Retro clock in the room looked cool, but had to wear earplugs at night to block the “ticking” of the clock.

We couldn't check in early even though we are BonVoy Members. We has three rooms and just wanted to check into one of them. My husband talked to a manager and he let us in. I requested towel ..had to get my own. Not a prob. Will not stay at an Aloft again. was disappointed

We loved everything about it!!!! All the way down to the fun wallpaper in the bathroom.

It was a very "cool" place to stay. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Only one working elevator. The elevator that did work was extremely slow and double-sided so that the staff would enter at the rear of the elevator at the same time as the guests. On more than one occasion, the staff would take up the entire elevator so that the guests would have to wait several minutes for it to "cycle" back to pick them up. The decor was strange and the room was considerably smaller than what was depicted to me when I made our reservation.

The room was spacious.

The friday staff on june 30,2023 need to work more on customer service as i booked the room under my name but they want to know names of other people staying with me. I have stayed in countless hotels and i put 4 people staying and i usually just tell the reception desk i want 2 keys and they dont need to ask all the names of people staying in the room with me. LOL. This place is different. They are not friendly at all and not guide you thru when checking in. Also, there was no toilet paper when we reached to our room after we checked in. Also i dont see anywhere that they dont do housekeeping daily. But they didnt do housekeeping daily. The pool is not maintained well so we didnt even get in that pool. Also the elevator smells. I understand its pet friendly. We love pets. Nothing wrong with that. But please make sure you keep the place clean, the sheets, the floor clean as there are pees of dogs on the floor in the room. As well as in the elevator. It needs more housekeeping staff. Our view was nice. Room was spacious. Other than that, everything else was a No no for me. I will rather stay somewhere else next time.

The staff was great, the lady at the front desk is awesome, outside of that i was okay, nothing to write home about, the price suites everything that was provided. I paid less than $300 for 2 nights so its ok

Unsecured Wi-Fi, i ended up missing meeting because my company would not connect to open unsecured Wi-Fi, The Wi-Fi even for personal use was basic, i couldn't connect for a while. Very inconvenience

The fridge did not work at all. Mattress pad had blood stains under the sheets. Staff offered new room.
