Very comfortable dog friendly home that our family could relax and have fun vacationing in. We enjoyed the resort’s pool, shuttle to the beach, fitness center and restaurant. The community was quiet and sitting on the back porch facing the lake with fountain was a great escape.

Comfortable and nicely decorated townhome. Quiet and pretty view from deck & screened porch. 3rd bedroom (upper level) was spacious. Ideal location to Bethany Beach. Shuttle service was fantastic (friendly drivers) and we enjoyed indoor/outdoor pools. Great neighborhood for walking our 2 dogs and riding bicycles with our kids. 3rd time at Bear Trap Dunes community and very much enjoyed another visit!

It was a nice place to come back to after a day at the beach! The neighborhood was perfect to walk our dogs. Short distance to the beach was great too! We loved the screened in porch with a view of the pond and water fountain. The Bear Trap amenities were also great!

Loved staying at this condo in Bear Trap. Very convenient to all things Bethany and plenty of space! The decor makes you feel very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything that you would need for your vacation. The screened in porch was truly a game changer in terms of the relaxation it provided with the humming of the water fountain. It made sippin' on some coffee in the morning or some adult beverages at night an enjoyable experience. Our beagle and chihuahua couldnt get enough of the view either. They were very content. We brought a baby gate with us so that our dogs wouldn't go up and down the stairs to the entrance of the condo, and it was a perfect solution. Truly a wonderful rental, just wish we had found it years ago when our kids were younger - they would have loved the loft bedroom. We are empty nesters now and we will most certainly be back!

We had a nice stay . Great weather for Sept beautiful beach days ! House was comfortable but needs a heavy cleaning. Ceiling fans and under beds bathroom drains very slow drainage.

We had a wonderful week in the Bethany Beach area! The home was lovely and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings and for morning coffee! We hope to return some day. Thank you!

we chose this place to celebrate our fortieth anniversary. it was our first time not staying ocean front over the years...but this place afforded a home for our four-legged son, Tuscan. we fell in love with the park-like setting in front (the squirrels were wonderful!) the back view of the property, the screened in porch, the lake with the fountain was visually and acoustically charming. sleeping at night with the bedroom windows open...was serene with water sounds. the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. the breakfast was charming...exceptionally so. would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property for about a week. Some cleanliness issues when we arrived. Property is over 10 years old and showing some wear but still a good value. Fed back a number of issues we had with the listing that Vacasa should have caught to include cleaning some areas of the kitchen. Bed in MB was comfortable. Issue with TV in living room not connected to cable and only had Roku which was a minus. At least we had cable in bedroom. Vacasa tried to fix but couldn't, had to call cable company and never heard anything else. Liked that condo had plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped but If you are more mature, toilets are a bit challenging as they are kiddie sized toilets. Overall, a good value for price.

Great place to stay with plenty of room and amenities for an enjoyable stay. The place was not very clean when we arrived (likely Vacasa's issue and not the renters) so we had to vacuum, clean tables, etc. Bought passes for Bear Trap Dunes ($50 per person) and the pool was very nice and clean. Shuttle to/from the beach was good, but a couple easy changes would make it more efficient (less wait time). Staff on-site and drivers were great. Great location to Bethany Beach, surrounding beaches, lots of restaurants, and shops.

We’ve stayed at different Bear Trap places for past 5 years and all are so nice. This one was especially nice with the closed loft allowing for more privacy than some of the others. Overall layout also very nice and made family of 6 very comfortable. The only fault (and this is really scraping) is the refrigerator. A little dated, noisy, and the ice maker/water didn’t work well. But, really, a very nice place. Hope to be back!

This 'home away from home' was quite cozy! Great double porch (screened & sun:) Plus, enjoyed the fireplace on chilly/rainy nights. However, owners in need of new mattresses; especially the king size bed in master bedroom !

Wonderful stay!
This home is gorgeous! It has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully kept. The home itself is also extremely neat and clean. We loved being able to bring our dog along. His favorite spot was the screened-in porch. He would sit outside for hours admiring the gorgeous view. I highly recommend this house!

Absolutely beautiful!
Clean, bright, tall ceilings! Loved the screened in porch. Lots of room! Eat in kitchen was perfect for midnight snack or reading the morning paper. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms! Beautiful view of the pond with fountain. We had a great visit.

The bed in king room uncomfortable as well as couch, this has been our 5th time renting at bear trap first time for such uncomfortable bed otherwise very nice home, we were not aware that towels would be provided could have been more communication regarding what is provided and what is not, would rent again hopefully with new bed and couch!

The updated 60F October Glory was great. It’s been almost two years since we had been down to Bethany Beach. We have been coming down for the last twenty years. The place was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Dishes and silverware were all good to use. Pots and pans as well. The dining room and living room were well decorated with nice furniture. All TVs were updated and easy to use. The sunroom was well decorated with supplies for the beach to use. The only downside was the king size bed. Wish it had been more supportive. Great place to stay.

The updated 60F October Glory was great. It’s been almost two years since we had been down to Bethany Beach. We have been coming down for the last twenty years. The place was very clean.
