We had a great time. We would have loved an on-site hot tub but we did enjoy our time here so much we stay an extra day!

Perfect location to take advantage of multiple entertainment opportunities. Perfect size for us. Many recreational opportunities with the property. Will I’ll stay again

Nice other than being on a busy road with traffic noise

Overall the place was clean . The bathroom window latch was broken and wouldn't lock. It was nice that we had access to the indoor pool at Rumbling Bald resort because it rained almost all weekend, other than that we had a great stay.

Place was very nice. Most important we had was heating. Was so cold during our stay. We were comfortable. Also, was quiet. Bed was also very comfortable and we felt safe. Host was very quick to response every time we text her. We had a wonderful time in this property. Highly recommended.

I wanted to take a solo trip for the first time in my 27 years on this earth, and I wanted to stay near Asheville. I chose Lake Lure because of its proximity, but also because I wanted to be in the woods so I could have a nice and relaxing escape. I couldn't have picked the more perfect spot with this listing! The bed is big and comfy with plenty of pillows, the heater in the bathroom was perfect for showering in the colder months, and the TV was plentiful with options for when I was tucked in for the night. There wasn't much traffic on the road outside the villa, but the traffic that was there was hardly noticeable. I woke up to see the sunrise one morning and sat on the back porch with a cup of tea (complimentary in the kitchenette!) And watched the sunrise and heard the birds chirping. If you're looking for a serene get away, definitely book here! The host was in constant communication, and the check out instructions were easy to complete. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice weekend getaway location. Clean, comfortable unit. Easy access to Rumbling Bald resort. Lots of recreational things at the resort. Very family friendly resort.

We had a great stay at the villa. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. If you're outdoorsy at all there is a lot to do and plenty to see.

Enjoyed our stay with our pets at the Cozy Villa. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Very accommodating

My girlfriend and me stayed here for a weekend getaway and couldn't be more satisfied with the location and comfort we experienced. The villa was clean and warm with all the amenities you will need. I recommend purchasing guest passes to the Rumbling Bald Resort which is just 5 minutes down the road. There we enjoyed some time in the steam room, hot tub and indoor pool after a long hike on the Rumbling Bald Loop Trail, also took advantage of the outdoors playing miniature golf and corn hole. Visited Chimney Rock which was a short 20 minute drive, couldn't ask for a more perfect weekend!

The location was perfect for our needs. The wedding we attended was only a mile down the road and the Victory Kitchen 1/4 mile down the road was great for breakfast. The Legends on the lake also had delicious food. The studio always had a nice cool breeze and we loved the porch. Bed was super comfy. This was a winner. Casey was great to communicate with as she was very prompt and helpful.

This place was awesome! It was very clean, well decorated, every light switch was labeled, and the porch is really nice too!

I would go back again. It's close to the Resort and a there is store is conveniently located in walking distance from the property.

My boyfriend and I visited lake lure for a relaxing weekend and this property was perfect! The house was clean and conveniently located! It was right near the lake, dining, and golf! We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was comfortable and as advertised. Only issue was with the toilet that was not flushing properly and overflowing. I had to use the plunger and many times chose to avoid using it, which was very inconvenient. Casey was very responsive, but the final repair took several days. I would have liked to have been offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.
