Daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Berwind Resort.
Condo was clean and well maintained and spacious,beautiful beach that was uncrowded, grounds of the property was well maintained and our host Luis was on point with everything. Would stay again.

This has been the best stay thus far! I have used VRBO before. But I was so pleased with our stay. The home was beautiful and exactly as described! Our host was very attentive and responsive. He checked in with us the following day to see how our 1st night was. I have a 8 month old and rented some baby equipment for my stay. He allowed the furniture to be brought in a day earlier so everything can be ready for my arrival. Our family was so pleased with everything. My older son was so happy to have his own bathroom and bedroom. The private access to the beach was a plus! We utilized it on our last day so we can relax. Thank you for everything and we will be back!

I really liked the experience here, i like quiet places and this one was it. Wish the pool were more cleanner but is part of the area maintenance. Amazing property to rest, chill and enjoy the beach

I was very impressed with the apartment. Everything was as described. All we did was sleep at the apartment. Very comfortable stay for a family of 5.

The property is fantastic! The condo was clean, comfortable and had many extras. We enjoyed the quiet grounds and beach-side pool. Luis was a great host and truly very helpful. He communicated well and provided good tips on local places. I highly recommend this condo.

The place was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. Luis was very good with communication and place was in middle of Fajardo and San Juan. Would highly recommend.

We highly recommend this property for its comfort, quietness, location, amenities, and the host.
Ideally located property with loads of amenities.
Instructions provided were accurate and easy. Luis (host) went beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable. He even had Puerto Rican Coffee available for us to enjoy.
This 2 bedroom condo is super comfortable and quiet. You have a partial sea view and will hear the sea/waves which is a bonus.
There is a full service restaurant 200 meters away in case you want to eat out. Grocery stores are 5 minutes by car.

Beautiful condo! Close and easy access to beach and pool, close to the rain forest as well. The home was clean, air conditioning worked quickly to cool the home , kitchen was perfect, everything was wonderful! We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the condo it was SO Nice! The owner is so helpful and kind, we hope to revisit sometime soon.

Perfect retreat getaway
This apartment was very relaxing from the time we got there until we left. It was decorated well, but not overly so. The space was clean and functional. The beach right outside the apartment is beautiful and great for sitting and relaxing, though the water may not be ideal for children or adults who are weaker swimmers given the strong currents. The pool and playground are perfect for families with children. Perfect location for accessing Luquillo and El Yunque.

It was a beautiful and comfortable space. The beach in front is easily accessible. The location is very convenient to visiting surrounding attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.

Private Paradise!!!
The communication with Mr. Luis was very good , he always attended to all our concerns. But the other owners or residents of the complex were not friendly , courteous and some disrespectful with us and to our understanding they do not like that they rent and they think they are the only ones who have access in the complex making question about who are you?? I've never seen them ?? where are they staying??The pool does not have chairs , it does have a grill area, the security were friendly. The beach is not for swimmers, it is dangerous , but you can enjoy walking on the shore is Beautiful . Thanks Mr. Rosario !!

This was a very cozy, comfortable place to stay. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The beach is right there with spectacular views. We even saw some shooting stars!

Great stay but could be better
Good place and quiet neighboorhood with access to private beach. The only thing bad is on the Third Floor with No elevator so you have to lift all your suitcases 2 flight up stairs
No straight view to the beach only to parking lot.
