Great location, clean and had everything we needed.

The house itself is great! Very well stocked with necessities & very clean. Definitely needs some updating & is slightly outdated, but overall great condition & great location, just steps from the beach!!! Having said that, the only way to access the house is via steep outdoor steps. The wet mats on each landing of the staircase cause the stairs to become extremely slippery and we had to be very careful. This made it dangerous while carrying my daughter, groceries, luggage, etc! Also there is not parking for 5-6 cars. We all drive mid-size vehicles with the exception of 1 van & only fit 4 vehicles which caused us to have to pay for parking on the street as the listing mislead us as it states parking for 5-6 cars! Again, this wasn’t a huge deal but renters should be aware that we had our cars inches away from the house with the other cars as close as we could get them behind those & the cars still hung out in the street. There is also construction happening directly across the street and next door to the house which is very loud & our driveway was constantly blocked by construction workers. Again, this wasn’t a huge deal as we walked most places, but it is something to be aware of when needing to drive. Overall a great stay and our group had a wonderful time, but those are just a few things we wish we would have known prior to renting!

The property location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the ocean and pier. The home was well-stocked with tons of amenities. Parking was tight for 4 cars. The house is a duplex, not a single family home. It felt like this was not clearly described in the listing. Didn’t matter much to us overall, but having to use the outdoor staircase to travel between levels was daunting with small kids and rainy weather. Overall a great experience.

Overall it was a nice to place to stay. Great location. Needs a little updating. Work on building next door was loud in early morning. Showers in king bedrooms were very slippery- should have non-slip mats in them. But overall a nice stay

House was very well furnished being better than most others we have rented. The beds comfortable and clean. Nice views and beach access. Nicely located. Poor write up on fees for rental with tacked on fees after agreeing to rent.
