The house and location were perfect for our spring break trip. The house has all the extras to make your stay the best and the beach is under a five minute walk. We have been traveling to this area for several years and this was the best location and setup. The property manager is responsive and friendly.

We loved this house! It had plenty of room for our family and nicely decorated. The heated pool was a plus for our kids to play in after a long day at the beach. Carillon is such a beautiful place. Sal the owner was great to work with and answered any questions I had. Looking forward to going back very soon

Footprints in the Sand is a fabulous house! We loved the proximity to the beach, the backyard pool,and the privacy of the green space behind the house. The garage/shed was well-stocked with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! The construction across the street was loud, but it won’t last forever. Our family would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were excellent! Bedding and all the extra amenities were awesome. Pool was a great place to hang out and had all the pool floats/toys. Sal and Natalya were excellent hosts and were very quick to respond when contacted. Will stay again!

My family of five stayed at Footprints in the Sand with family friends and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The location to the beach, the private pool, the cleanliness of the rental and the abundance of space. It was so so great. We would absolutely spend our summer vacation here again! Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond as well!

We loved our stay. Having our own pool was great for our 4 and 5 year old. It is a beautiful home and we hope be back next year!

Had a Great time. The whole place is very spacious. It has a beautiful front porch and back porch as well as a great pool deck. Has a storage unit full of bikes and beach toys. Also has a long driveway and sits right cross the little road from the beach.

Nice extra clean home with a super easy walk to the beach. Communication with owner is excellent. Highly recommend!

My husband and I and our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Footprints in the Sand, The home was beautiful and laid out so well to accommodate our 3 families. Everyone had their own space, and the common areas were well-suited for everyone to gather. The kitchen has a wonderful, large pantry, and was perfect for prepping family meals to enjoy inside or on the porch. The front and back porches are lovely, and the pool was fabulous for the kids and the adults. The home is just a couple of minutes from the beach, which made access easy and quick.

We enjoyed our stay at Footprints in the Sand. Property owners were excellent to communicate with and the home was clean and well equipped for our stay. Easy walkover to the beach and the pool was refreshing. Highly recommend this home and we will book again!

Perfect home! The back porch was the favorite gathering space for meals and game nights! The kitchen is wonderful and very well stocked! The house was great for our family! We loved this house and the proximity to the beach! The owners were so kind answering my questions before we arrived!!

This house is stunning! Perfect layout for elderly parents, my husband and I, and my sister and her husband and 3yr old. The private pool was used daily. Beach access was tough for my elderly parents which just made the pool even more valuable. The owners were super responsive. We will absolutely be back!

This house lived up to all our expectations. Just a short walk to the beach and a pool that gets sun most of the day. Children ages 3-8 loved every second of it. I recommend renting a golf cart as there is lots to see in this community. The owner was in constant contact with us and we had a very smooth process of renting. 4 beach chairs set up everyday just for you. The house is equipped with toys, bikes, wagons, extra beach chairs, etc. you name it, they had it! We will be back!!!

My family spent Christmas and New Year’s at Footprints in the Sand. We have rented the same home at Carillon Beach many times over the past few years, but it was recently sold, and this was our first time staying at Footprints in the Sand. In summary, it was a perfect week, we loved the home and we will definitely rent this home again - We didn't want to leave. For my wife and I, cleanliness is always the main priority and there was no disappointment at this home. The cleanliness easily exceeded our picky expectations… Counters, floors, furniture, showers, tubs, toilets…Everything was literally spotless. With that out of the way, the home is so beautiful - We were so excited walking into the home and this is one of the rare exceptions where I can honestly say the photos do not capture the full beauty of the property. This honestly felt like we were staying in someone’s well-kept brand new private residence and not a vacation rental. I’ll skip many of the details available in the home’s description, but confirm that the kitchen is supplied with everything you need - We never had a moment where we didn’t have an item needed for food prep or drinks. The floor plan is nicely laid out, and combined with 10-foot ceilings, the home feels grand and spacious. The pool is just the right size for a refreshing dip and it’s just right for kids to burn-off some energy in the afternoon. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the front porch, the second floor balcony and out back around the pool. We spent many afternoons with a drink on the second floor balcony soaking up the sun while enjoying views of the gulf. The home is a very short walk to the beach…I’d say less than 60 seconds and you’re on the sand. Best of all, the owners are extremely polite and very responsive. They went out of their way to accommodate a few additional nights for our stay and gladly added pool heating (very reasonable fee) for our two kids. We had much needed relaxation and family time in your beautiful home - Thank you!!!

This was our 2nd time at the property and we will keep coming back. Perfect for a multi-generational gathering. Love the pool and back porch and proximity to the beach. They have everything you need…even for kids. Carillon Beach has quickly become our favorite. Sal was quick to respond to any questions we had. Hate to recommend because I don’t want to fight over dates with other people, but this is a definite 5 star

There is a ton of construction going on across the street but that doesn’t take away from the beauty of the home and pool.

This was our second year at Footprints in the Sand and we had a great time again. The house is amazing and the pool is great for the kids after spending all day at the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and house is very clean. All the extra beach gear and towels were nice to have. It doesn’t get much better than this place in Carillon! Don’t miss the Our Little Beach Cafe, they are a cute family run spot for breakfast or lunch. The owner is very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well during the week. Highly recommend!!!

Everything about this place was perfect! It exceeded our expectations and will definitely be staying here again!

We have made many visits to Carillon and have stayed in several properties and we all voted this one the favorite! Great space and layout, especially the kitchen. The beds and bedding were great. We did not have our picture perfect Carillon weather this year but the large and comfortable outdoor seating areas made the rainy times bearable and the pool was an added plus. We plan to return next year!!! (And hopefully the construction around the house will be completed!)

This is an incredible house and our favorite rental yet. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, and comfortable with endless upgrades. The pool is such an added bonus after a long day at the beach. I’ve already booked this house for next year.

Footprints in the Sand is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and a short distance to the beach. We loved being in a neighborhood that is not so crowded but convenient to shops and restaurants. Perhaps the thing we enjoyed most was the porch and backyard pool. We would definitely recommend it.

This place is great. Owner was super easy and had the whole house set up from the get go. Carillon Beach is absolutely a hidden gem. Quiet, huge beach. Tons of stuff within a 10 min drive. The house itself was great. 1 minute walk to beach and 5 min to the large community pool. The small one on the property was great for a quick dip. The house is so well equipped: comfy beds, smart tvs in every room. All clad skillets, Weber grill are great touches, current renovation all adds up to functional luxury. Bikes, floats, sand stuff for the kids, just a really well stocked property. One of the best vacations I’ve taken. Looking for 2023 availability now, if not may just have to buy it off him ;)

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 4th of July week at Footprints in the Sand. The home was clean , and decorated with soothing decor. Having two master suites made our stay more comfortable, since we had all adults in our party. The beds were very comfortable. The beach access was so easy, and having access to four lounges, and umbrellas on the beach was so nice. We really enjoyed the homes private pool , especially in the evenings, with the fun lights. We have been coming to Carillon for several years, and always look forward to the 4th of July neighborhood parade. Thanks Natalya and Sal for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

Really enjoyed our stay. Owners were great to deal with and responsive. A lot of beach gear was provided, and it was a short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed private pool and outdoor speakers. Would definitely stay again here.

Sal and Natalya were always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. House was very young child conducive. Loved it!

We had a fantastic week! Our travel group included two families- 4 adults and 4 boys ages 7-11. The pool was a huge hit with the boys and it was so easy to sit on the back porch to supervise them and still avoid the splashes. The outdoor space was really great- even the grill was amazing (grills at rental properties are frequently awful). The inside of the home was perfect. Space for everyone, very clean, simple and beachy decor. The property owners were very easy to work with and very responsive.

We loved Footprints in the Sand! The house is spacious and well equipped for every need you may have while traveling. There is a book all about the house in the kitchen with helpful information about the house, the owner’s favorite places to visit, and many other helpful tips. The owners were very quick to respond to any question or needs we had. We traveled with our three kids (16, 12, & 11) and the house was perfect for our needs. There are too many positives about this house to list~ we loved the spaciousness and heated pool, and how close it is to everything. The only negative we found is the construction across the street. However, the houses seem to be close to being finished and the owners are very cognizant of this and have taken measures to protect parking spaces. Additionally…if you’re at the beach or pool~ you’re not hearing the construction lol. We honestly can’t wait to return to Footprints in the Sand.
