Location was great, so quiet and peaceful. Seeing kangaroos each evening outside our cottage was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely everything! Our spacious, bright cottage was beautifully decorated and was positioned to take advantage of the stunning surroundings it’s located in. With beautiful green lawns, leading down to the Murray River. which come to life in the evening when the Kangaroos come into feed. The bird life is amazing and sitting outside under the covered patio is a lovely way to either start the day or end it with a meal outside. We highly recommend staying here, and can’t wait to return. It’s a short drive into Renmark, but a world away in its own secluded paradise.

A ceiling fan or standing fan in the master bedroom would have helped cope with the very hot weather we experienced during our stay. The cool air from the air conditioning unit, in the main living area, didn’t quite reach the master bedroom enough to cool it down during the night. A washing machine in the laundry/bathroom would have been nice.

Location, simplicity and relaxed feel

When we first arrived our cottage smelt mouldy. Recommend some ceiling fans in bedrooms too

A great spot to stay. Very comfortable for a family of 4. A great location from which to see the Riverland. Loved the kangaroos, ducks and frogs. Very quiet relaxing spot.

It was all lovely, the decor, the beds were warm and comfortable. The cooking facilities were great. Highly recommended.

This place is like a hidden little paradise! Surrounded by the river the views are quite spectacular! It’s so lovely and scenic, sitting on the back patio watching the world go by was awesome! Don’t be put off by the external of the building, inside is all new and renovated and quite wonderful! Honestly, if you are staying in the area, this is must stay accommodation!
