We were very pleased with the house as it was very clean and comfortable. It met all of our family's needs as we all had our own bedroom and bath. There was a crib and pack and play available for our two young grandchildren and the bunk beds were perfect for the older kids.
The property manager responded very quickly anytime that we texted and was always helpful.
Having the private beach access was a definite plus. If we return to the Destin area we would definitely rent this place again!

This home was perfect for our large group. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I've stayed at many rentals and have never stayed in one that had so many appliances, pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. This well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed and was very convenient. All of the beach toys, wagons, ice chests came in handy as well. The kids loved all of the board game options, as well as the video game upstairs.
The information provided to us before our stay was very informative and detailed. Having contact with the owner was very convenient and helpful. The owner was very kind and replied quickly when I had questions.
Everyone in our group said they would definitely stay at this home again.

My family and I had the best time at Sugar Sand and Sea! We loved the house, neighborhood, and its proximity to the beach. The pool was perfect and private which was necessary. The back door even has a button to push when using the
door which was peace of mind with four littles. Probably the cleanest beach house I’ve ever stayed in and it had everything we needed and more. Linda was amazing and so easy to communicate with. She made things happen and was just a text away. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

Gorgeous home with absolutely everything you could possibly need! Plenty of room for our group of 13. We will absolutely book again! Communication with the owner, Linda, was fantastic. Great neighborhood with plenty of shopping for groceries, dining out, activities, etc.

My family had an amazing stay at Sugar Sand and Sea! The location was great and close to everything. The house was a beautiful, spacious, and clean place to relax and recharge. Linda was available and very communicative throughout the entire booking and stay. The extras included in the home were a great bonus and made our beach day so easy and fun. We would definitely book again!

This house is amazing. With my husband and I, our five kids, one spouse and the five grandkids, we had PLENTY of room. Super close walking distance to the beach access was great but the grandkids liked the pool way more so most of the water time was in the pool. Very convenient. The slightly over sized kitchen setup was perfect for cooking the family meals and having two large tables meant the two high chairs were accommodated as well. The owner was very awesome and forthcoming with all information requested in a timely manner! If we're ever in Destin again, we know where we're going and who we're booking with!

The Sand Dollar house is fantastic and in a great location. Excellent pool and outdoor covered seating area. The house was spotless upon arrival and everything you need is included, even wagons for the short walk to the beach. Linda was a great host and we are making plans to return next year.

Our stay was everything we hoped for our summer family vacation. Linda was exceptional in her communication with us and the various rules of the HOA. The property is beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts needed . Fluffy white towels, paper products and a fully stocked kitchen . Destin Beach is white sands and emerald waters. Of course, it was hard to leave the pool and hot tub as so wonderful, too. . Would highly recommend.

Our 4 adult children, 5 grands (ages 9 to 1) and us 2 grandparents celebrated my birthday there. The lay out of the home was perfect with the Grandchildren having their own room. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom a big plus. It's a very short walk too the private beach, we did rent golf carts thou...the beach water was Amazing.The backyard of the house was fun, private pool, outdoor kitchen . The entire stay at this location was PERFECT. But another perk was the owner/manager was accessable any time.. As we did have questions...
Love this place and can promise we will be back. Nothing but fun.

Eleven family members thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and pool! Linda is an outstanding host and was very accessible and helpful. Answered any and all questions immediately. Highly recommend this rental and we would definitely stay here again! Beaches within easy access and pictures don’t even show their true beauty!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was perfect for our group of three families with teenage kids. Very well-appointed and new. Great location, just a few houses from the beach, and the pool/spa is great. Communication from the owner could not have been better and she was extremely accommodating to us during our stay. Strict HOA rules, but that was made very clear by the owner, and we did not have any problems. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent property
The house is as advertised. Each bedroom has it’s own bath which is great for multiple families. We were planning on spending time at beach (which we did) but did not realize how much we would appreciate the private pool in backyard. The house is very close to excellent beach access. Communication with property manager could not have been better. We would definitely rent again!

Family Reunion
Couldn’t have picked a better place for a family reunion of nine people, almost all of whom were 60+. The house was spacious and comfortable and everyone was satisfied, to say the least. We spent a lot of time hanging around and in the pool, and the beach was only a short walk away. Kitchen had everything needed for breakfasts and dinners. We used the outdoor gas grill for a barbecue dinner. This house has everything guests might need for recreation: plenty of beach towels, bikes, folding carry-on chairs. LInda was indeed a super host. We loved the place and will look forward to the opportunity to return.

Great stay in Destiny East
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Destin. The house was clean and very well stocked. We cooked most meals during our trip and the kitchen had everything we needed-we we’re pleased with the high quality accommodations. The beach was a very short walk away and the chairs, umbrellas and water sport equipment was perfect. The management company was very responsive to the minor problems we encountered during our stay. Thank you for helping us have a stress-free family vacation!

Beautiful house, excellent location!
The house was exactly as pictured, beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for 5 adult couples and small children for the bunk room. It was great for a multi family reunion. We loved the location close to the beach and restaurants. Our only “critique” would be the excessive rules and strictness of the HOA, however, we can understand some of the need with such a nice property. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties- this was by far the most stringent. Overall, would recommend this property but renters should be aware of this up front. Thank you.

Amazing stay
The home was a lot larger then I realized. We loved the pool and hot tube, the beach access was easy to get too. The home kitchen was fully stocked with everything we need to cook and grill.

Wonderful stay
The property was very clean, well stocked with pool towels and bathroom towels, dish washer pods, washing machine pods etc. The pool and Jacuzzi were a super addition. The outdoor pvc drying rack was nice as was hot-water outdoor shower.

Perfect home for couples or families
My family and I stayed in this property for a week. It was more than expected. The house and rooms were large, the mattresses were top-tier and the pool was perfect for a family of 13. The kitchen had everything and the location was perfectly positioned between two beaches. The location could not be more perfect. Each bedroom had its own television and the house was fully stocked with games. The neighbors were friendly and the host was available to answer all questions. Don’t miss out on this one.
