Reserve este lugar porque llegaba a Nairobi Terminus, y salia al dia siguiente del aeropuerto internacional, entonces la ubicacion me vino fantastica. Si bien esta alejado de todo, tiene al menos un supermercado a unos 500mts, y la zona parece segura. Los apartamentos estan en unos condominios privados y cerrados. El chico de seguridad de la madrugada (que era cuando tenia que salir para el aeropuerto) muy simpatico y servicial, me ayudo a hablar con el Uber que habia solicitado. Caroline y la chica de limpieza muy amables y serviciales. El apartamento agradable y limpio, con terracita donde poder fumar.

Llegue con un Uber, y nos costo saber que apartamento era, a pesar de haber cruzado mensajes en Booking solicitando la ubicacion exacta, solo me pasaron el nombre de los condominios, pero no el apartamento, y nadie sabia decirnos cual era... eso llegando sola y de noche la verdad que se sufre un poco. Mi ducha no tenia agua caliente la noche que llegue, lo cual luego de casi 12 horas de viaje me era realmente necesaria. Mi mensaje reclamandolo fue respondido al dia siguiente. Lo compensaron regalandome un cafe con leche a la mañana, lo cual aprecio como gesto. Al dia siguiente vino un chico a arreglarlo. Ducha sin cortina que moja todo el baño. Enchufe lejos de la cama

The bed and room were very comfortable. The shower was also really good. The room was clean and well kept. And there was free wifi.

I had no idea that there were other people living in the house. I wish this had been communicated first. There were also a lot of mosquitos and no net.

The guys there help you with everything so your stay goes on without any issues, even at the airport before check-in and after check-out

No elevator, so be careful if you carry heavy luggage (although I'm pretty sure the guys would give you a hand)
