The room was nice and the front desk was helpful.

The a/c was loud and out of control - even when it was set to 72, the temperature in the room was 67. The phone didn't work. There was no water in the room for the guests and the only option was to pay 6USD for a small bottle of water. The housekeeping didn't do a good job, forgot to fill up the coffee and didn't make the bed. I paid 1800 usd for 4 nights so it was definitely not good value for money. I booked the hotel as it is part of the Hilton family but I was disappointed.

El hotel es confortable, excelente que el personal no sólo hable inglés, me encantaron las camas, muy cómodas. También me gusto el parqueadero. La piscina y las instalaciones. Las personas muy amables.

Dos cosas mejoraría, nevera en la habitación y que hagan cambien las toallas con más frecuencia en la habitación.

The location is very far from anything. We had to Uber everywhere and we had to eat at the hotel more than we would have liked.

Que tiene uno que rogarles que por favor le arreglen la habitación tender la cama recogerle las papeleras limpiar el baño todos los días se supone que está uno en el Hilton que va a uno de vacaciones y que no quiere hacer absolutamente nada si no tomaría un apartamento en Airbnb si le toca lavar a uno y tender camas eso me molestó Mucho . Y solicité que lavaran las tasa de café y me dijeron que afuera en el cuarto de aseo yo lo podía hacer!!! Deben limpiar todos los días toda la habitación!!

Location to Gulfstream Park. Staff helpful and friendly.

No regular coffee available, not even in the lobby. Expresso type coffee in room not drinkable. Could not dim lights on side of bed for reading allowing other side to sleep. Light switch attached to both lights. No glassware for water or plastic cups for use in bathroom.

hotel in general is normal. very similar to any holiday inn express or basic Hilton low end hotel. room was good . I would like to express my gratitude to the person that handle breakfast. great service an attention. sorry I do not remember his name but he gave excellent attention.

when I arrive I ask to see if there was possibility to change the type of room to a wider room with extra charge. the person in the reception said automatically NO without checking claiming that because I reserve it trough booking any change are not posible. also I was surprise when I ask to add my Hilton honor number to the reservation , again the same person answer me " you can not do it because you reserve via booking" . I think booking should mention it when I did the reservation. Bed sheet was dirty with blood . all common area was very cold. they charge 30 dolar for parking

Room and hotel was clean and neat. Location was great, close to most things I needed/wanted for the weekend in the Miami/Hollywood area. We went for a concert at the Hard Rock Stadium. That was a short drive away. Great places to eat around the Aventura/Hollywood areas too!

Pillows were a bit flat and uncomfortable. On first day, parking was a bit confusing. Had to call to know what to do. Nitpick (out of hotel's control) is that there was a lot of construction around, wasn't aware of this ahead of time.

Location was good

Hotel needs to offer a tub, parking needs to be free for guest considering the price that's being charged for the room. My room was not ready until after 5:30pm, after all day of travel this was a big inconvenience.

La competenza del personale delle prenotazioni è stata disastrosa abbiamo provato a chattare con loro per aggiungere una notte e non ci hanno mai risposto. Allora abbiamo invia to una mail all'inizio suggerito e ci hanno risposto 2gg dopo confermandoci la stanza, ma quando siamo arrivati, il giorno supplementare non c'era e l'hotel era pieno così abbiamo dovuto cambiare destinazione. La doccia era pessima, i buchi dove fuoriusciva l'acqua era pieno di calcare...quindi usciva un filo d'acqua che andava ovunque...

It was close to a few restaurants .

I didn’t get what I booked, no balcony or kitchen area, just a shower, no tub. None of the rooms had anything for what I paid for. I will call before I book again anywhere to make sure I am getting what I pay for. I didn’t get any money back. The hotel said sorry we have told booking.con that we don’t have that. No view just the roof.
