We loved the dedication of the staff at this wonderful place. Beautiful views, beautiful pool. Great having the pool bar for meals and drinks. Excellent clean room with a spacious terrace. Extra treats and home made cheese much appreciated. The beach is beautiful and sandy too. Many thanks for the lift from the port and to the bus stop. Bus stop to Naxos town is 20 minute walk up the beach/road. Buses every half hour up to 1am

The property itself was gorgeous. The rooms were a bit outdated but this is reflected in the price and everything works as it should. The staff were so incredibly lovely, giving us a lift to and from the bus station at the beginning and end of our trip. The pool and surrounding area is spotless as well. Right on the beach with stunning sunset views.

The property is far from shops/restaurants. 30 minute walk along the beach to the nearest bus stop. Bus into the town is only 2.30€ though and the walk is really pretty. Wouldn’t recommend it midday although there is a nice breeze. Would highly recommend a car. The nearest shop is ridiculously overpriced and still a 20 minute walk away - do not go there (chickpeas were 14€).

If you look for a quiet family or romantic vacation on the beach, this is the place. Accommodation - not luxurious but nice and simple, everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Every apartment has two balconies and every apartment is two way oriented (sea and mountains) so we always had a shade option. Very clean - they change the towels and sheets, and clean the apartment every day! Location - 15 min from the beautiful and iconic Naxos town. Property lies directly on the beach, 50m of walking through the garden and sand dunes and you are on the mesmerizing white sand beach. Beach - most beautiful sandy beach (no rocks and pebbles even in the water) almost secluded... feels like your private beach. It's west oriented so we enjoyed the mind blowing sunset every evening. It is so safe and secluded that we brought our beach equipment and left everything there for 10 days and nights. Pool - between the beach and apartments there is a nice pool and the pool bar with deep shade and fast wifi, so it was very convenient when we had some work to do and watch the kids playing at the same time. Host - Nektarios, his brother and their sister are such professional and kind people... they were always ready to help in every way, more like a friend than hosts. Private parking, unlimited amounts of hot water, air conditioner in every apartment but no real need for it because Naxian pleasant breeze does all the work in the evenings... All in all, the only downside was the fact that we couldn't stay for a month :)

It's an excellent location, very quiet and peaceful and super clean. The value for the money can't be beat. It's not a glamorous villa and that's just fine. The staff is a family business. They are the salt of the earth. I do recommend a car. The mountains are simply glorious.

They don't have beach loungers nor umbrellas. However I found a great tree canopy just a 5 min walk to the left. The beach is heavenly. I wish they had a microwave.

Looking at unfinished landscaping, too much furniture in the room. Lack of a kettle (had to boil water in a pan on hot plate). Need pillow and mattress protectors and new towels.

Nectarius was very friendly and ready to help for each requests. the room was very basic, but comfortable. the kitchenette was also quite old but functional for our needs. we have been offered with a pudding every day and that was very appreciated. the location of the studio is isolate and peaceful, just 50 m from the sea and that was just what were expecting to have: peace, calm and relax.

everything was ok, just the bathroom needs maybe sooner or later to be renovated.

Extraordinary friendly and modest owner. Always there to help! The location is also great, off the tourist tracks, exactly as we like it. Therefore calm and quiet, restaurants at about 20-30 min walking distance. Nice and clean appartment, great ocean view. Beautiful infinity pool, spotless. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back.

The location is absolutely fantastic few steps from the beautiful beach, great stuff, all very clean, wonderful swimming pool, close to the restaurants. They left desserts and drinks available for us when we came very warm welcome.

the mattress was the only think they could change for a better one but we are very picky with mattress anyway Maybe a shower curtain will be a good idea too

What a lovely place to stay and relax! The room was clean and bright with sea and sunset views and a big balcony. The beach is beautiful and right next door, and there were cute cats!

Shower was difficult to use and made a mess; the hotel isn't close to many restaurants or shops.

Beautiful view, clean, peaceful. on a very calm and beautiful beach. Very helpful staff who pick you up and drop you off at the bus stop.

Far from public transportation and you have to walk 20 minutes on the beach to get to bus stop. A taxi from the nearest bus stop is 25€ and only an 8 minute drive.

The host, Nektarios was very helpful. Being further down the beach means this place is nice and quiet. There is a beautiful pool and I had it to myself a lot, good if you want to swim some laps on holiday. The beach is also a great swimming beach, a lot of people swim nude along there. In the room, the shower pressure and temperature was fine and there was aircon in the room.

It would have been nice to be able to make tea/coffee in my room in the morning. There's a hot-plate so it's not impossible but an electric kettle would have been good. At first I wasn't sure how I would get around the island from here as I didn't rent a car, note that the bus stop is a 30min walk, but it is a beautiful walk to the bus stop and in the end I didn't mind at all.

Nothing it was great

Nektarios is an wonderful person. He picked us up at the Ferry Boat area and was very detail oriented person with everything. We had a great apartment, front view to the pool and ocean, good size for 3 people. Our room was cleaned everyday, just the towels were a bit old, but it was ok. The breakfast could be improved a bit, we expected some fruit but we only got the very basic (bread, butter, jam and coffee). What made our stay really awesome was the customer service provided by Nektarios, very polite, and helpful. He did everything above and beyond to make our stay really pleasant. If you are looking for a quiet place with a private beach just few steps from your room this is the place. We woke up everyday with a roaster singing, and going to bed watching the wonderful sunset on the beach, just in front of our apartment. Thank you Nektarios. WE MISS YOU!

the amazing guy who looks after you and the studios, is friendly and very helpful. he keeps the pool and the place immaculate.
