staff is very friendly, help me to get hot water every day. the toilet and shower are very clean. the curtain is useful when you try to sleep during the day and help protect privacy.

Whoo has a cool co-working place, is well connected with city centre and Bacalan neighborhood is cool. Extra points for the great staff.

All was good but I would add more bathrooms for each floor.

My room was clean and the hostel was spacious with plenty of chill out space. I liked how the toilet and shower were separated via a door from the bed area. This way the noise wasn't too disruptive. The extra basin the bedroom was also convenient.

Great co working space with fast reliable Wi-Fi , clean rooms, curtains on beds with lights and charging area. Free locker with code in room. Lovely staff, found myself in a pickle unable to pay for my tram to the airport and they gave me a tram card loaded with a journey to save me from having to pay for a taxi! Great service.

Breakfast was basic. Pastries, coffee, bread and a few spreads and some fruit and 2 cereal options.

The common area is AMAZING. So many couches, tables, a bar and food, good music, friendly staff. There was an issue with hot water in my original room, and didn’t really care for my noisy roommates, so I told reception. Not only did they switch my room so I could have a hot shower….it was entirely my room ALONE! Such great service. The location is a 3 min walk to a metro stop so getting in and out of the city is a breeze.

It was sooooo noisy. And honestly pretty hot. Everything else so good that I nearly didn’t care. Sound proofing headphones and minimal moving at night made it okay.

Comfortable common areas, free lockers, good and clear bathroom/toilet, well designed sleeping place.

Power sockets next to bed did not work.

Location for me. Its in a nice area but way out from the city...take at least 50mins to walk in. Tram only 1.80 to centre but needed to swap twice and takes about 20mins. Also the price of food and drink a rip off. I paid 3.50 for a tiny glass of beer....I mean tiny. Paid 8.50 for a salad bowl which was also tiny and full of seeds.

The hostel is at a very good location. Big parking house just next to it. The bed sheets were clean, but you need to put them on the beds by yourself, for a family quite some work🙈

There is no air conditioning. This would be ok. We are European, we don‘t need air conditioning, BUT: there is mosquitoes! And no mosquito nets! So you can‘t leave the windows open overnight which makes sleeping impossible as it gets very hot and stuffy. Please put mosquito nets in all rooms. There is two toilets and two showers per floor!! Mixed. They were dirty. The floor of the room is dirty, it is definitely not being washed every day🙈

I won't list good things about this accomodation because I believe that the attitude and behaviour of the staff is more important than the other things. After staying one night in this hostel and doing check out I realized that I lost my battery charger for my smartphone. Immediately I approached the staff and told them about the possibilty of having left my charger at the bed where I slept. One of the girls told me to inform me about it after cleaning service is gone and I left her my phone number. At first I was surprised to see that it was such a big deal to simply check my bed and see if there was something left but I decided to follow their steps and see what would happen. I went to the city center where I spent a couple of hours and while I was there I didn't get any answer about my case. I came back in the afternoon to the hostel and I couldn't find a girl who promised me to inform me about my charger. I asked the other guy at the reception and he just told me carelessly that nothing was about to be find at the place where I slept. I doubt anyone has even told the cleaner about my situation. I understand it wasn't their fault that I lost my battery charger but they could have shown a bit of respect and willingness to help me. This is not the right way to behave with the guests who stay at the hostel.

Staff is super polite and professional. They smiled and gave all the information I needed. The hostel is located in a very quiet part of the city, close to the center.

No AC in the bedroom couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there No GF options Rubbish of previous guest in my locker Hair everywhere in bathroom at checkin and was alone on my dormitory

Staff were very helpful to tell me how to get around in Bordeaux. It had AC and usb charger on the headboard of each bed.

Headboard wasn’t cleaned so I had to wipe. Not enough place to hang stuff in the shower so had to put stuff on the floor.
