Property is as advertised. We really liked it here. Clean and nicely accented. Games etc in house along with all the essentials. The store wasnt very far away when in need of anything else. Fire pit was awesome on a chilly night. Will definitely consider staying here on our next Eufala trip. Owner was helpful and easy to get in contact with.

The property is very large with plenty of room for a large group. Lots of options for entertainment provided. Would highly recommend!

A bunch of friends and myself met up in Eufaula for a long girls weekend. This house was very nice - lots of open space for chatting and enjoying each other’s company. There’s plenty to do inside with games and activities provided my the owner. The kitchen has many amenities and tools available for cooking any meal desired. There was no WiFi provided at this property.

Very nice home as described in listing. Plenty to do inside home if weather doesn't cooperate. Great location in that it's just outside of town for convenience and seclusion. Jennifer was very easy and responsive to communicate with and wants you to enjoy your stay in their home. Plenty of room for large groups as we had nine guests and all enjoyed our time here. Will definitely look at staying here again if our family vacations at Eufaula in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! Five of us ladies came from OKC for a quick weekend. Don't ask us about the beaches or the sights - we basically did not leave the house. We just needed a couple days to relax and catch up after a year of not seeing each other nearly enough. This was the perfect place! The location is great - not far from town, close to beaches. But if your lake day gets rained out, this is where you want to be. Shuffleboard, pool, darts, a cabinet full of games, and smart TV. You will not be bored. They have made a great use of the space and it's clear that a lot of thought and work have gone into it. There were a few items that we forgot to bring, but it turned out they had everything we needed there already. Jennifer was so friendly and made the whole process very easy. We want to go back! Note: If you have anyone with mobility issues, be aware that this house has multiple levels and lots of steps. It might be difficult for some people to negotiate. We were very careful and it was fine. I would be concerned about smaller children (toddlers) for the same reason. It's all hard surfaces and there are some places where a fall would be scary. But older kids will love this place!

Easy to find. Great communication from the owner. My family absolutely loved staying here and so did I. Will definitely be staying again!!! Great view from both lower and upper deck.

The amenities with this vacation home is perfect for all families. Clean well kept rental near the water front. Best experience in Oklahoma!

We had a great time! Our group ranged in age from 1 to 61 and each and every person had a wonderful time. We played games, made crafts, watched movies, and enjoyed the property and our time together. The scenery was beautiful. Jennifer left an awesome snack basket, which we really - especially the kiddos - appreciated. Thanks again.

Susie (owner) was incredibly helpful and responsive - responded within a couple of hours if not minutes and provided a lot of great detailed information about the house and neighborhood. We were coming with two 3-year-olds and a 6-year old as well as 5 adults. There was a very thoughtful welcome basket with snacks, beach balls, and other toys for the kids there upon arrival, lots of board games, a kiddie pool, regulation shuffle board, and pool table all in great shape. paper products and a full kitchen was really helpful. Rooms were spacious, lots of beds and plenty of linens and towels for showers and beach. Huge deck was great for being outside with family and though we didn't use them, large well-kept grills were there for use as well. Close to downtown for groceries, take out, ice cream, etc. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend the property and owner for anyone needing a place in this area.

It’s a great place to stay...a home away from home. It’s loaded with things to do - from billiards, to shuffleboard, darts, board games, corn hole, and more. The kitchen is well equipped to cover most of your cooking needs. Well appointed and very comfortable place to stay in the Eufaula area. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

What a great home for our family vacation. We are ages 25-87 and all had a good time. We all thought the games were fun, but relaxing on the deck was also enjoyable. We enjoyed the house so much, we never went out to eat and grilled in every night. Susie was pleasant and responsive and we were greeted with a lovely snack basket. Also, we were not concerned about Covid as the house was very clean and sanitizers were located throughout the house - thanks for that!

This property was great, and the owners were awesome to work with! They left a personalized gift basket, and had more than enough towels, blankets, and full size toiletries to accomodate our large party. Loved it!

This property did not disappoint. My wife and I were there for our anniversary for 2 nights and we wished we could have stayed more. It’s set up for a family or 2 families to enjoy, but also plenty of peace and quiet for just two adults to enjoy. Overall we had a great time here and will be coming back with our friends and kids at some point in the next few months.

Our fishing trip to Eufaula was a short but fun one! This house is large and accommodated our family of 6 very nicely. Plenty of things to do inside when the heat outside was sweltering. The big screen TV, pool table, and shuffleboard are not found in many rentals. It was also very well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, and extra stuff like toothbrushes and paste in case you forgot your own. Upon entering the home, we were suprised with a huge basket of snack goodies. A wonderful touch! The owner really goes out of her way to make your visit pleasant and is very easy to communicate with. Although we could walk down to the lake from the house, we had to drive to get to a swimming area, but it was only a mile away so that wasn't too bad. There were also marinas nearby to rent boats or wave runners.

The pictures of the house were the same in person, very clean, very satisfied, could not have been more pleased with everything! Will definitely stay again!!! We had so much fun playing pool, shuffle board and darts besides being on the lake. Very happy and satisfied great weekend!!

It was plenary of room for the family to enjoy each other. The games at the residence was amazing. The owners responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely rent this house again.

We all had a wonderful time and plenty of room and lots of all types of games and even tho it rain most of the time we were there and electricity was out for at least 10 hours we all still have a wonderful memorable time and the owner was very helpful and great with all communicatiion.....would recommend it for anyone .....

The house it self was very nice. We used down stairs and all it’s amenities. When we arrived there was a red ant problem above the kitchen, but we resolved it with fabric softeners. At this time of year Oklahoma was flooding so we took that into consideration. The patio could have used a wipe down, but overall the house was very nice. Susie is great to work with. We would considering renting again and coming back. My family and friends enjoyed there stay. Adult and kid friendly. This lake house gave us a great experience.

When my family and friends arrived we thought we had arrived at the wrong address. The photos are deceiving. 1. House was not clean, floors dirty and under the cushions of the couches they were nasty. 2. Lots of spiders in the home , windows inside needed cleaning. 3. Outside needed power washing especially the front porch and the deck. 4. Trees needed trimming and yard needed mowed. 5. Beds were not comfortable to sleep on either. Just was not what we were expecting for the price.

Was everything we wanted. Plenty of room. 14 total guest. Between beds, air mattresses and couches had enough room. We loved the amenities in the evening when we were relaxing. Pool table, shuffle board, darts. We plan on staying there for our 31st fishing camp.

The house was very accommodating and set up very nice for entertaining large groups. Plenty of space for parking boats. Home owner was great to work with and quick to respond.

This house was the middle point for our family in Texas and Missouri and was more than spacious enough to accommodate us all. Susie was very welcoming and communicated great throughout the process. We had a great time.

Spent a lot of time cooking and playing pool plenty of deck room when we were outside and plenty of room to enjoy time inside overall fun and enjoyable not far from town but just far enough. The home owner is very helpful and very nice when you have any questions always there if you need something

We loved our family time at this spacious, warm and comfortable home. Directions from Susie were great, neighborhood was quiet, kitchen was well-equipped and living spaces were very comfortable. We enjoyed the natural light from the numerous windows and watched a few birds too. I had my doubts that one full bathroom and a half-bath would be enough, but we had no issues. We had plenty of towels, linens and extra blankets. We loved the kitchen range with griddle! The weekend turned out to be below freezing so we didn’t enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked. The heat worked fine. The satellite TV was perfect for the bedlam game. We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Susie was very responsive with any questions. One con: one of the queen beds could have been firmer for my taste, but that was the only thing that could have made the stay more perfect.

Lots to do in the house. Everyone loved the pool table and the large selection of indoor games. (Which came in handy on our rainy day)
