Great house but be aware that the AC is really only upstairs

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basic lodging. Only serious problem was the lack of functioning air conditioning. It was in the 90s during our stay and neither of the two split units put out cold air. We slept with doors and windows open, which led to other issues. Also, the management company inundates you with communication. I received no fewer than 20 texts and emails from the company about check in and check out. It got annoying.

Ridgeway is an incredible town and these accommodations did not disappoint.

Second time staying here and did not disappoint. Love proximity to town… can walk to stores and restaurants. Will be back in October again for the changing of the leaves and can’t wait!

Loved the house very clean, had everything! Rooms very spacious and beds were comfortable..so was the couch! Nice views except.... The only thing that I would have to say is that this: gorgeous decks, but noisy from Telluride traffic. I didn't realize it was on Sherman(main street) so very busy. Needs something for a noise barrier or privacy while out on decks drinking AM coffee in jammies.

We love the location of the home! The house is very clean and well appointed. Thanks for another great stay!

We traveled every day to beautiful spots like Ouray, and Telluride. Enjoyed Ridgeway as well nice long weekend with the family

We stayed here during the Rodeo, and the parade went right in front of the house! Great view! We were able to walk to the park, Rodeo & many restaurants, which was nice. When we checked in, the 2nd key was not there & it took a few attempts to reach property management. There is definitely some road noise from the traffic to & from Telluride, but it did not bother us much. Master bedroom was nice, but the other room with queen sized bed was pretty small. Thus our friends overflowed into the bunk bed room. I would stay here again, but not with more than 4 people.

I got up early every morning just to take in the mountain views. The Cimarrons Mountains / San Juan range is beautifully viewed over the town of Ridgway. The house is new and modern as shown and the kitchen is well equipped. Walkable to all of the town of Ridgway. Great bike path from town to Ridgway Reservior. Lovely place to stay.

We stayed in Ridgway for a weekend of skiing at Telluride. The house and location were ideal for walking to restaurants and grocery store in Ridgway.

The house was super clean and well appointed with great linens and a stocked kitchen. The home was comfortable for our family and the ambiance was enjoyable. Within walking distance to everything in Ridgway. We were a short drive to Telluride for days of skiing. Thank you for a great weekend!

I brought my family of 5 to Ridgway and we had a ball. Drove to Telluride to ski a couple of day and it was great. The house was clean and comfortable. It was in within walking distance of everything. The only comment I would have is that there wasn’t enough clothes storage. No dressers, only closets space, but other than that it was a great home!

The house is perfect, well-located and well-stocked. Walking distance from everything in downtown Ridgway, and an ideal centrally-located base for exploring the San Juans and surrounding towns. Great host as well. Hope to return next year.

This home was an awesome location, central to where we wanted to go and the accommodations were great! Very cozy, clean and well-stocked home. The views at night were amazing and it is close to town, easy to walk to stores and restaurants. If I had a complaint it would be the traffic in front of the home - more than you'd expect, but nothing you can do about that:)

Lots of attention to detail. You had us at the yellow chairs! Bit of traffic noise during the day but quiets right down at night. Well-appointed kitchen and rooms. Easy drive to Ouray without the touristy chaos of Ouray. Downstairs bed needs a refresh ... quite spongy. Previous tenant must have had a dog which left clumps of dog hair in multiple places that were not cleaned up. Not good if you have allergies. For the high price and the steep cleaning fee, it should have been spotless. We were asked to complete cleaning chores (start laundry, gather and take out garbage), chores I don't mind but seem too much when paying such a high cleaning fee. Multiple taxes were excessive and not explained. Overall, a great place.
