The condo was wonderful, clean and organized. It was stocked and ready for us and had tons of storage for all of our things. She literally thought of everything!

Absolutely Amazing! This was our fifth time to visit Destin and our third time at the Crystal Sands condo. “The Salty Shack” was by far the best place we have stayed! Newly renovated, everything was so modern, clean, and nicely labeled. Of course, this is a ground floor unit that’s right on the beautiful, white sand, private beach. We love the beach chair service and only being a couple steps from going to your condo to get something to eat or use the restroom. It’s so convenient! Peyton, the owner, is very pleasant to talk to and helpful! It doesn't get any better than this! We love Destin with all of the shopping, activities, and amazing food. The best thing I can say is that we loved The Salty Shack so much that we already booked it again for next year! Don’t hesitate, book now!

This condo was beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed for our stay. Steps away from the beach, beach service, and comfortable seating in the patio. We will definitely try to stay in this condo again.

My husband and I loved this rental so much! The owners really outdid themselves on every detail! We really admired the craftsmanship! First and foremost, the view and proximity to the open water was tops! Also super convenient to shopping and dining! The entire rental’s furnishings from the kitchen to the bedrooms lacked nothing! Even the cabinet door knobs were made of sea glass and so cute! We rented a golf cart and that made our trip even more fun because the weather wasn’t great and had 2 days of double red flags. Peyton was super responsive and offered great suggestions!

This place was ahhhhhhmazing! We love the renovation but most of all we loved how easy it was to communicate with the owner! She is so sweet and genuinely wants the best for her customers! We loved being so close to the beach! I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed in this condo! We will definitely return!

My mother, daughter and I took a Destin girls trip to RELAX and we did just that in this perfectly clean, comfortable, adorable condo right on the beach. Great thought has gone into planning for every detail and need of a beach vacationer. Great newly remodeled decor/design, and parking was simple as well. My mother, who recently injured knee was worried about distance and difficulty getting to beach. This place was about as good as it gets! Steps to a short walkway to beach, with only a few stairs and gradual incline. We had a hard time leaving!

I would stay here again! Every detail was thought out and the space was utilized perfectly. The view is amazing and the private beach is relaxing. It’s a great location.

What a great place for the family. The condo is about as well thought out as it could be. First floor was perfect for the kids and can’t beat the view. Can’t wait to go back!

The condo was beautifully renovated. A ground floor unit in a smaller building with a private beach that had all of the amenities without the crowds. It was a good location with access to restaurants. Cabinets were well labeled so we didn't have to search for items. It was a great trip and we will return.

This location cannot be beat! Even though it’s a first floor unit. It’s built up high and views are wonderful. The recent renovation is fantastic. Everything has a place and there are so many hooks for towels and wet suits, etc. Peyton put a lot of love into this place, and you can tell. The bunk area is so spacious and well-thought out with plugs, wall lamps and a little nook. The 2 separate toilet and sink area was really convenient, even though there is only 1 shower/tub. The master is cozy and the new built-in closets are perfect for vacation. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook at the condo. The sofa was comfy and spacious for our family of 3 to spread out. The beach chairs are literally a 1 minute walk from the condo, so it’s super convenient to run back up for more snacks or the restroom. Easy and ample parking (in October). Oh, and everything is labeled so you know where to store things! We loved it and will definitely be back.

Everything about our vacay was easy & effortless. Peyton checked on us before, during & after our stay at the Salty Shack. So much attention to details in this unit. Plenty of storage, lots of hooks for hanging stuff and labels on cabinets/drawers (telling contents) are a few features that help keep things tidy & organized. Decor has a beachy feel without being "overdone". Lots of cool features in the hallway bunk area. Each bed has an outlet for charging devices & a nook for storage, plus a reading light. Also a tv that is visible for both beds. Would definitely recommend the Salty Shack!

We got to Crystal beach annually, this has to be my favorite condo yet! Every inch in the condo is maximized with the clever layout and use of storage. The decor had enough seating and open layout to allow everyone to comfortably hang out in the kitchen and living area. This is definitely one I will try to rent again.

What a wonderful vacation! Our Salty Shack was awesome. It was comfortable with all the conveniences of home, it was beautifully decorated and clean. The convenience to the beach was spot on. Family of 5, to include our 22 year old daughter, 15 year old son and 11 year old daughter. Plenty of space, smart and attractive updates, useful features, conveniently located for loading and unloading personal items from car to unit and the first floor beach access is beyond amazing. The kitchen is well equipped, everything worked and the filtered water saved us so much time lugging around water bottles! Perfect in every way! We have definitely found our spot for years to come! Oh, and Peyton reached out a few days prior to our arrival to go over everything and confirm our stay. We keep tin close communication during the entire stay and she was beyond helpful. From the moment you walk into this condo you can notice all the little details that this condo has. The owners must of walked through the condo and literally put themselves in their guest perspectives and thought how they could make everything comfortable and convenient for their future guest and they nailed it. Everything was well constructed and the attention to detail was very nice. We got some rainy days and my husband said he did not minded staying stuck inside the condo for days from how much he liked it. Peyton is very friendly, and you can tell even from the call we received a few days before our stay. We’ve stayed in Crystal sands condos for 3 years in a row and this condo has been our favorite stay by far, totally, totally recommended!

Fresh new remodaled condo, extremely well organized with all the necessary amenities that made our stay amazing! Love that is right on the beach. The owners thought of everything to make sure our experience was uncomparable. Felt just like home! Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to relax, rest, and enjoy a beautiful beach lifestyle. The beach was amazing, and glad we were able to get an umbrella and chairs every day as part of the included services.

We have visited Destin many times and this was our favorite stay. The convenience to the beach was so great for our 3 kids. Peyton is the only host that has ever called me before and after to check in. Great condo!

This is the first VRBO property that looks better in person than the pictures. This remodeled condo is beautiful and the location to shops is perfect. The first floor access to the beach is absolutely amazing! The views and sounds from the ocean are stunning. We will definitely be back!
