We enjoyed this beautiful home for three days while in Tahoe for a family wedding. The house is located on a very quiet street so street noise was never a concern. Great location to all that Tahoe has to offer. Every amenity was available to us which helped make for a very comfortable and memorable stay. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Rich and Fawn's place in February, and it was great. My husband and a few of our close friends stayed here as the location was perfect for getting to the slopes, and the house had everything we needed. Rich and Fawn were so nice and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We had two families stay here and it was the perfect place for our group of 8. The kids enjoyed the bunkbed play room downstairs and the adults got to hang out in the open kitchen/dining/living area upstairs. The highlight was getting to the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes. It was so convenient. Having garage parking was a lifesaver during a massive snow storm and snowplowing happened early in the day to avoid any travel delays. Great attentive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! From my first conversation with the host to our check out, everything was seamless. There was a total of 3 couples that stayed and this house was perfect for our group! The house was spotless and just like the pictures on the website. The outside space in the backyard was lovely. Perfect for our grill master who utilized the grill and the hot tub, who everyone enjoyed. This home is close enough to S. Lake Tahoe but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. Would definitely book this house again in the future!

Very nice house and general accommodations. Fawn was a pleasure to work with. There were a few things that were unexpected and inconvenient, which left a poor impression with all of us: - The BBQ was extremely dirty and propane tank was almost empty; discovered after we returned from market and were ready to grill. (grill caked up w/grease and remnants from prior use; old burnt pieces of food on the grill,; dried up sauces/marinade all over side shelves and front panel). - Only one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom?? - No cleaning supplies. - Hot tub was nice, but most of the jets did not appear to be working. - Back deck was great, but no electrical outlets (that we could find). A nice, well kept property otherwise, Thanks.

The house had some great hiking trails nearby that you can hike up and view Lake Tahoe. And it was an easy 8 minute drive to stores, mini golf and everything. We can't wait to go back!

Loved this updated house. Convenient location up Kingsbury Grade. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Large deck. Plenty of seating. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a reunion with siblings and spouses and the house worked out great. Good location in quiet neighborhood, close to trails in fact you can just walk out the front door and go up the road and get on trails. Just minutes from being down at Lake Tahoe also.

The beautiful gourmet kitchen island made cooking a joy. Everyone loved the hot tub outdoor as well! This is a very residential neighborhood so quiet hours after dark and no street parking are enforced. Chart House is only a few minutes away as is Stateline. Appreciated the quick communication from the owners. Even texts you beforehand so you have their contact info. Will stay here again!

Everything was in great condition. Three nice comfy adult bedrooms, plus bunk room worked well for us. We didn't have the best air quality during our visit, so couldn't open windows for cooling breezes. Never having visited Tahoe before, we were concerned about the noise ordinance. The neighborhood is very quiet. It turned out not to be an issue for our group at all. Even when we had all 10 adults together at dinner. Great communication from Fawn. Would definitely return!

This cabin is spacious and beautiful! Every year my husband, our 3 grown children, significant others and grand babies go on a trip to the mountains. This year we chose to go to Tahoe for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin! There is pretty much anything you could ever need in this awesome kitchen. If you can’t find it, keep looking. You will probably find it! The deck out back with the grill and hot tub is perfect! The beds are comfy. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped. It was pretty warm when we were there and a/c would have been nice but we made it through just fine. The evenings cooled off nicely and the fresh mountain air coming in the windows at night made for a good night’s sleep. The refrigerator and freezer were a little small for our large family but we were able to get by with our coolers and a couple extra trips to the store. The smoke from the wildfires made the last couple of days kind of a bummer, but it was nice just to relax in the “Pretty House” as our 3 year old grandson named it. Fawn was wonderful and was very responsive when we contacted her with questions. We would definitely stay at Aspen Lodge again.

The house was very nice! Host was on top of everything that we needed her for. Would stay there again for sure.
