Beautifully designed, modern home in Montara, close to beach access (walking & a short drive) in a nice neighborhood. Good view from the living area and deck and quiet enough in the evenings to hear the crashing waves at the nearby beach 😀 Good amenities in the home and wonderfully furnished and appointed.

Beautiful, well maintained, very comfortable house with wonderful ocean view. Tranquil location. Plenty of room for a family of 5 adults. Perfect getaway!

Three generations were together for the weekend and had a great time. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The landscaping of the front yard is unbelievable- rich in variety and well maintained. The views were spectacular and the location terrific to Montara State beach and hiking trails. Would definitely come back to this house.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout is spacious and there are stunning views overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom and bathroom were great for my father’s privacy. We had plenty of space with the second upstairs bedroom and bathroom, but having the downstairs room and bathroom really gave us more breathing room for the four members of our party.

The house is just as shown in the photos, and the view is fantastic! We loved the layout of the home - large gathering area, smaller side room with a tv, two bedrooms on the main floor at opposit ends of the house and one downstairs, giving everyone some privacy. Quiet neighborhood and a beautiful yard. The location is convenient to San Fransisco, towns and sights to the south and east, with lots of hiking trails close by. We hope to return the next time we visit family in the area. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions.

Best ever!

The house was very spacious for all 6 of us to enjoy. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the kitchen and dine together and the deck view was picturesque. We used the grill a couple of nights along with the fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook meals. We had one issue on Sunday morning when we woke there was no hot water for part of the house. After a quick phone call someone was there within 15 minutes to take care of it for us and was very kind in telling us things about the area and answering any questions we had. The neighborhood is very quiet and it only takes about 15 minutes to be into San Francisco from there. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall pleasant experience

Cannot say enough about this home. Fully equipped, ideally located, attractive, safe and frankly ideal. Close to Half Moon Bay but an easy ride north to SF. Host was available but honestly the home was more than supplied with everything you need…. And then some. Of the numerous places we’ve stayed this ranks very close to the top.

We felt right at home in this well-appointed home. It had all we needed in a stylish house in a great location. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The location was a convenient starting point for beach or hiking adventures and plenty of sightseeing around NorCal.

We stayed here because we went salmon fishing in the ocean. Property was very well laid out. Only drawbacks were 2 of 3 showers lost hot water during shower (master bathroom and downstairs) and thermostat was impossible. Was a great trip and we would go back.

This house is so well equipped and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and a short ride to plenty of restaurants, Pacifica and Half Moon Bay. This was a wonderful family getaway for us.

We were looking for a quiet, beautiful vacation spot and this home delivered. The view from the deck was wonderful, the yard is lovely and the home just felt comfortable. Would highly recommend it for a couple of family looking for a quiet retreat.

Our stay was marvelous! The property was beautifully and not overly decorated, spacious for private times and taking in panoramic views of ocean and hillsides. We had everything we need for meal preparation, family time, rest and relaxing and feeling the luxury of getting away from our day to day. The stars were incredible at night when it was not foggy AND it was so quiet!!! We unanimously loved our entire experience! Thank you. We may come again!

This property is even bigger, brighter, and just overall better in person (and, believe me, I thought it looked great online too). My family and I had an incredible time here. The neighborhood has all the little gems you need within walking distance or a short drive at most (less than 8 minutes). Absolutely recommend 100%.

This house is immaculate, very roomy and well supplied. It was not very close to the beach, not walkable with our 4 & 1 year olds grandkids, but we easily got lot parking as needed. Beach was nice and clean. Highly recommend!

The property was immaculate, updated with a great location just a few blocks from the beach. A nice regional park two blocks away was a convenient place to walk the dogs and enjoy the amazing views, flora and fauna. Great photos. Kitchen and pantry fully stocked which made it easy to rustle up delicious food for breakfast and dinner. We had a great time playing ping pong 🏓 in the game room (garage). The deck is large and offers ocean views. The dogs loved vacationing with us. The yard is perfect for dogs 🐕. I was able to setup agility equipment and practice 😀 with my dogs. The only improvement would be to add a sports package on the television. At the time of our visit, bay area sports teams, Giants, A's and Warriors, were all at the top. We were thoroughly grateful for the escape from the central valley heat. The hosts made it easy to get the most out of our stay with excellent tips and instructions. Recommend highly.
