Great hotel, very close to the sea, excellent service

The location is great , we had the luxe room with balcony and panoramic view , the service was excellent , very helpful and generous stuff . We were welcomed with nice refreshments in the room : soft drinks, wine . Coffee machine and tasty coffee . Small but cozy outdoor swimming pool , the elevators were always fast to arrive

The hotel in general need a bit of renovations and modernization.

Nothing good about this hotel

Unprofessional, extremely rude staff receptionist who talks over you and did nothing to accommodate anything. The photos on booking are nothing compared to what's real there. The bathtub was high and slippery. Room was small and congested. Definitely not worth the 400$ . I paid extra to get a Seaview with an upgrade to balcony and got neither. The parking is not in the hotel so prepare to walk. Breakfast was ok. Definitely not recommended. I wouldn't consider this a hotel but rather a motel. Not worth 400$ .

We liked that the hotel was right opposite the beach with the pool terrace overlooking the sea. Walking distance to both the Dizengoff and Nahalat Binyamin areas. The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and the breakfast very tasty.

Hotel is very dated, and very noisy. Not clean and in need of a major renovation

Modern . Looking over the sea at breakfast was great . Oulga the receptionist was very helpful and helped me track down a poster .!

Pool-bit small .breakfast was amazing g Would stay there again . Maybe just bit to far to walk to old Jaffa but we did anyway
