The property was as described. Clean and comfortable. Cute backyard with table/chairs and a swing! Very short walk to the beach as well as St. Armand's Circle. The woman managing the property was responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend!

This is a decent sized one bedroom, nestled between two hotels. The back yard, seashells and palm trees, has seating areas to enjoy sun or shade. The beach is about a block away. My only complaint is that I didn't look in the cupboard that had the toaster oven, until we were leaving. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a modestly priced, very clean rental.

If I could give the property and the property owner 50 stars I would. The place was clean and had almost everything we needed. So much more than the listing says, which was so helpful in making our stay comfortable. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the property owner Janine is. She was so helpful and sweet!! We will definitely stay at her properties in the future and highly recommend them to all!!

This is an old beach house surrounded by mega buildings and the best of lido. Very clean, has everything needed , even a back yard , walkable to the beach . The owner went above and beyond to accommodate and made everything easy and it felt as comfortable as 5 star without the frills or fee. Highly recommended

Very clean and well situated. Adjacent construction was a small bother but out of the owners control. We were bumped from our flight and did not arrive until the following afternoon. Host was super helpful and understanding. Would most definitely rent from her again

If you are looking for a great location & nothing too fancy this is a great spot. The backyard had table, chairs & grill. There is a tiki hut close by on the beach that we enjoyed. There was a hair dryer, beach wagon, 4 chairs, noodles & coolers. There is construction next door but honestly they were pretty quiet. About a 15 minute walk to StArmonds Circle or their is a trolly you can take.

Very cute place with home-like amenties such as fenced back yard with table. Breif walk to beach. We really appreciated the beach buggy, towels and chairs! You won't find that at a hotel! If we visit this area again, we will definitely come back.

Very clean and efficient. Well supplied with good linen and towels, and plenty of beach things. Responsive and considerate landlords. A few drawbacks no fault of the owners were construction next door that flooded the entire street for days while pumping ground waters for the pool, resulting in the need to drive everywhere. When this is over, a very nice location and comfortable for a couple. We recommend.

Home was great for a short stay on Lido Beach.,

Excellent location on a quiet street close to beach access and only a mile from St Armands town centre. Spotlessly clean. Compact but very well equipped. Snowy white towels and even beach towels. Comfortable bed. We didn’t use the back yard, barbecue or garden table and chairs but might have done if we had stayed for longer. Dining table is too tall for the dining chairs - can you get someone to take a few inches off the legs? Net curtains at the living room widows would give a little more privacy but overall this is an excellent place to stay.

This property is perfectly equipped with everything you need from grilling to beach chairs and towels. It is extremely clean and the owners are ACES! Communication was excellent and they were very attentive. As described, just steps from the beach and St Armand! A 10 minute drive to Siesta Key! Do not hesitate and book it, .. you will not be disappointed!!

The location was a quick walk to the beach. Armand circle was walkable but we drove. A grocery store is not on the island but it was a quick and easy drive over the bridge to access the store. Janine, the host, was absolutely fantastic. Quick response and extremely helpful. The 1-bedroom was clean and comfortable and part of a house. The only unideal factor was that there was a family that stayed in the other part of the house. While we had no interaction with the other family, we could hear the kids in the room on the other side of the wall yelling at each other. Fortunately at night it wasn’t an issue.

The host was easy to communicate with and was very kind to give us an early check in and a late check out. Location is great to get to beach quickly and to the local restaurants.

We really enjoyed the apartment! The location was wonderful, only one mile to Armands Circle, and a short walk to the beach. Very clean, comfortable bed, convenient beach chairs and wagon, and we enjoyed using the grill. The only thing that wasn't mentioned was that there is construction directly next door starting at 8am during the week. We would stay here again for sure, the owner was also very nice and accommodating!

We had a great stay. The manager was very helpful. The place was clean and perfect for the two of us. Close to the beach with all the things we needed to enjoy a day at the beach.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while our kids were in town for a rowing event, and we knew we didn't want to stay in a boring old hotel room. If we're coming to Florida, we're staying near the beach! This apartment was perfect for us - close enough to the rowing venue but, more importantly, a block off of a beautiful beach! The apartment was exactly as listed and very clean and well-stocked. Our fingers are crossed that our kids qualify for Nationals again next year so we can return and rent this same place!

Very cozy apartment. Great location. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Can also walk to shops, restaurants. Apt had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella & cart to bring everything to the beach. Enjoyed having our breakfast each morning in the private backyard. Host was great as well. Definitely will recommend.

I stayed at this property for seven nights and absolutely loved it!! The apartment was very very clean, well equipped with towels and soaps and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed! I especially loved how there was a wagon that we could use to bring all of our stuff to the beach, we used it every single day! The host was very attentive anytime I reached out and I will definitely stay here again

I can't say enough good things about this property! We loved everything about it. Janine went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, towels were awesome, there were beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella and a beach wagon to haul everything to the beach. Our typical day was coffee and breakfast at the patio table in the very private back yard, pack up the wagon, head to the beach about a block away, spend the day, come home, grill something for dinner and head back to the beach to watch the sunset. It was perfect for us! That being said, if you're wanting a high end place that is going to wow you, this probably isn't for you. It's got everything you need but it's simple not flashy. I also picked up paper plates bowls so I wasn't doing dishes every day. Another tip, the beach umbrella can only be used in the very lightest of breezes or it will flip inside out. Neither of us has ever had a more relaxing week and we can't wait to come back to this little slice of heaven!! Thanks again, Janine!

The locations outways any other issues with the property which is little bit older. Contact with Gino was no problem. Distance to other beaches Siesta Key , Longboat key and Downtown Sasasoa district were very short. Not to mention Armond Circle walking distance

Perfect location!

The property was simple but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the linens were of good quality. The location was the biggest plus because we could walk safely to St. Armands Circle day or night. Lido beach was also near by. We had an enjoyable week.

The place was clean which is so important to me! If I had any questions the owner was quick to respond. Close to the beach! Had a great time away.
