Trinidad was a half way spot on our trip and this was a lovely home that suited our needs perfectly. We would've liked to spend more time enjoying the property and checking out the town but perhaps we will pass through again one day! Owners were great and responsive. The home is well taken care of and we enjoyed the cozy backyard. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Trinidad - the halfway point between Denver and Santa Fe where we all live. The home was immaculate and cozy with a great location. Took the free trolley tour, explored the lake, and had some very good meals! Notable was how friendly the people were. We’ll be back!

Cute, clean, well maintained property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from downtown. I especially enjoyed the outdoor sitting area, a great place to relax in the morning and evening.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway
We loved our long weekend in Trinidad! Jessica made the entire process seamless. From the initial booking to the checking process everything was very clear and understandable. I particularly appreciated the detailed check in instructions provided. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We are from Texas so we were grateful for the standing fans in addition to the window unit in the home. The space is exactly as it’s advertised and the backyard was perfect for our tiny fur monster to run around while we enjoyed the mountain air. We look forward to potentially staying again!

House exactly as described. Owners very responsive and accommodating. Off street parking for one vehicle. Charming, efficient, comfortable dwelling. Great for a quick layover. Linens above average- soaps, shampoos, dish soap all provided. Cute seating area out back. Wish there was a fire pit but understand why not. Kitchen size & supplies are sufficient. Definitely stay again & recommend it to anyone who needs lodging.

The home was clean, well appointed, well decorated but uncluttered. Beautiful layout, roomy bathrooms and kitchen. Beds were comfy and cozy. Nice porches and private fenced backyard for the dog.

This was a great house. I was a little bummed there wasn't a fire pit, or maybe a chiminea in the backyard space, but the home was very clean, well arranged, & had lovely, unique decor. The owners were helpful, kind, & made communication effortless. And the access to both Main Street, & the highway was just unbeatable. We walked to the shops & grocery store! Definitely recommend for your stay in Trinidad.

We cannot say enough good about this house. Jessica & Chris outdid themselves. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. All needs are covered. Not only that but the communication and concern for our well being was outstanding. Miss Izzie, our Aussie, loved it as well. We all enjoyed the yard, especially with the privacy fence. This is a GREAT place.

The addition of the privacy/puppy fence upped this property! The beds and bedding are super comfortable. The location is great for porch watching and walking to Colie’s Bakery. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen has what you need. This is our Trinidad get-away.

We stayed in Trinidad to break up our drive. It is a neat town and this house is in walking distance to great restaurants. The house had a heavy marijuana smell that didn’t fade but it was very clean.
We appreciated having this house available during our trip.
