Check in very convenient and efficient, great facility, have stayed there numerous times, great location any season. Excellent communication and facilty is well equipped. Keep in mind no AC for warmer summer visits. Most condos are not equipped in the area.

Stayed at this property at the end of May. Very nice propery with underground parking and the unit was fantastic. Check in and out via the lockbox and keycode went very smooth, nice comfy king sized bed, and the kitchen had a great assortment of all dinnerware and cooking equipment. Balcony has an amazing view of the mountains, and while Eagle Lift was closed at the time of our stay, the lift is right there and would be easy to access right from the condo building during the winter months. Host Randy was prompt with responding to all inquiries and with providing check-in/out information/instructions. Will definitely stay here the next time I go to Mammoth.

The condo was very clean, perfect location, and great host. Randy was very helpful and responsive. The building was picturesque with a really nice common area. The unit was very comfortable and well taken care of. We would stay here again.

Excellent condo located within just feet from lift! Our stay was during the late spring early Summer. (Mid May) The building complex only amounts to 25 units by my count. Drive up to the entrance get your key card’s & parking pass then proceed to the parking structure located directly below the complex. We parked within feet of the elevator and used supplied luggage carts to go to the 2nd floor to this unit which was a short walk to the unit! What I’m saying is EASY access even in difficult weather! The condo is perfect for couples..even with 1-2 small children. Very comfortable unit kind of a snuggly feel to it. The Mammoth trolly system is steps away for easy access to everywhere in Mammoth so skip getting in the car! This time of year is basically off season so it was a very quiet weekend getaway. The pool and spa was ALL ours….great getaway and highly recommend!

Truly a ski-in ski-out, even in late season. Sunstone is a very well kept complex, and Randy's condo was a pleasure to stay in. Super comfortable bed!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is right by the Eagle lift and my husband remarked that the ski in/ski out access was even better than when we stayed at the Juniper Springs Lodge below. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay. The bed is super comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows. The common areas are kept super clean and are well maintained.

I really am not too sure about this, I feel like I've been a lot of places... BUT there's a chance that Randy's place in Mammoth is actually the best... like it's a very solid case to be made -- The skiing is PHENOMENAL like, best skiing in your life kind of thing, and the access is wild, you just ski in and ski out at the Eagle Express chairlift. You're right there next to Eagle Lodge too if you want coffee or snacks. The building is great, with a wonderful common space, pool, jacuzzi and lockers for your skis. I really have absolutely no complaints. I can't recommend this place enough. Best wishes to Randy as well, he was a superb host.

We had a great stay at the condo. We arrived on the weekend of the big blizzard - so our ski trip was more of a stay inside trip. We were warm, safe, and cozy in the condo! Randy was a super helpful and responsive host. All directions were clear and detailed. And we did get one day where the mountain was open in which we were able to experience the convenience of the ski in/ski out location! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

This comfortable and efficient condo with breathtaking views was ideal for us, returning to the sport of skiing after a few years. Staying right at eagle lodge lift took all the added stress of driving to slopes, parking storing gear buying meals out of the equation as we were able to go from the lovely condo, to the lockers just one elevator ride away and out the door, and skiing to the eagle lift, took as many breaks as we needed, easily grabbing drinks and snacks in the condo rather than wait in lines and struggle for seating at the lodge. We can’t wait to return after rekindling that love for skiing.

Randy was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. Location is perfect ski-in-ski-out to Eagle Lift with convenient locker storage for equipment. The amenities are great, I used the gym and hot tub daily, and the unit itself is comfortable (tempurpedic mattress!) with a great view and well-appointed kitchen.
Would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and extra bedding. The owner provided clear instructions for easy check-in/out and for using the fireplace if desired. This is a great location with access to a ski locker, making it easy to ski in and out. After skiing, we enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. I recommend this property for 2-4 guests.

This accommodation was well appointed- the owner literally thought of everything! The decor was attractive, the condo and all furnishings were well taken care of, and the location was excellent. We spent 3 days hiking the local trails and this condo was a joy to return to each night.

This place is easily accessible for those with mobility challenges. There is an elevator from the garage and no steps leading into the condo.
The tub/shower is deep, but fortunately there are well placed grab bars.
The view from the property is fantastic.
Randy, the property manager is very accessible and makes sure you're all settled in.
The most disappointing parts of the stay were the dirty pans that were put away for use in the the cupboards.

The condo was beautiful and well-maintained, with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There was a pool/spa area as a part of the facility. Very close to local attractions. Overall, a lovely stay!

It was good, except it was difficult to cool off. No AC, no ceiling fans - even open doors and windows didn't create any relief. Other than that, it was a great condo with great location and views.

We had a wonderful time at Mammoth Lakes. The condo was very nice and right at the base of Mammoth Mountain. The eastern view of some other mountains was beautiful.
Randy's communications prior to and during our stay were super helpful. Directions and instructions for accessing the property were spot on! If we ever visit the area in the future we would definitely consider staying here again.

The condo was perfect for our quick mountain getaway! It is central to all the hiking trails and the view can't be beat. We enjoyed hiking the many lakes, horseback riding and kayaking on Silver Lake. It was wonderful to come back to the resort and enjoy the spa and pool after a full day of activities.

Great place to stay and enjoy the sites! We were here in Summer so we did not ski. It got a little warm with no A/C but there were plenty of fans so it was comfortable. Good communication with host and beautiful view from balcony.

I LOVE this condo it features GREAT VIEWS facing the Sierras and the decor is minimalists featuring locality imagery.
The kitchen is fully equipped and they even leave a bag of Peets coffee and a welcoming bottle of wine. The people, Randy, are pleasant to deal with and always answer question asap. Highly recommended and we'll be back. Oh, the bed mattress is very comfortable too!

The condo was exactly as described. My husband and I loved the location. It was close to everything (particularly the hiking which was SO beautiful). It was quiet, had a great view, and was relaxing.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable.
The ONLY downside was that it was really hot in the condo when we arrived. Fans were provided and we were able to keep the temperature comfortable after the first day.
Randy was exceptional at communicating with us, giving us tips, and just checking in. He made check-in and check-out seamless! We'd return in a heartbeat!

Our experience exceeded our expectations. The condo is very clean, very well furnished and thoughtfully stocked with most everything you could need. The views are even better than they look in the photos. The condo is in a great building in a quiet location but not far from everything you would want to do. Randy is very well organized and very responsive. He is a phenomenal host. Having great wifi was also a bonus. We were here during a hot spell in August and were very grateful for the fans in the bedroom.
