Katherine’s property was absolutely amazing for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend with a house of 16! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and plenty of space for food and hanging out! The basement was so much fun with the entertainment and lead right out to the backyard! Location is unbeatable and the ambiance of the house was just amazing, such a cute wall for photo ops!! 10/10 recommend this house for big crews, we will 100% stay here again with a crowd!

The home was just perfect for our growing family. It is beautifully appointed, clean and has everything you could possibly need. You could feel its well loved by Katherine and her family so we felt blessed they’d share it with others. We hope to return again!

This is the nicest vacation we have ever had in Ocean City. This property was ideal. The yard was awesome. The space was used perfectly. If we have a large group next year, I would absolutely come back to this house.

This was our yearly family vacation with our two daughters, their husbands and our 6 grandchildren! This house was made for us! It was full of entertainment for the kids, lots of space for all to sleep and close to the boardwalk and beach! Katherine was an incredible host and answered questions beforehand and while we were there very promptly!

Katherine and her family provided us with an amazing house a block away from the beach where we got married on! My new wife and I will be trying to plan yearly trips back at this house if we are able to! It’s absolutely amazing from every aspect. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay!

We loved the house and would definitely rent again. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. The location was ideal. We’ve rented many houses but this house was loved by all.

This was our third year returning to this house. It is in an ideal location, clean, and spacious. Year after year we are impressed with how well it accommodates our group, which includes a few families with young kids. The basement has games and toys for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked. They offer beach tags. 10/10, we love this place!

We are always impressed by this house, and love coming each year!! My kids didn’t even want to go out to dinner, they love being at “the blue house” so much! We enjoyed the boardwalk and local shops- it’s so close to everything….
10/10 and have zero complaints besides we didn’t stay long enough!! We had a group of 14 and the entire house was accommodating to the group

This was our second summer staying a week at Katherine’s house. We (parents, grandparents, and kids ranging from 1-14) had a wonderful time last year and I can safely say this year was EVEN BETTER! Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and book this property now. It has everything. It’s in the perfect location. The host is super helpful. Don’t overthink it. We booked with Katherine for a low key bachelorette weekend in Ocean City! There was 14 of us and we fit perfectly in the rooms and the all the common spaces were perfect for hanging out and eating! We even set a picnic up in the backyard, it was so cute! The basement is another fun spot to hangout. We sadly were there during a really rainy weekend so we didn’t utilize the beach/boardwalk, but the location is so close and walkable! Highly recommend staying at this location for any event. This place was absolutely perfect. the house had everything we needed. There were 7 adults and 7 children. We had more than enough space. We parked our car and never had to use it. The beach and boardwalk were so close. The house was modern and the kitchen was beautiful. so much space for all of us to cook and eat together. Five stars !!!!

We had an amazing stay. We were a group of 7 adults and the house was perfect for us. We loved the kitchen and eating area and had many great meals cooked by our dueling chiefs. The house had many areas when we could sit and talk. The house was a block from the beach and boardwalk and had all the chairs we needed but also rented umbrellas on the beach. We filled the week with much laughter, love, memories and total relaxation. We highly recommend this beautiful house as a 5+ rental.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Honestly the layout of the house was the best I’ve ever seen in OC! We had 15 people and I did not feel cramped or on top of each other at all. You couldn’t beat the location either , you can walk to everything! The owner was super quick to respond when I had a question and extremely nice. It was perfect , not one bad thing to say!!

This was the perfect property in the perfect location. Communication with property manager was awesome. Everything we needed was available to us. The (hot) outside showers were nice to have when bringing the kids back from a long day at the beach. Definitely two thumbs up!

We had a wonderful two weeks and are looking forward to our stay next year. We can’t imagine renting anywhere else at the beach. We enjoyed being together: preparing and eating meals, playing games, doing puzzles and just hanging out. The house is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and the downtown shopping area. The location is ideal for beach and boardwalk access. The home is accommodating for multiple family groups. We had 4 different families stay and there was room for all of us. The floor plan is open and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was one of the nicest beach homes I ever stepped foot in. 3 of the bedrooms are perfect for families with little kids to room share. We booked the house for a weekend family gathering. Amazing house and very good communication with the host. Katherine was very flexible about our check in and out. The house was close to boardwalk and very well maintained. A lot of space for 18 people. The kitchen was big enough for a few people to work and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and enough covers even in cold weather. Kids have a game room downstairs. The house was very comfortable and had a personal touch. 25 min from AC. We had a great time! We are thinking to book it again!

We had our family come in from out of state to celebrate my daughters sweet sixteen and wanted everyone together instead of getting hotel’s. We had a great time weather was beautiful a warm October weekend. House was charming so much room- clean with the family’s personal touches . Three floors gave everyone space and game room was a plus for the teenage cousins!! Thanks for a great weekend experience

Excellent stay kitchen was extremely well equipped and big enough for 3 chefs to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. Check in was a breeze and host was very flexible on check in/check out over the holiday weekend. Boardwalk is a short walk and a couple of shops and an arcade were open for the kids.

This house is absolutely stunning and very spacious. The decor in each room is spectacular and the quality of the furniture and especially the gorgeous fully stocked kitchen was so perfect for our family! The 4 levels made it good for a large group to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were modern and large. The yard and garage were a nice added bonus and the location is convenient to boardwalk and 9th st bridge. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation home whose quality feels like your own. Thank you for letting us share your lovely home!!
