Everything was so nice and updated... close proximity to the beach and located in the perfect area to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. Easy parking close by too. The condo had everything you could want and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful too - it was the most relaxing stay with a gorgeous beach view for sunsets. Just what we needed to get refreshed and relaxed... Perfect!

Condo is great and very relaxing. Very clean, comfortable, with about everything you need for a great vacation. Fantastic patio overlooking the gulf is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon wine or cocktail.

Really enjoyed the condo and the surroundings. The resort was very nice and well kept. The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. We would love to stay here again.

We've been coming to 30A for years and always try a new VRBO location just to get a different experience. I think this property is the one we will likely just return to every time we come back to 30A. Where to begin? The views are stunning, the convenience to everything is unmatched (beach, pool, restaurants, shops, etc...). There is just no better experience from our perspective. And the property was clearly remodeled/upgraded so it was perfect. Owner was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. No need to keep searching. This is the place you want to stay!

Condo had AMAZING ocean views, and was located in THE most perfect spot! Easy to get to beach, pool, and walking distance to all the shops. Perfect place to walk and explore, as well as riding bikes all over!!! Walk to dinner each night, and enjoyed a few trips to Kilwins after. The community is so pedestrian friendly. The Condo was beautiful, full of natural lighting. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Love having my morning coffee on patio enjoying the views of an emerald green ocean! We will definitely be back!!

We loved staying in this condo with our family. Very centrally located on 30A for walking/biking to dining/shopping/beaches, etc. The condo is updated & clean, has the best views of the ocean & had plenty of room for our 2 teens to spread out.

Cory and Rob are the ultimate hosts! The location can’t be beat. The condo is updated and always clean. We had everything we needed to just relax. The patio area is well protected so we could enjoy sitting outside even on windy days. You can enjoy dinner and a cocktail while watching spectacular sunsets. My only concern is that our perfect hidden gem has been discovered! Good thing we’re already rebooked for next year!

Wonderful location and property with views to die for. Was clean and well stocked for us. Owner was quick to communicate and addressed very minor issues promptly. Plenty of storage space and was a great week stay. Already planning or next trip here.

We loved this condo. We’ve stayed at a couple places in the complex and this was by far the cleanest and most updated. Would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay! The condo is updated with sunning views. Very easy check-in process. Kitchen had everything we needed. Quick access to the beach which has fine soft sand and perfect calm waters for 3 and 7 year olds. The pool and hot tub were nice. Walkable to a small shopping area directly across the street, Rosemary beach and Alys beach. Thank you Cory!!

The Evette Jolie Beach House was the best vacation. So close to Rosemary and Alys Beach restaurants, shops and farmers market that you don't need a car. Biking and walking is perfect. But all you have to do is look out the window or open the sliding door to impress your senses with the privilege of a far away retreat. You will think you are on a tropical island by yourself and that kind of relaxation was exactly what I needed. The space and amenities did not disappoint. You will be so happy with your choice.

Property was exacting like the photos and located in a prime spot. Easy to walk or bike to everything. Our family had such a good time. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Evette Jolie By The Sea in June of 2022 and it was AMAZING! Our trip included my wife and 1yr old daughter along with another couple. I can truly say that we were highly impressed with not just the condo itself but also the resort itself. The location and services are superb as we rarely had to get into our car and drive, most everything you need can be found on foot and won't take but a 5-10min walk to reach. Our hosts provided us a 5 page document of all the amentities and services offered around the area, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. The condo was very spacious, clean, and up-to-date, plus it's on the ground level so you don't have to worry about carrying things up and down stairs or an elevator. If you are looking to vacation with friends, family, or with little ones then this is the place for you. 5 Stars on everything!

The pros: the proximity to the beach is great, not only in general but also within the property. It’s right next to the entry to the beach. The view of the ocean is amazing!! Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from your room. The master has gorgeous views to greet you each morning. The proximity to amazing shopping at Rosemary Beach is perfect. The condo is stocked with hand soaps and hotel-sized shampoo. The gated community is nice. The security was wonderful. The owner and their concierge responded very quickly to questions which was helpful. The beds are comfortable and the bedding was clean. The cons: The condo itself needs some TLC. It was very clean, just dated. The freezer shelf was pretty rusty and it leaked water into the fridge, which didn’t maintain a very cold temp. There were multiple extra chairs and beach toys outside, which is great, but it also served as a place for roaches to gather. To be clear, I never saw one inside, but saw them outside on the patio every evening. All of the plates and bowls are heavy and a bit hard to reach. I’m 5’5” and stressed every time I had to get on my toes to try and bring heavy bowls down to use for kid snacks. The hand-towel holder in the master fell off in my hand and had clearly not been appropriately affixed to the wall. Lastly, maybe just a personal pet-peeve, but everything is labeled. From how to flush the toilet (I get this) to where to plug in the toaster, place each cup, bowl, etc, the entire condo had a label maker vomit all over it. There are some beautifully designed elements within it and the labels really took away from the experience. We all loved the view and the location but will not stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this rental! It was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was great having beach chairs available to us to bring to the beach each day. The location is also amazing, so close to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the beach access point. The hosts weresuper responsive and helpful with anything we needed!

The property was great! Exactly as pictured, clean, communication was excellent, check in/out process was seamless. No issues at all! Owners are wonderful to communicate with. You can tell the property is managed very well. This was our family’s first stay in Rosemary and we will most definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful all the way around would highly recommend this 2 bed 2 bath fully renovated condo to anyone wanting to spend sometime at the beach. The private beach access coupled with the view from this ground floor condo was exactly what we needed. A relaxed atmosphere with lots of fun and food within walking distance in all directions. The inside of the condo was clean with new flooring, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, they did a great job. As with all vacations there were a couple of hiccups, lightning had struck the pool a couple days before we arrived and they weren't able to get it working until the day we left but the pool looked nice. Also note that if you are there during a busy time you need to get to the beach stand early to get a front row set of chairs and umbrella. We figured this out on day 3. Finally just for the property managers information I am pretty sure the laundry washing machine is toast. There are lots of directions on how to balance it and not overload it but I think it just plain doesn't work now. Worth checking out. All in all we are not a super easy family to please but everyone says this condo is a 5 start find. All the best!

This condo was in perfect condition. Great beach views! Short walk to the beach and to many restaurants in Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys beach. The complimentary beach chairs with umbrella was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation and this property was fabulous. Nice location and the condo had all the amenities one could ask for. It was located right on the beach so easy access and you could see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to relax and be right on the beach.

This property is amazing! View is incredible and location is walking distance to everything you need! So comfortable and beautifully decorated. First on our list in this area!

Cory and Rob were great hosts! We loved every minute of our stay! It's a nicely done updated 2bed/2bath that's right on the beach. The resort is very nice and we loved walking to the beach, riding around town on bikes, and some fabulous restaurants within walking distance. It's a great spot and would definitely recommend to others! Thanks again for hosting us!

This was our 1st time to 30A area. We could not have chosen a better location! We enjoyed walking to the beach and if we needed lunch, drinks, etc. Crabby Steve's was on our way to the short walk to the beach!
