Our family of four had a great week in Harbor Springs with this sweet cottage as home base! The light-filled living room and kitchen made it a joy to spend time there, and the porch was a nice spot for a cup of coffee or reading a book in the delightful weather. Our kids (11 & 14) loved being able to walk or ride bikes into town on their own, grabbing donuts at Johan's, ice cream at Yummies, or movie at the theater. This was a perfect spot to enjoy all that Harbor Springs has to offer!

Loved the big open family room and the front porch. It was in a perfect location to access town and the beach. Our kids loved the play kitchen! It was a great place for 3 families to stay together!

This house had just about everything we needed and in a very central location. Beautiful yard and extra touches! We appreciated the 2 large bathrooms and half bath, as well as large living area with lots of seating. Outdoor porch area was cozy and inviting! With the beautiful weather, flowers, access to beach and woods, we thought we were in a summer wonderland!

We had never been to Harbor Springs before. This house was tastefully decorated and large layout. The beds are ver comfortable and come with nice linens. Kitchen well equipped, updated bathrooms, and nice amenities all around. Location was perfect for getting into town and the beach.

We had a wonderful time staying at the "Downtown Oasis"!! It's very comfortable and its location is perfect...near all restaurants, waterfront, farmers market, etc. Just exceptional.

This property is outstanding! It is so close to everything we wanted to do and the downtown area. There was plenty of space for all of the guests. The neighbors were so kind and welcoming as well. 10/10 recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Adult family members came to bike the zoo de mac. Great place to stay - large living room , nice size bedrooms and wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Even our older kids played extensively with the play kitchen- very fun to have. Cozy stay with plenty of seating and fireplace. Short drive to Nub’s Nob. Thank you for a great stay!

We’ve been going to Harbor Springs both summer and winter for many, many years. This property may be one of the best hidden locations just a few steps off of Main Street. With the addition of a great, relatively new, family-owned house turned laid-back restaurant/cocktail locale on the corner, you will love the street. Exceptionally well-appointed and with every square inch of the interior being put to good use . . . you will find comfort in every corner of the house. The host is immediately available, patient and responsive. They truly want you to have a wonderful experience and come to love Harbor Springs as much as all of us already do. Have no reservations whatsoever staying at this property — unless, of course, it’s one of the weeks that we want to rent it again!

We had a lovely visit. The house is well appointed and cozy. We skied all day and were excited to come home and relax in this charming home. Everything was done in a thoughtful manner- from little toys for the kids, to comfy bedding to a functionally thought out kitchen. We made wonderful family memories and hope to return soon. Perfect place for family get away. House was VERY clean. Well appointed kitchen with large eating area. It's a one block walk into town. 2 main bedrooms on the main floor (could accommodate 2 couples). Basement has a bedroom with 2 queens and a bedroom with bunk beds. This was our 1st VRBO experience. The entire process was simply and user friendly. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We were very impressed with the house and will definitely go back. Dave B (Beverly Hills, Mi.)

We have a place in the area but wanted the experience of being downtown Harbor Springs and being able to walk to shop eat and drink. We LOVED the place and it is close enough to bounce back and forth to. We will be back!

Our entire family absolutely loved this place. The location was PERFECT !!! The boys loved that the donut shop was just around the corner!! Very clean and comfortable….and the hosts were very accommodating. I personally loved the porch for reading my book.

We were thrilled when we arrived at the property. It is perfectly located, surrounded by a small but beautiful flowery garden and we were smitten right away. The house is spacious, very welcoming and very light and airy thanks to the big windows in the living room and the bay window in the kitchen. We also thoroughly enjoyed the charming porch, perfect for al fresco cocktails on sunny days. There were only 4 of us (family with two teenagers) so we had plenty of space and appreciated the off street parking space as the area can get busy since it is in the heart the town. A very short walk to the beach, wonderful high street and the many local restaurants, We also loved Harbor Springs, a very special little town full of character, a beautiful harbor and a plethora of charming houses and shops. This was our first visit there but we will definitely come back!

I could not say enough amazing things about Heather, Kevin, and this home. It is in the most perfect location literally a block away from downtown for awesome dining, shopping, and the waterfront. The house is in pristine condition with all the amenities you could need for your stay. Heather is an absolute joy to work with as well. Anytime we needed her she was so responsive and quick to help with any questions we had. We truly cannot say enough positive things about the property and cannot wait for our next stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! Close to shopping, food, the beach, and a view of the beautiful church across the street. Heather was extremely on top of communication, beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. I hope to return with my family again soon!

We choose this house for a ski weekend at Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. Both resorts were just a quick, easy drive away. My favorite part about this house was the front room with all it's windows that allowed the sunlight to brighten our days and the fireplace to warm our evenings. Kevin was a gracious host with superb communication before, during and after our stay. This house is located just a couple blocks from downtown Harbor Springs. We really enjoyed walking around to the shops, bakeries and restaurants. I imagine this would be a really great house and location during the summer months with it's proximity to Lake Michigan. Thanks again Kevin for making our weekend awesome!
