It was able to accommodate 8 of us and still had space to spare. The sunsets were beautiful. I didn’t need to go anywhere, the deck and dock was enough for me.

Stayed with my family for a few days,5 adults total. We had amazing weather , enjoyed the beach and great food and saw Bill Burr at Hard Rock. House is very spacious. Plenty of room for us all. We only used the coffee maker and toaster because we ate most meals out but house has all you need to make your meals at home. Beds were comfy and despite being off the main road it was really quiet at night. Owners were very receptive and answered questions quickly! Would definitely recommend this home for your Brigantine stay!

It was perfect. Our family came together to attend a wedding, there was eight of us. We found everything we needed, hair dryers, extra towels and blankets. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable- The owners answered all my texts promptly and were extremely accommodating. They allowed a late checkout so, the young ones in our group could enjoy the wave runner rentals next door, making the end our trip so much more enjoyable! Thank you for sharing such a lovely home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well appointed home. We especially appreciated the sunroom with the beautiful bay view and spectacular sunsets. The boat dock was an added bonus, to walk out on and enjoy all the beautiful birds. Our host Brittany was always pleasant and promt to respond to any inquiries.

Wonderful home on Brigantine Bay with gorgeous views. We loved sitting on the deck watching the birds and the sunset over the water. The beach is awesome, and so many neat, local places to eat. Our favorite was Pirates Den, great value for your money, delicious food and friendly staff. The home's property manager/host was AMAZING, and answered any questions we had. This home has everything you need for a weekend or a week long stay. We loved this quiet place on the water, and definitely plan to visit again!

The apartment was filled with light and open space. The views of the sun rising and setting can be seen from the 2 balconies. I preferred the view from the back balcony because that is where you will find the water view. This was a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Thank you for hosting my husband’s 50th birthday weekend!!! A group of 6 adults rented the property for a long weekend getaway and the house filled our need perfectly! We easily filled the 3 single bed bedrooms and had the bedroom with bunk beds empty. The kitchen was spacious enough that we were able to cook with ease and had many items that a typical rental does not (air fryer, combo coffee/keurig, juice press). The one thing we were disappointed about was the lack of a dishwasher, but in its place was a wine fridge which was nice to chill beverages so the fridge cold just hold the food items. The BBQ was a nice touch and worked with ease, but if you are planning to cook in the evening bring some lighting. Bed were comfortable and the linens weren’t scratchy which was much appreciated! Close to the beach and activities for daytime fun and the local distillery and casinos for evening fun too! The owner was responsive to all questions leading up to our trip very quickly too!!! We would definitely stay here again!

This house on the beautiful bay and marshes of Brigantine New Jersey is comfortable with ample room for large families or groups. We were seven and never felt crowded. The view was gorgeous, the deck furniture ample and comfortable and for us most importantly, was the outstanding grill. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated the use of many beach chairs and beach umbrella. The owner listened and tried to help with a few of our issues and was very sincere in wanting us to have a good time and understands there are some amenities that need improvement or adjustment. Still in all, you can have a terrific time in this Brigantine rental on the bay. Magnificent beach less than a 10 minute drive. Just wonderful.

This was a perfect spot for our family beach weekend. Short drive to the beach, 10 minute drive to Atlantic city events, grocery store 2 minutes away. Lovely for watching sunsets on the deck!

House was located perfectly in Brigantine and had great features. The cleanliness was lacking and was brought to the owners attention for multiple items such as a lot of dog hair on bedding and spills inside oven that prevented us from cooking. The owners were super responsive. I would have another suggestion and that would be to have mirrors in rooms since the only mirrors available were in bathrooms.

Property was clean. Owners were extremely responsive and friendly. Needless to say the place was beautiful and perfectly placed (quick Uber to AC). Highly recommended!!!!!!

We (4 guys) stayed here for a duck hunting trip. The property was more then we expected and the owners were very helpful. Had several questions upon our arrival and they answered our questions within minutes. An amazing location for us considering it was right where we were hunting. Would definitely stay here again

We LOVED our stay! This honestly was the perfect place for us. The back yard was safe for the kids to play and run around. We did kites because the wind was perfect. The views were incredible, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. I felt bad for the people below us because the kids running around, but they seemed very nice. We plan on hbooking again very soon!

The property was conveniently located to AC (about 7-10 minutes from most popular areas) and the Brigantine Beach access areas. Everything was clean and updated throughout and extremely spacious. Beautiful views in the sunroof area and off the deck. Very excited to try and stay here next summer!

We will definitely try to get the same Home. The Hostess was available at all times. Very relaxed neighborhood. Loved it

Great location and view!

It’s all about the views! The entire space is better then the photos and the bay front views are gorgeous! The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and they leave a lot of small things (condiments etc.) you can use and then replace if you finish them. The fireplace on the porch was a real treat for a chilly end of summer evening. The space comfortably fit 7 friends and owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Hoping to go back again ☺️

My family had a wonderful time here. The home was not only spacious but very comfortable as well. The location was great, my nephew loved crabbing off of the dock and we really enjoyed the sunroom. Would stay again when visiting Brigantine!

We took our son to the ocean with my parents and went to the boardwalk lost my sunglasses to the ocean so bought some cool ones from the t shirt shack and won some money at the hard rock and went to go see the absecon point lighthouse. It was overall a good trip would definitely come back to explore.

The sunsets are amazing we had more then enough room for my whole family from playing board games watching movies, out door seating with a wonderful cool breeze overall will definitely book again …❤️❤️

Renting was easy.place was easy to find 5 minutes from beach..restaurants and Casinos. Only one complaint was how hot the house got between 12-4pm because it was eco-friendly...but that pushed us out of house and went and explored or to the beach..All in all it was NICE!!
