The house was beautiful; well maintained and comfortable. The owners were helpful and extremely attentive. We would rent this property again.

The house was great for adults and children. Most of all everyone enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. When the heat on the pool was not working properly, the owner quickly got someone to come sort it out. We appreciated the easy communication with the host. We were very satisfied with everything!

The house was so nice, a few steps from the beach, very clean, we definitely going to rent this beautiful house for next year family vacation

Loved this property. Exceptionally clean, well equipped kitchen and beach accessories as well as bikes were nice to have onsite. The rooms and house were as advertised. The owners welcome basket at the front door was a nice touch with useful supplies and treats. The house was perfect for three small families and our dog. So thankful for a fenced in back yard and private pool. Owners even provide a dispenser of doggie bags in the backyard. They have thought of everything! We enjoyed the screened in back porch in the morning with two rocking chairs and a swing chair. We had plenty of room and chairs for all three families to congregate on the front deck in the evenings and enjoy the ocean breeze. The family room was a perfect size with seating for ten at the dining table. The nook just off of the large great room was perfect for my husband to set up his laptop and conduct a little business when needed. The nook is also a nice place to just sit and relax, too. All of us slept well on the trip. The beds are comfortable. We really felt quite at home and relaxed giving us some much needed quality family time. The short walk to the beach, and the house being located on a cul de sac was nice for us having three small children and a dog. The beach is GREAT - not too crowded, and good sandy beaches. The nearby grocery stores, boutique stores and fantastic restaurants was another plus about the location. Everyone wants to go back next year.

The house is located so close to the beach and the owner was so easy to work with and was so quick to respond when we had questions or issues!! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glasses and silverware but could use a refresh of pots/pans!

We had a great time at this house. The check in and out process was easy. The owners communicated with us very well throughout the whole booking process and answered any questions we had prior to check in. They were willing to provide us with anything we needed throughout the stay. I would recommend this house for anyone who goes to OBX

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with host was very timely and thorough. The house and grounds were immaculate! Great solid surface floors for our dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ample beach gear was clean and nearly brand new. Can’t say enough about the totally fenced in back yard with artificial turf for the dogs. It was perfect! House and bedrooms were very spacious. The proximity to the beach was an easy 2 minute walk down a boardwalk. Also walking distance to the hiking trails and 4WD beach. 5 stars all around!

We loved every minute of our time at “Three Little Birds”! The location of this house was perfect for us. It is an easy walk to the beach with no major road to cross so we were comfortable letting our 10-12 year olds walk to and from the beach without a chaperone. The volleyball court in the culdsac was a highlight for our volleyball playing kids! We loved coming back from the beach and having the outdoor shower to rinse off in before jumping into the beautiful pool. The pool has some nice shade in spots because of the mature trees around it, and we did need shade the week we were there!! The house is clean and updated and very well decorated! We loved all the beach decor and the modern furnishings and dishes. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our cocktails enjoying the views. We really can’t say enough about “Three Little Birds”. The owners definitely take pride in their house and have thought of everything. Sharon, the owner, is always quick to respond if you have a question about anything! We highly recommend this house and hope to rent the house again in the years to come!!

House was even better than advertised, so close to the beach with a view of the ocean from the huge deck off of the great room. There was a ton of outdoor seating space both on the deck and at the pool, making outdoor dining a breeze. Kitchen was well-equipped and bright, all around a fantastic stay!

Our first family vacation was a big success! The home was beautiful and everything we needed. Easy check in, clean and plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a big hit and the ocean a short walk away. The hosts were very helpful and the best!! Loved the welcome basket too.

Our family spent a much needed wk vacation at three little birds. Location to beach is a short walk. We loved the outdoor showers even with warm water. We added heated pool since early June the water temps can be cold especially with little ones. Very refreshing after day at the beach. House is decorated very nice and beach feel. Liked the open feel of the living area so we could all be in one area for dinners and other times of the day. Even accessible to walk to bay side and other trails, parks and some stores.

This house was great. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. The beach is so close, it was nice not having to drive--a 2 small block walk through residential streets. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were used a lot as well.

Communication was excellent! My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Extremely quick walk to the beach. House was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We loved sitting out in the evening and hearing the waves as well as relaxing in the jacuzzi. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The property was exactly as described - it was as if they took the photos the same morning. All the kitchen supplies and amenities that you need for a family - lots of space for adults, teens, and small children. Wifi worked well with multiple devices and internet TV. Wii was also a huge hit with teens. Communication with the host was outstanding - questions were quickly answered. Everyone loved it!

We had a blast - beach access is easy and close. House had all the amenities. The wild horses were AMAZING!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home at such a great location. The home & owners provided us with such a wonderful experience & we even got to enjoy a snow storm while we were there! This property offers such great amenities that our family & friends had plenty to keep us busy & create fun memories! 10/10 stay!

Could not have been more perfect! Perfect host! Perfect weather! Perfect house! Could not possibly find a complaint! The welcome basket full of goodies and the fact everything was brand new in house made it a stand out as far as summer vacays go! Literally you won’t find better! I’ve spent a week in Corolla at least every year for 30+ years and this was by far best stay yet!

We loved our stay at 3 Little Birds! The house has everything you need, and then some, to have a fantastic stay at the beach. We enjoyed all of the deck spaces, the pool and yard, and all of the games and amenities that are very generously provided with the house. You really don't need to bring much with you as the owners provide chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool floats, and so much more. We had a great time cooking meals and playing games in the evenings. The outside showers are amazing! It's a very short and easy walk to the beach. Truly no one in our group wanted to leave at the end of the week. Sharon is a wonderful, kind host and made our stay so incredibly easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

This is a wonderful house, perfect for our multi-generational family stay. It is well equipped and maintained, nicely furnished and decorated, very clean and just a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub are both great. The pictures posted by the hosts are accurate. Sharon is a great VRBO host who was easily to communicate with throughout the rental process, and who checked in several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended!

The house was lovely. Plenty of room for 14 people. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sand volleyball court in the cul de sac. The house also had corn hole, bikes, and ping pong table that the teens in our group enjoyed. Sharon provided our check in information the day before arrival and emailed us throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time!

Sharon made sure everything was just right for us. It was a few minute walk to the beach so location was great. We also were about a half mile from where you can drive out on the beach with 4WD. We were able to go out there and see wild horses. Lots of space and had everything we needed!

The house was clean. Was literally a walks away from the beach. Top tier equipment. The heated pool is a plus. Must have! Everything you needed for the beach was there equipment wise. My daughter rented this property and loved everything about it! The communication with the owners was amazing and they kept in touch throughout the trip to ensure that they had everything they needed. I will definitely be booking this property again. It’s a beautiful home with so many accommodations, a close walk to the beach and a great pool and hot tub. Exceeded my expectations.

Three Little Birds was such a wonderful place for our family to stay during our recent trip to OBX. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Very clean, updated and really cute decor, very easy walk to the beach. Plus, the owners were readily available to communicate if we had questions. We will definitely be back!
