Superb location. Well equipped beautiful villa, clean and spacious.

The location was just perfect! The beds were super comfy. A perfect villa for a sociable holiday. The best views on the island. Will definately be back to this beautiful town

There was not enough hot water for 9 guests which meant at least 5 of us taking cold showers on a daily basis. When I contacted the host I was told the tank had limited capacity. I think this needs improved. Also the WiFi code on the welcome pack was wrong - this needs updated. The decor of the villa is quite dated and some modernisation would really enhance this perfectly located villa. Also more toilet rolls would be good - we had to buy more

The beds are old... uncomfortable and two of us were bitten badly There are only 2 bedrooms with air conditioning so it would be very uncomfortable in high season It is advertised as a 4 bathrooms...but one bathroom is in the garden...so pointless in the middle of the night...so 3 bathrooms only The agency is is useless...you can't get hold of them because they seem to work half days and they still owe me money from my deposit one month later...they seem to think that if they ignore me I will go away

The location was absolutely fantastic and the house was beautifully furnished.

The temperature during the week was between 30/32 degrees and the humidity was between 80/90percent. This was a real problem at night particularly as only 2 of the bedrooms had air conditioning. Also there were mosquitoes in the house on arrival and this proved problematic during the week.The only other issue was the quality of the bed linen which was disappointing.

Loved the property. It was excellent for a group of ten. Loved the location. Beside the sea, restaurants and close to a number of supermarkets. Public transport within 5 minute walk!

Mainly the mosquitoes! Prevented us sitting out enjoying the beautiful sunsets on the lovely veranda. No matter what lotions some of us tried they did not work against the tiger mosquito!

This property is amazing and is so handy with the centre of Port De Soller. It is also right on the sea front so meters from the beach. BBQ is excellent and we enjoyed using it a couple of nights. The space as a whole is amazing and you kind of feel you don't utilise it enough if I'm honest. The area is lovely and quiet after around 2300 and doesn't have any issues with loud music or public disorder that other areas of majorca have issues with. Communications with Portic Villas are excellent via email and what's app and they couldn't have been more helpful during the stay and prior to arrival and departure. Welcome pack is full of good information but have a read withe egads to bins etc before you come to leave.

We were a little more than surprised that not all bedrooms had AC units fitted. The two main bedrooms upstairs did but the others only had ceiling fans which is something to bear in mind if booking at the height of summer. I'm not so sure I would be keen to book in those periods. I would have expected a property for this price and of this overall quality to have full air conditioning. Im not sure how transparent this information is when booking. I must admit it was something we simply assumed. Wi-fi was provided but found to be weak in many areas of the house. Router is in living room and would benefit from a couple of booster stations to strengthen around the house in my opinion. We have never seen an electricity cap put on a property before where you then have to pay for any used above this and want something i noticed or found to be upfront when booking to be honest. We were hardly in the property and didn't use the cooker etc and were only using three bedrooms and we still over used on electric. The advice from the owner is to switch of AC and fans etc during the day which we largely did but we had to leave the fan on in our room as if we didn't it was simply to hot to cool down to a comfortable level. This meant we had a 2.80 Euro excess bill on departure which wasn't much but it could have been much more had we been using all rooms and cooking on oven each night. We were also a little disappointed by the quality of the pillows for what is a 5 star property and felt they could have been more comfortable.
