I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this home. We have stayed here before and have always had a great experience. The house is very clean. The host is very responsive. And the location on the lake can't be beat!

The house is a very nice, clean and comfortable family home. My guests and I enjoyed the home and lake front very much. The home exactly as presented on VRBO. I would stay there again.

We had a business retreat for 3 nights and had a marvelous time at this lovely home. The view is wonderful and peaceful, the home had many convenient amenities and Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Although the owner did his part to try and correct the wrongs. This property is neglected and in need of significant TLC. Missing light bulbs, missing table tops, no propane, missing outlet covers, urine smelling bedding and mattress, treacherous holes in the yard, missing baby gate, no top sheets on some beds, no blankets on others, not enough towels, refrigerator temperature problems were just a few of the issues we had to deal with.

Nice lakeside home on quiet cul de sac

Very nice lakeside place and nice small town outside of Indianapolis.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms to spread out.

The owner communicated very well with us and the property was clean and ready for our group. We stayed only a three nights with our FFA group while our National convention was in Indianapolis. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property and the town.

The house is perfect for a getaway with family/friends, nicely decorates, great location and the owner was very easy to communicate with, when we had an issue. Only thing to note is the refrigerator is finicky, we had a rough time keeping things cool and we ensured the doors were always closed tightly.

Great location, enough beds for everybody and a perfect setup to hold our small work gathering. Living room was a great setup to give a presentation while every person was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We all (7 adults and three kids) enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Was comfy, spacious and clean. My 7 year old grandson LOVED the dart board. And I especially enjoyed evenings on the screened in porch, listening to the live music subtly drifting across the water from The Swan Dive Bar.

We enjoyed our time at the Lake House. Chris was very helpful and easy to reach for any questions.

Overall very good. Location, parking, access to golf and restaurants all good. Only issue was problem with internet/TV during stay that prohibited watching certain events.

We had a great stay at the lake house, the property was large enough for our group, we enjoyed the patio and lake views, and easily could walk to town. If there were any negatives, it would be the bed on the main floor was not that comfortable (very hard) and the neighbors were a little odd, but other than that, absolutely perfect and would stay here again.

Renting was easy! Chris was very attentive if we had any questions he was always quick to respond. If there were any issues he was making note of them to attend to those before the next renters. Overall it was a fun stay for 3 families to come together to celebrate family and the bunk room was a hit for the 7 kid cousins to share.

The house was beautiful. Great view overlooking the lake. Wish we would’ve come during the summer. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for all 14 of us.

This was a great place for my Indiana family to gather for a little get-together to celebrate the holiday season. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and visit. We had a great time here!

It was largely a great experience. Great space, clean, comfy bedding, most furniture is quality. Large, well stocked kitchen. Lovely outdoor space. The house is aging and needs some updates and repairs. Oven door that won’t stay shut and aging appliances. Squeaky floors that wake the downstairs guests as soon as the first person walks. Curtains that don’t cover and fit windows. The dining room chairs are unstable. Perhaps because the guests keep using them to prop the oven door closed. Knowing the property we would still rent again if the price was in line with the age of the property and season. We are seasoned vacation home renters and have appreciation of the wear and tear a rental can endure. This property needs some love and attention. Chris was very responsive and she allowed us a late check out on a holiday. So kudos to the homeowner for a nice house in a nice area and good communication.

We came here for National FFA Convention and stayed here because no hotels were available. It was such a nice house and had enough room for the students to hang out or rest when we had down time.

Perfect in every way! We stayed here with 14 family members and it was ideal. Even had a beautiful sunrise and sunset somehow! Views of the lake are beautiful! Everything about the house is wonderful!! Had absolutely everything we could possibly want.

We came to Indiana for our daughter's wedding and were able to have our immediate family stay with us. Communication with Chris, the owner, was great. He was responsive and very helpful with local information and any questions we had. This is a beautiful house on the water and very close to a park and walkable to local spots. I would highly recommend this rental for out of towners as well as those in the Indianapolis area looking to get away from the rat race for a bit. Cicero is a gem of a town.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The home and lake were beautiful. The lake is very busy and wavy by the dock on the weekend but calm in the morning. We also enjoyed appetizers and Bloody Mary’s at The Boathouse across the lake which is walkable from the house. Would recommend a stay here.

Very spacious and layout made it nice for large group. View of lake on screened porch was amazing in morning with morning coffee. The only negative would be the steps on dock are mossy and slippery.....making it hard and dangerous to climb out of the water. Otherwise, enjoyed stay very much.

The house and location is perfect. Verywalkable to downtown Cicero. The owner is extremely responsive too! Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time as four families met up from across the country. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and the outside seating was well used.
