Beautiful house & great location. If i had any questions the property manager got back with me very quick. Would stay there again.

Great location and layout of home is perfect for a family of 5 or more. A few things that could be improved, but in all nice home!

Temperature would drop at night was too cold. Went out and brought an extra cover. Solar pool heat was useless.

This house was wonderful. The house was comfortable and the accommodations were great. The small details put this house over the top, Roku remotes, games in the closet, kitchen appliances and dishes. etc. there was a minor issue with ants but the manager was very responsive and welcoming.

My entire group was very excited about our trip. Our accommodations made it a extremely pleasant experience.

House was very comfortable, although camera angles in online pics made house look enormous compared to actual size. With four kids, pool was a lifesaver. Be careful of wood furniture, however. Bar stools looked nice, but were not put together well and could have caused a fall. Side table in bedroom was also very shaky. Bunk beds were not sturdy. Furniture just needed an Allen wrench, but we didn't have one with us. We did have a couple ants in one bedroom, but we were able to take care of that on our own. We were short one set of sheets, but a nice new set was delivered within an hour of letting the property manager know. Pool chlorinator was cracked, and pool thermometer was broken and pieces were found lying on pool floor. The house was very clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. We rented it to see family in the area. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house is spacious with plenty of seating areas. The property manager was wonderful and there was an issue with the pool when we were about to check in but her professionalism really redeemed the whole thing and it was resolved the next day. Her communication and follow through was excellent! My only feedback would be for more towels, paper towels etc. and basic things like salt and pepper etc. would have been nice in the kitchen area. It was also a bit noisy outside in the pool area since it’s close to the main street but otherwise it was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to others. Great for families!

Needed a house for about ten people for a weekend flag tournament in Tampa and Evolve came through! The house was great, clean, great pool, and close to where we needed to be. I would 100% rent through evolve again!

The house fit our needs perfectly. Everything was as the pictures show. The property manager and owners reached out to ensure our stay was going well. They were also very flexible and responsive with any questions.

The Oasis is very clean, comfortable, updated and spacious. One of the kiddos in the family is a wheelchair user and he was able to access the home without issue. We will definitely stay here again! Kitchen does need a few things such as a colander, larger fry pan and some serving bowls but that was minor. We loved our stay for the week.

The kitchen was nice but missed a few need items like colander and larger service bowls but plenty of knives and glasses. The big miss was the pool. The listing stated "solar heated pool" but that basically means it won't freeze. In the summer, this would not be a problem, but in March and April, when we went, it was on the cooler side and the pool was so cold we really couldn't enjoy it. Over the 9 nights we stayed it only got as warm as 78 on the very last day. My kids swam but could only stay in the pool for a little while at a time before they were shivering. We reached out to the management company to see if there was anything they could do, but they just re-stated that it was solar heating and was complimentary. I would only recommend this home, if the pool is something that is a big factor (like it was for us) in the summer months.

Ana, the property owner is very informative and pleasure to work with. The house is recently renovated and very clean, spotless! The patio area around the pool is very cozy and cute, we ate dinner out there every night. Overall the landscape and decorations around the house is very welcoming. We loved it.

We had a wonderful time at the Riverview Oasis! The house was very spacious and accommodating, loved all the special details to make the home welcoming! Everything you would need has been provided and the property manager was very attentive to any and all questions via a quick text. The master bedroom was very comfortable and had a nice large bathroom and shower. The numerous windows let in the beautiful sunshine and the outdoor space was inviting as well. The location was centric to our daily adventures: Busch Gardens, Spring Training Baseball, Fort De Soto Beach, Apollo Beach, and kayaking at Weeki Watchee Springs. We would have given 5 stars but took one off for the street noise and too cool pool. Otherwise it was fantastic!
