Great place , house it’s real big and nice , lots space for everyone, grocery stores around corner

Hi! I texted you about this, but never heard back, so thought I would leave this here so you know before your next group of renters. Good morning! I wanted to give you a heads up about a couple of things. It looks like the previous occupants just put dirty silverware, plates, cups, etc back in the drawers and cabinets. I rewashed everything last night but maybe have your cleaning crew check the dishes that have been put away to make sure no one else is doing that. There is a chair on your patio with a broken leg. I just don’t want you to think we did it. The light in the downstairs bathroom is out. The boys are fine with it, but just so you know to replace it before next time. There is also a mud dobbers nest behind the wreath on the front door, so they fly in when we open the door that you could have someone take down. The inside of the house is clean and lovely and we are having a great time! Just wanted you to have those pieces of info in case you don’t come by the house between guests.

Very quiet and relaxing property. But property should be kept up a little better in the area around the property as well as the pictured amenities. Property grounds were completely covered in dirt and spider webs (all patio tables, chairs, and grill), had to use water hose and broom to clean everything off in order to use and enjoy. Grill was full of charcoal ash and needed to be cleaned before being used. Spider webs were everywhere (I understand the surroundings), but would suggest an exterminator to help with conditions around the house (I walked into a spider web on the back patio door the morning after I cleaned the area). The amenities (floating tubes) were extremely dirty and none of them held air long enough to use, except for one (I ended up buying my own). The kayaks were just fine.

This place was great! Our group really enjoyed staying here.

This is our second stay and it was just as great the second time around. Plenty of room and everything you need for a great family getaway. Also great for our fur babies.

Beautiful home on the river! Enjoyed sitting along the river with the fire going with the family. House had everything we needed and plenty of room for every family.

The house was amazing! You don' need to bring a thing other than food and drinks, this house is completely furnished and stocked, from every kitchen gadget, barware down to the crazy amount of games! My only complaint, was the grounds down to the river were not maintained, therefore bring a blower, if you forget, the neighbor has a great rake! The water is quite deep in front of this home! This particular weekend had a bad moss issue in the water during the evening hours. Would I rent this home again, ABSOLUTELY!
