder bei der Zimmerreinigung aufgefallen. Findet man so umfassend eher selten. Ein Abendessen mit toller Aussicht und einem wirklich guten Essen mit hervorragenden Weinen sollte man sich ebenfalls nicht entgehen lassen. Die Zimmer inkl. Bad sind schön, sehr sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Ein großer Parkplatz zu einem fairen Preis steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Ein perfekter Ort, auch mal nur für einen Kurztrip. Die Anlegestelle der Fähre nach Helgoland ist quasi vor der Tür. Entspannter geht es nicht. Vielen Dank, ein großes Lob an euer Team und gerne weiter so.

Die Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche waren ordentlich, modernisiert und sehen ansprechend aus. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet.
Das Hotel zieht von außen sehr schlecht aus! Da passt der Spruch „von außen Pfui, von innen hui“. Da wir zwecks einer Hochzeit das Hotel buchten, hatten wir um eine Möglichkeit zum umziehen oder einen früheren Check in gebeten. Darauf reagierten die Mitarbeiter enorm unflexibel. Nur eine weitere Nacht konnte gebucht werden, die 30% teurer sein sollte als die eigentliche Übernachtung.

Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles im Zimmer, was man braucht. Sehr freundliches Personal. Und eine phantastische Aussicht vom Panorama-Dach beim perfekten Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt.

uvenligt personale, især kneb det meget med hjælpsomheden i receptionen, man nærmest risikerer at blive overfuset.
baren fungerer ikke godt, for det er noget rod selv at skulle hente små dårlige flasker i en butik fordi der ikke et en bartender tilstede, selv midt i åbningstiden

Das Frühstück war opulent. Bemerkenswert angenehm war auch das hohe Niveau der Ausstattung des Frühstücksraumes in der 6. Etage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf Küste und Meer. Der Blick hat mir gefallen. Das Hotel ist gut geführt, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Good location, close to the harbour and with a nice view on the dyke and the harbour. Parking in front of the hotel. Not close to the city center of Cuxhaven, but that is only 15 minutes walk and the city center is not overly interesting. People go to Cuxhaven for the water and this hotel is on the shore. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful
The building itself is a bit unassuming, but that is not so important for me.

No seaview from rooms on the 1st floor and possibly on the 2nd floor (view on the carpark), can see water from the 3rd floor on.

I arrived the hotel at late Sunday afternoon (4.12.2022). I was welcomed at the reception with a wide smile and accepted a room card. Since I didn't reserve dinner beforehand, I thought of finding a restaurant bar outside, yet it was already cold and dark. The lady at the reception told me that she will do her best to arrange some room in the hotel restaurant. luckily she did and I had a wonderful dinner in a very quiet and cozy room (you can see the chef cooking).
**Since my luggage was lost by the flight company at Bremen, I relaid on this hotel as a temporary address, to help me with the delivery of my baggage from its whereabouts. All though I had to leave for Helgoland for the rest of the week (and my bag didn't arrive yet), the hotel crew still helped me for the next 4 days -remotely (the flight company did not contact me- only the hotel) until I got it back.
A million thanks, rest assured I will visit this hotel once more, this time with my friends.

staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. Great location, breakfast is fantastic, wonderful spa bag packed with towels & slippers for the in-house spa area.
Single room was a bit outdated, didn’t match the rest of the beautiful decor.
