Das Apartment ist modern, geräumig, hat eine Terrasse und alles drin, um sich wohl zu füllen. Wir haben 5 Nächte gebucht und dann noch um zwei weiteren verlängert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Die meiste Zeit waren wir unterwegs, aber auch vor Ort gibt es einen Strand vor der Haustür, jede Menge Restaurants, Läden und alles, um sich in Govia wohl zu fühlen. Man ist schnell in der Korfu-Stadt, Flughafen, aber auch zum Reisen auf der Insel ein guter Startort.
Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Das haben wir erst dann bemerkt, wenn wir die Nachbaren bekommen haben, und sie sich bis spät am Abend eine Oper angehört haben))) Also, das ist dann immer eine Glückssache - wen man als Nachbar bekommt uns was der Nachbar macht. Für diejenigen, die für Flughafengeräusche sehr empfindlich sind, muss man sagen - ja, der Flughafen ist in der Nähe und das hat in der Tat nichts mit der Villa zu tun. Nach einem Tag haben wir uns daran gewöhnt und hatten gar kein Problem damit.

We stayed upstairs in a modern studio with gererous space. Very clean. Nice terace. The studios was equiped with coffee filter, small oven with electric stove, fridge, and tableware. The location is close to a pebbles beach and some tavernas. There is enough space to park the car on a lot close to the location.
What is very annoying is the fact that every night until 4 am in the morning the noise from a taverna party (live music, disco bass, dj voice on the mic) can be heard. Basically you cannot sleep. Only if you use earbuds, maybe.

Bed mattress was a little too hard.
It was nice to have some more towels but we didn't have any point of contact.
It could be nice to be greeted by the owner so we can ask few questions.

The location of this airbnb was amazing. Easily access all restaurants and bars in Gouvia as well as the beach!
The nearby hotel has very late nights each night with loud music playing until 4am.

Lovely setting. Well kept establishment good fixtures & fittings. Decor relaxing.
Property was advertised with a double bed and bed settee. Unfortunately there was no bed settee but a mattress on the floor. Not very appropriate and also uncomfortable so we could not use it. Disappointed with sleeping arrangements.

The perfect accomodation! Large shadowed terrace, large bed, a designer touch in rooms decoration. Minute away from the beach and restaurants. Plus a nice and large garden to walk through.

the location is great, right on the gouvia beach. the room is big and the beds are really comfortable. the view is amazing.

The situation was very nice. The Gouvia bay is a beautiful place, quite close to Corfu town. The balcony was also very nice to have breakfast. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to wake up wit a sea view.
The kitchen needs a few more things, there was no coffee machine (we left an Italian coffee pot that we bought) and there was only one wine glass. The shower water is a bit too hot and it was difficult to get it colder.

Perfect location, right on the beach. The apartment was clean and cozy, with all equipment to make some breakfast or fast snack. Also the bars and restaurants are near too.

The views are amazing, WiFi excellent, location perfect and the bonus of the owners dog Lisa visiting for rubs.

The house is new, directly on the beach, appartment well equipped, appreciated very much the late checkout. Everything very smooth. Beautiful huge garden surrounding the house. Very good connection to the Corfu city. We could not enjoy the beach due to autumn weather, but still it was nice to be 50 metres from it. The fact that owners keep rescued dogs is very nice. The garden has so many perspectives for the future.
Everything was excellent, thus these comments do not undermine the very good impressions, just a wish for the future- maybe TV in the room:)

The facilities at Marina Vista were excellant. The shower and bathroom were the best I have ever had in Greece. The large double bed was great and kitchen facilities were good.
Unfortunately we never met our hosts and the WiFi stopped working 3 days before the end of our holiday .Possibly the trees around the balcony could be pruned back a bit as they somewhat obscure the view of the marina .

The walls of the proparty arr too thin. The guy behind the wall was snoring terribly all night long. It was very annoying for both me anx my friend. Because the house's location was so good and the host was wonderful, cleaning and design were superb, I rated it rather high after all. But this is problematic when you come to a holiday and you can't sleep.

Location was fantastic, facing the sea. The balcony was large and was overlooking the sea as well, and we liked that it had a lovely table and chairs and a sunbed. The main living and sleeping area was spacious and well equipped and attractive.
The bed was very hard and the shower was too hot on normal flow. If you wanted an acceptable temperature, then the water flow was very low. The water pressure is weak and requires fixing. The bed in no. 2 apartment needs a very good mattresses topper to compensate for the punishing hardness of the mattress.

Super location… in front of nice taverns (recommended), in front of the sea, inside a paradise of olive trees, 2’ by foot from mini markets, close to bars, 10’ from the center o Corfu…! Big room with great sea view! Wood and rock inside the room creates a very worm environment that makes you want to stay more!
It is not fully ready yet concerning exterior constructions, but this is minor as it is not influencing your stay.

The apartments have a unique position on the Gouvia beach in a newly built building in a beautiful green area in front of the sea. Each apartment has with its own balcony and a large window with a sweet sea-view.
Everything was perfect: air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, cleaning, parking area in front. And on top of that the landlady is a really nice lady who provided us everything we needed during our stay.
Absolutely recommended!

Modern flat between olive trees and 30m from the beach, very quiet and comfortable.
It is next to a nice port for fishing boats that you can just sit and feed swans, ducks and fish in the afternoon.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
