a beautifully and respectfully restored villa with the same attention to staff and their service :) restaurant is also worth the trip - we’ll be back also for that. Room was welcoming and really comfortable bed. Slept better than. I have in ages.

The immediate surroundings outside are a bit “meh” but there’s so much green and garden around within. Having to pay for spa entry separately wasn’t ideal - I’d love to see a “stay & spa” package here on Booking.com. The spa is new and it’s a little gem. I recommend booking at least one spa session! We had the spa all to ourselves (just luck) and enjoyed every minute.

It’s a beautiful property in the countryside in the very small town. The hotel restaurant Pantagruel is excellent to dine in. Dinner was very good and we enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. I would recommend the property to visit in summer time. It has a pool outdoor and spa. Unfortunately there is not that much to do if you arrive after 5 pm. The winery was closed and we could not do wine testing or truffle hunting.

Breakfast was very limited and simple. Coffee was not good that surprised me. I would say hotel is overpriced.

Food was great for both breakfast and dinner. The Pantagruel restaurant was excellent. Staff and waiters were very courteous and the waiters at the restaurant were fantastic. Room was very nicely decorated in a country antique style. Spacious and interesting bathroom space. The grounds were fantastic. It was an overall wonderful experience.

They were a spa hotel with a pool but they did not provide robes in the room. Pool was a bit too cold.

+ We loved the surrounding garden of the hotel and the swimming pool! + The bar by the pool offered good food (12-15 EUR for most dishes) and refreshing drinks at OK prices. + The hotel is very clean; the daily housekeeping team does a very good job!!

- The chairs by the pool are quite hard, would be nice if they have cushions. - Noise isolation in the room could be better - The parking lot was often full as it could be used by non-hotel visitors - The hotel can be used for events; expect loud music until midnight during weekends

Hotel was perfect, food excelente, definitelly to recomend, our waiter gave us great food/wine recommendations and really did our evening perfect!

Beautiful location, great breakfast.

Not much to do in the area.
