Great! House was what we needed for our big group. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Close and easy beach access. Carolina One was quick to answer our questions.

My friends and I rented the rental at 4101 Palm Blvd and within a few hours of being on our vacation we ran into some major problems along with a few overlooked details for our of town guests. The two major issues with the home began with the 1st floor HVAC failing. With it being a cold raining weekend not having the 1st floor ( that hosts the majority of bedrooms ) working was unsettling. The hot water on the 1st floor was also inadequate. The housekeeping service overlooked several cobwebs on the 1st floor .. couch crumbs on the 3rd floor and the TVs did not operate in several of the bedrooms ( the master bedroom on the 2nd floor to be exact). The smell on the 1st floor was alarming when my guest arrived, requiring air fresheners to be placed, so that there would be no offense. Cleanliness continued to be in question because the utensil drawer under the coffee maker has unidentifiable sticky stains through out the drawer and on the large utensils. Lastly, the lack of organization for utensils and other kitchen ware was concerning. My husband and I, along with several of the other couples rent vacation homes throughout the year, and the kitchen cabinets and drawers are organized and thoughtfully labeled. All the bathrooms didn’t have towels and again the house cleaning service omitted required dusting of all the rooms. As a future upgrade, mattress foam toppers would be a great addition, so that your guest sleep well and feel at home while enjoying their vacation. I’d also have someone Inspect the water pressure and fire place often. Please know all of our critiques and grievances are coming from consistent Travelers.

Loved the home. There were some areas that could have been kept up better like the staircase has air vent leuvers that are dangerous, no handle on the second refrigerator and some other things. The common areas were lovely for large groups.

A unique property with 10 bedrooms and enough seats at the table for a crowd. Large pantry, extra refrigerators, ice maker and a truly stocked kitchen were all appreciated. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful views of the sunsets from the rooftop lookout.

We had a good experience. This was our first time renting through vrbo. We would do it again.

My family and I had a great week at IOP staying in the Sea Palace. It is a beautiful house, well stocked, great porch, top deck, pool, elevator and convenient to beach access. Working with Exclusive Rentals was a breeze. We plan to be back.

Wonderful place for a large group (especially for our 90 year old dad who had the benefit of an elevator) - We had 18 family members and so enjoyed being under one roof. The place is beautiful & close to the beach - and plenty of room! Exclusive Properties staff were very attentive to all of our needs and requests.

We had such a great time with our group at the Sea Palace. It’s a beautiful house and there’s plenty of room for your party to spread out and enjoy. A few issues we had: the water heater for the hot tub and pool was difficult to figure out. The management company did come out a couple times to try and help us. There were definitely some bugs found in the house. Maybe something you have to expect being by the ocean. It would be nice if they supplied more blankets and toilet paper as well just to make the stay easier. We had trouble finding enough blankets for the pull out couches. We loved the house and pool though!! I would definitely come back here again if the opportunity presented itself.

The property definitely accommodated our large group very well. The house is very impressive and even when the whole group was together in a space it never felt crowded. I loved being able to open the doors to the deck to the main space, it made the room feel twice as large and gave an even better "beach" experience. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The extra fridge in the garage and laundry room was very useful. Overall the group was very impressed and pleased with the accommodations. One note to future travelers with a large group- there is a good amount of parking in the driveway for people who are staying but if you have people coming in and out for a visit make sure they are NOT in the bike lane at all. Which means you almost have to pull cars in the grass (if your driveway is full, or your cars aren't configured properly), which at such a nice house isn't ideal. We got spoken to a few times by the drive by police to get cars out of the bike lane. So unless you want a friendly visit from IOP PD, stay out of that bike lane :)

the seapalace looked great online but it was even better in person it is in great location. the dining room /kitchen were fantastic for our fammily reunion we would totally recommend this house. it comfortably slept 23 people in its 11 bedrooms

This massive home has it all and can accommodate a really big group. Everything is provided for large-scale entertaining (2 dining tables, 4 coffee pots, etc). One block from the beach and a very nice pool area out back. No one feels cramped with 3 full floors plus a roof deck. Close to all the beachy activities and restaurants, and close enough to Charleston to sight see. Definitely recommend it !

I cant say enough about our stay at the lovely Sea Palace. My cousins/friends and I have been vacationing together for the last couple of years (26 of us) and hands down the Sea Palace was the best place we've stayed at. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful rooms each with our own full bathroom! The kitchen was amazing and it enabled all of us to have a sitdown dinner together.. As you could imagine its not easy planning a trip for such a large group but Megan and her group made the process super easy. They even put us in contact with a local grocery store so we could have a fully stocked fridge before we even arrived! Megan was a pleasure to work with and look forward to staying at the Sea Palace again in the furture!

This was a perfect house for our multi-generational family reunion this summer. The house is in excellent condition, immaculately furnished and maintained, and beautifully decorated. The pictures on the site are all accurate. Our contact was very responsive and our requests were all addressed immediately. They went out of their way to assist with vacation planning. The kitchen is well-equipped and the property is maintained to the highest possible level. We had no issues whatsoever when staying here. In addition to plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, there were more than enough spaces for people to gather for activities or find a quiet spot. We especially appreciated the large dining area that could easily seat our large group of 20+ together. The pool area is very nice and the pool is in outstanding condition. Bedrooms were large and linens were high quality. The parking area was large enough for a 40' rv, five cars and a golf cart. There is a marina/market within 1/2 mile and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. Outstanding views from the rooftop deck. We highly recommend this house.

Layout of the house was great. House was not that clean mold and mildew in house. 5 of us got sick with URI. Staff was responsive. Cleanliness did not equal cost of the house.

While we would have liked better weather, we could not have had a better stay! The house was PERFECT for our family of 16. The kitchen was roomy and had room to prep and cook and a place for all at the table. There were also plenty of places to curl up with a book, have a quiet reconnect or enjoy the sunshine and nice breeze.. Thank you for a wonder full(!) stay.

Amazing house and a perfect place for my 24 family members to celebrate Thanksgiving 2017! We used every amenity and there is plenty of space for people to spread out on porches, pool, jacuzzi, putting green, ping pong, or shoot a game of pool. The kitchen and spacious dining area was perfect for a large crowd. It was our best Thanksgiving after 30 years of being together every other year! We had lunch at Morgan Creek, which is an easy walk from the house, and dinner one night at Long Island Cafe, located next to Harris Teeter. Great choices!

Family reunion for three generations greatly enjoyed this large and well equipped property. Clean and well maintained - as good in person as it looks in the pictures. Spacious floor plan kept from becoming crowded. Distance to beach is quite close - easy walk. Pool area well designed to make efficient use of elevated deck. Enormous outside porches/decks on three levels were great for allowing for multiple gatherings of various sub-groups at same time. Kitchen seats large groups comfortably - but can get congested in the prep area as it orients all to one corner. Well located on Isle of Palms - easy drive to large Harris Teeter for groceries. Overall an excellent location and great experience!

Our family has been getting together now for many years and have grown to 28 in number, including 2 little ones. Sea Palace turned out to be just right for us. All enjoyed the stay, especially because we were able to gather together for meals and for playing games. Having the privacy of a pool on the second level was a bonus. Enjoyed this home for our first family reunion that included 3 generations! Plenty of room for 19 adults and lots of little ones! Enjoyed the great pool, the beach, putting green and had loads of fun!

What a spectacular house! We (group of 20 women) had such a wonderful week and a wonderful reunion. The house is just beautiful and we all loved it. It is decorated so tastefully and all of the furniture was extremely clean, classy and comfortable. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any house I have ever rented anywhere. Every kind of utensil, dish, whatever was needed, was there. The patio and pool area is such a beautiful setting..... perfect place for our group photos. Exclusive Properties personnel were extremely helpful and so great to work with. I highly recommend them and also highly recommend this house. We will definitely return in the future.

We did a thorough search of places to have the whole family come together, and are very glad that we settled on Sea Palace. The flow of the house was just right for ensuring everyone could come together for meals, discussion, fun, etc. but still have their own space. The only drawback is the acoustics: the flooring is made in such a way that every sound resonates across the house. The second-floor master suite is particularly loud: we spent the night of our wedding in that room, and were treated to the sounds of my father-in-law snoring beneath us and my new brothers-in-law walking in the kitchen above us...not really conducive to romance. Still, I'd choose this location again in a heartbeat! The kitchen was well appointed, there is ample space for multiple, simultaneous cliques to laugh and talk with some privacy, and the pool kept all the kids busy for the whole trip.

Every year we visit the Isle of Palms. This year was exceptional! Relaxing, BEAUTIFUL HOME. Clean and ready to hit the beach!

We visited IOP with a very large group – mix of adults and young children and, frankly, this home made our vacation! The home provides plenty of entertainment for adults and children including a fantastic pool and hot tub, a billiards table, table tennis, a putting green and, maybe most importantly, a lot of space! Once the kids went to bed, the gourmet kitchen, open floor plan and multiple outdoor spaces allowed the adults to stay in and make a vacation of it as well. Can't wait to visit this home again in 2017!

What a house!!!! This past summer, my friends and ALL of our children (all under the age of 5 years old), stayed here for our annual vacation. Not too many house could have accommodated all of us, let alone done it with style. This house did both! There were plenty of bedroom that were far enough away from the common area that children and adults that wanted to sleep, could actually sleep in peace! In addition, you could see the pool and hot tub area from almost every main room, because of the stunning floor to ceiling picture window in the back of the house. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped for any and every meal and the walk to the ocean was a quick one! Honestly, as much as I typically love to drive in to Charleston, this house makes you never want to leave the property! Looking forward to staying here in the near future!!!!

After our first trip to Isle of Palms in 2013, we were hooked and have been making an annual trip ever since! We've always had a great experience on the island but this house was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort and easily accommodated our group of 8 adults and 9 children (with plenty of space to spare). We found the pool to be ideal because it offered both ample sun (for the sun-worshippers) and also shaded areas (for us fair northerners). Access to the beach is just a short jaunt across the street. The outside wrap-around multi-level porches were perfect for al fresco dining, stargazing and happy hour. Between the putting green, billiards, table tennis and pool, there were plenty of on-property entertainment amenities. Everything from the kitchen, dining and living areas were thoughtfully laid-out to accommodate large groups. This is a perfect house for entertaining and relaxing and we look forward to making this house our destination for years to come!!

My family and I stayed in this house for two weeks straight! The first week was with family (lots of little kids and grandparents) and the second week was with great friends and all their kids. For both groups, this was a perfect sized house. Each bedroom was spacious, the house was quiet even though there were so many children, the kitchen was huge (multiple families could cook at once), the pool was a perfect size and the hot tub was great for kids to play in when the sun went down. The view from the roof deck was incredible! We loved going up there for the sunset every night! Access to the beach was easy (not much is easy when trying to get 9 toddlers to the beach at once), but it was so close and a quick and direct. Any time we needed anything at all, someone was there within the hour to help. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I will go back every year!
