The location is unbelievably good also you get a great view of the Kunchenjangha from the room. The staff are super friendly. Rooms were real big. If you are going in the cold months di talk to them about room heaters ahead of time. However, we had no problem with that, we got ours the moment we asked for them.

The location of this hotel is best and food is also good. They serve pure-veg which was not a problem for us but the quality of the food was nice.

I visited in the rainy season, so there were frequent power cuts. I wish they can improve the generator that they use and provide some more power backup to the guests.

First and foremost the amazing location. The behaviour of each and every staff - Siddharth and the hotel manager (extremely my bad, I missed asking his name) were wonderful people. At the very last minute they arranged a cab for us to travel back to Bagdogra, when our booked car failed. Stay was amazing!! Each and everything during the stay was worth mentioning. Breakfast was different everyday and quantity more than sufficient. All in all it's a 100/100 and highly recommended. USP of the place is the mind blowing location and good behaviour of the staffs.

Only 1 point: Would have been nice to have non-veg option at the hotel. Not a minus point at all though. It's manageable, but would be good to have the option.

It was quite an experience to stay at Olive tej Hotel Darjeeling. It is located at the heart of the mall with the Glenarys' right in front of it. The staff team was very welcoming and helpful; and our room was beautiful. But what we enjoyed the most was the lemon tea that they served and we are still looking for the anonymous tea leaves 😊😊

Location was great. Room decor was good. Staffs were helpful.

Our room rate was including breakfast, however there were 3 only choices for breakfast, Maggie, Aloo parota and veg sandwich which was disappointing. Toilet sink had water leakage. Hot water finished halfway through taking bath.

Location was awesome. Just so close to the mall.. 5 mins walk. So helpful manager and staff. Room was excellent. Restaurant in the hotel provides tasty food. Located just opposite to the Glenary's. Keventers is just 5 mins from the hotel. KFC is in the same building.

Seems to be there's nothing to dislike. However it would have been better if the restaurant could provide non veg food as well.

Great stay!! Location just opposite glenery's and the Cleanliness of the room.. And lastly want to thank sarika she is so good as a person. She arranged a car for us as its a festive season we couldn’t arrange anything actually she saved us.. Thank you so much for that.. Its a great stay..

The hotel was nice. I along with my family members really enjoyed the stay. Behaviour of the staffs are really satisfactory enough, special thanks to the Manager. Even during the day of "Bhaiya Duj" staffs were cooperated us a lot. I will surly recommend Hotel Olive to others. Last but not the least, I musk thank Booking.Com too for catering me such a nice option.
