We love staying in Seacrest. It’s close to Rosemary and Alys beach so we can walk to the attractions there. The pool is perfect for our kids to enjoy while not in the beach. This home was great with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the front porch and ate a few meals out there with our family and just hung out. We will definitely be coming back!

Will stay again! Great location (2 minute walk to the pool). Tram pickup location on the corner. Screen porch is nice spot for your morning coffee. Plenty of toys for the kids to take to the beach!

Really enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was great and it was an easy walk to the pool or beach with lots of places to visit nearby. The house had lots of room and was very convenient for our family to fix meals and enjoy spending time together.

I loved staying at your home. The home was very clean and very spacious.. Everything was beautiful from the pool community the bike riding just everything. It was quiet and peaceful. This house was perfect for our annual trip to the beach. Location was ideal! Very short walk to the pool and the tram stop if we wanted to go to the beach. The house was very clean, well stocked with towels and the house manager was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely book again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My brother, sisters and I met all together for the first time in over 10 years. The house was perfect for us. Lots of space, great kitchen, no bunk beds, awesome location and a perfect screened in front porch. Everyone agreed that we could not have found a better place than this lovely home.

We absolutely loved the neighborhood and home. The proximity to the beach, pool, bars, restaurants was fantastic!

Very prompt communication with owner. Only issue was with internet and a technician came out and worked on it. Service still was off and on. Awesome screened front porch with fans so staying outside was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, spices, etc. Very helpful. Even a crockpot! Very large family gathering room so wonderful for a large group. TVs in all rooms. Excellent choice and close to pool and the “circle” of shops. Property has 4 good bikes.

Very spacious, great location. Comfortable furnishings. Enjoyed the screened in front porch, we kept towels and beach bags out there and that kept the sand out of the house.

Our third time to Seacrest Beach. This is a nice, well equipped one story house. It is a short walk to the pool and a tram stop is only one house away. We enjoyed our time there!

Everything was great. Love Coastal Brakes. Nice decor and comfy beds. We took advantage of lots of activities even with the pandemic. Beach, pool, Tennis, bikeriding,shopping with a mask, charter fishing trip. Maybe next time we'll be able to try the restaurants. Oversee has great service and was accomodating.

More than enough kitchen items to cook, etc. Loved the outdoor screened porch; nice for coffee in the morning and having lunch on the table outside. Great location close to the pool, on the beach shuttle route and 7 minute walk to the beach. A few minute walk/bike ride to a few restaurants and ice cream. We had 2 issues during the stay: the door code stopped working and could not get into the house and it was raining. Oversee had someone out with a key in 45 minutes. The outside grill ignitor did not work but Oversee replaced the entire grill with a new one within a day. Great response. The area in general has few restaurants per capita of people, so go early or late to avoid long waits. Donut Hole and Big Bad Breakfast were great for breakfast. We cooked in a few times which was nice. The 3/4 bikes provided were nice and convenient, we rented 3 more bikes from Peddlers 30A; they delivered and picked up.

We would definitely stay here again! We had two small issues during our stay. One was with the AC which kept tripping. Oversee was quick to send a technician (even at 9pm). The second issue was that the bikes were not in great shape. I contacted the bike rental company and they were replaced almost immediately! I was very impressed with Oversee’s communication and process and would highly recommend using them in the future!

This was a spacious and cozy house that by design encouraged social gathering! We had a truly great time here and everyone had a spot to relax. We loved biking the town and enjoying the local restraints & breweries!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Brakes for our annual girl's tennis trip at the beach. We were 6 ladies and the house was perfect! We had plenty of towels, space to spread out, beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved that it was one level - no stairs to climb! It rained a good bit of the time we stayed so we had plenty of time to use the screened porch. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy coffee, wine, games, and friendly chatter with friends! We'll definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic family week with our 6 grand children and my daughter and son in law. Kids loved the bikes and the porch. looking to return!

We stayed at Coastal Brakes for a week and it was a wonderful stay. The beach was not very close to walk for our grandma at the heat of August so we used tram system to the beach and back. The beach was crowded and we didn’t get first row umbrella with chairs during our stay even at 8am in the morning we were offered third row only. But that was ok. The swimming pool is close to the house, it was surprisingly cold in August. We have been to Rosemary for the spring break and the water was cold in this pool. Same in August. Maybe because of the rains. It was raining a lot and the gulf was rough with algae for the whole week of our stay. We loved the layout of the house, it’s all one level, renovated, nice, beautiful house with everything you need. One thing I thought would be helpful, there was no brushing pan for the floor no where to be found to clean some sand at floor under the decorative table at the entrance. And there was no comforters for beds, it was cold to sleep at night. Thank you, - Svetlana Alpharetta GA

We all enjoyed the house a lot. The location was perfect, so close to the pool. LOVED the porch! We had one issue with the air conditioner which was fixed within a few hours after calling the office. The sofa bed was difficult to use because of the sofa covers but the rollaway bed was great. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.
