great views, was a surprise to see a snow!

Property was great everything was awesome definitely will be back..

The cabin was freezing when we first arrived.Took a while to figure out how to heat up the main level. The downstairs level doesn’t have a thermostat, only space heaters. The game room everything is broken. The pool sticks were all busted couldn’t even play. The ping pong table in the garage the net was broken couldn’t play that either. There was no board games to play. Everything they had was just thrown in the cabinets like mixed game pieces everywhere and a bunch of vhs tapes and cassettes. We had an electricity issue. The plugs on the lower level didn’t work. Couldn’t plug in the fireplace it wouldn’t come on. The light switches in that bottom bedroom and the bathroom went out. So at night we had to use our phone flashlights for light. Overall it’s was a great location right on the lake. But it really needs some cleaning and updating. As well as new linens and beds. Omg those bed mattresses were hard as rocks. Unfortunately I will not recommend this cabin to a friend.

Great location for a cabin getaway. Enjoyed walking down to the nearby beach and playground. Luckily weather cooperated with us for late February. Only negative was some of the amenities pictured were in dire need of repair. Just as an example, almost all the pool sticks were broken. At the end of the day, we all had fun regardless.

It was a great 3 days staying in your Cabin. It was huge for just the 4 of us. My parents had a great time in the cabin and walking around the lake front and around the area. It’s very convenient as Yosemite National Park was closeby. We all had an awesome time. Looking forward to coming back to Pine mountain lake again in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful location on a beautiful and serene lake. Our extended family had a relaxing time at the cabin and look forward to returning to the lake again! The cabin is in need of updating but its location was worth it.

The home was spacious. We had fun with the pool table. That being said, we were supposed to check in at 4, but the house was still not quite ready by 4:30. The house was not cleaned well, we found clothes and undergarments in closets. Also dishes were dirty and we had to hand wash anything before use. The dishwasher was filthy on the inside. The dryer was not working (and we were not informed beforehand) so we had soggy clothes from our day at the snow, with no way to dry them. Water was coming in through the floors downstairs and the carpets were wet. We brought this to the attention of the person who reached out to check how things were and all we got back was “would you like fresh linens?” Also, trying to get in through the front door without getting soaked by the waterfall by the steps was another fun challenge!

Very nice home with beach access. Trouble with the heat was challenging…as the first night was freezing. However Vacasa staff was superb and took care of everything quickly! ❤️🥰

Location was perfect, the only down fall was both refrigerators didn’t work. We had to put our food in the freezer.

We arrived and the kitchen fridge and various outlets weren’t working. This was the first night. Second night we loss complete power. Lights would turn on and then suddenly turn off. Breakers weren’t tripped. Then my daughter was complaining about the shower hurting. I originally thought it was just the pressure of the spray. Then my wife and sister both said they felt a tingle/shock when they touched the water. Immediately called prop manager to send an electrician. So we spent the second night totally in the dark with no electricity and avoided using the water. Next morning an electrician arrived and concluded that there was voltage in the water and pge was needed to survey the electrical problems. So my vacation that I had planned for over 8 months was cut short. Short story, we ended up having to vacate the premises due to unsafe living conditions. I understand that older homes will have problems. But I think this one could’ve been avoided had a thorough check of the house been conducted prior to our arrival. Took time off work to plan this vacation, had family flown in , money spent on food and drinks for our 5day trip. All went to waste due to faulty electrical wiring.

The location was excellent! The property was just old and shabby enough that we didn’t over worry about the kids playing too hard. They loved the lake, stuffed animals and games.

The description was accurate. It's right in front of the lake and play area. House had everything as listed in the listing. The pool table was a hit for our group. We had some issues with the heater but the maintenance team came up and delivered extra heaters as well.

But fittings are really old. Property managers were very helpful with providing extra room heaters and blankets as it was really cold in the basement . One of the kitchen cupboard doors was broken and the bathroom light in the basement was not working .

We really loved the space it really fit all 10 of us and it had a few games to entertain us plus we got to see lots of Wilde life

Rental is just near the public beach. House is kind of old. May the aesthetics owner wants. There are lot of indoor games for a big group to enjoy.

This home was very spacious & the location was perfect. Right in front of the beach. Waterfront! It is perfect for families. It was so nice to be able to just run back up to the cabin from the beach for lunch, naps and the bathroom. The only downside to this cabin is that it’s old and was a little dirty. Although everything worked. Thank you & we would stay here again!

For the money that was spent on this rental, I feel we did not get what was advertised nor what we paid for. We have been coming to PML for decades and have been at this house more than 5 times. It seems that in the last 20+ years not a penny has been spent to replace/repair anything that has been damaged by the renters and it shows. We had fond memories of this house and PML in general. Unsure we will ever com e back or use Vacasa ever again due to this experience.

Nice family home away from home. Plenty of games to enjoy and the lakefront was a beauty.
