This is a nice home for large families. The kitchen is wonderful with two ranges, two dishwashers and two microwaves. Having two ice makers was also nice. Also lots of seating with three different areas to relax in. The kids loved the game room and fishing and jumping off the dock. Being able to use the dock for our boat was a plus. The only drawback to this house was the steep driveway and all the stairs. There are three different sets of stairs, which can be a pain carrying groceries and luggage from the car in or going down to the dock. Overall it was a really nice home for large families, but if anyone has mobility issues, it could be a challenge.

What a great property. We stayed with another family who has teens also. There was plenty for them to do. Docked our boat easily to the dock. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the cookware that you could need. Plenty of space for everyone. The teens loved the movie/game room downstairs.

Finding a place to house our 4 families that allows for everyone to have their own private spaces and provide entertainment from grandparents down to 4-6 year olds and everyone in between is no small feat. Gemstone knocked it out of the park and was an amazing space to accommodate all. The property manager met us at the house and walked us through how to use the property. they were patient with us and answered all our questions quickly. The property had everything we could have possibly imagined and even more. Boasting two of everything in the kitchen this place was planned out for large groups. A gorgeous setting in the woods to spend time together. We made memories that will last for generations to come. We can't wait to get back to this retreat on the lake.

Beautiful home, clean, updated, open living concept. Had perfect amount of rooms, bathrooms and beds. This home accommodated 6 families and all ages of their kids! It was a great family vacation with a beautiful wedding!! Everyone had a blast on the dock with the Lilly pad, kayaks and paddle boards! We left a gate, pac-n-play and infant bassinet. There were already gates and a pac-n-play tho. If we come back here again, we’d love to rent this home again!!

Great house for a group of friends or a couple of families

Our family of 11, ages 10 to 70, enjoyed this home so much. The house was great and spacious, and very clean!!! All the cooking utensils anyone would ever need. It was great!!

I take my kids and grandkids every summer to PK. This was rated our favorite place by all of us. Driveway is sketchy but doable and totally worth it. House couldn’t be more perfect for a large family. There were 12 of us. Was great having the boat slip and so peaceful back in the slough!❤️

House was great! Plenty of room for all of us-loved the big kitchen area, the downstairs media room and all of the decks! Our family enjoyed the dock area with the paddle boards, lily pad float and swimming. Our grandkids liked fishing with the green light on the dock at night. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

There was 11 of us all ages with plenty of room Great location on the water. We had our boat and seadoos with plenty of room to tie up. It work great for us and on the list to return.

Great weekend getaway for the 4th! The house and dock are exceptional. We will stay here again.

We loved the location and the dock. The boys and adults really enjoyed fishing at night with the green light.

We enjoyed some relaxing time on the Lake. We did some fishing, swimming, rented a boat, and some relaxing. The house is a great location on the lake. Beds were comfortable. Loved the ice machines and coffee maker with water already filtered in.... Enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. If I were to suggest anything.... A few things needed some "TLC" The BBQ grill was worn out and some of the boards on the dock needed some attention. Just some basic wear and tear that needs to be addressed. We would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for having us....It was great!

We had a very good time. There are extra amenities and the owners have gone all out to make lake time easy. The kids enjoyed the dock and paddle boards.

Our stay was so nice in this beautiful home. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. We had a lot of fun fishing off the wonderful 2 level dock. Unfortunately we did not find the floating island that was advertised with this home. Very private and peaceful place to stay except that it’s a good 15 minute boat ride to open water for activities. We were there on a holiday weekend and that part of the lake was very crowded with boats. Overall though, a wonderful way to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family.

Gemstone is an amazing property to accommodate your party. Very clean and up to date, everything is labeled accordingly with plenty of supplies. Amazing views of the sunset and a nice dock for your boat or to grill out and socialize. Thank you!

Very nice house. Well equipped. Five couples all over 70. The stairs are an issue, but overall a beautiful house and location.

We love traveling and have a large family. Our family has rented quite a few houses over the years. Gemstone has been our favorite, so far! The design and layout is gorgeous, but not too intimidating for a family with young kids. Also the house was stocked with everything we needed or wanted. It was great to not have to run to the store everyday for little things that were missing. The host met us at the property and answered all our questions. They were very understanding and responsive. We would definitely rent this property or from this host in the future.

Wow what a place! Gorgeous lakefront, very new construction, plenty of great space for our family of 10. The 2 paddle boards and 2 single kayaks were our favorite features of this place, not to mention the cavernous queen bunkbed room. The property managers, Clay and Bo were service-minded and quick to help out during our stay. I highly recommend Gemstone!

The property is in one of our favorite areas of the lake. The house is well laid out to accommodate a large group of people, with all the amenities one could need. Fishing off the dock was perfect. Great experience.
