My family and I had a wonderful time at this home! The host was very responsive and we could not have been happier with the cleanliness. We enjoyed utilizing the bikes each morning to visit the beach (only about a 15 minute bike ride) and the location was great. The only thing I would note is that the pool level was low for the majority of our stay so we had to clean the pool more often since the level by the end of our trip was below the surface skimmer. Overall we had a great time and would be happy to recommend or stay again!

Our family loved staying here! The house is just the right size, very beautiful, pool and hot tub was wonderful, and Kristen was easy and incredibly responsive right away! We will stay here again!

We give Buccaneer Court five stars but it deserves so many more. The home far exceeded our expectations. It is so tastefully decorated and well appointed. We lacked for nothing. The canal was beautiful and peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved the location. It was a five minute walk to the Y and pickleball courts. Publix was down the street as was a very nice Walgreen’s. Restaurants were close by as well as the library and the lovely Marco Island Museum. There were burrowing owls up the street and around the corner, who became our friends. Kristen was delightful to work with and any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. She makes certain that the home is immaculately clean and stocked with anything a renter could desire. We were deeply saddened to leave and are eagerly anticipating a return.

We had a fabulous time staying at Buccaneer Place! It was so great I want to rent it again in June! Completely exceeded my expectations. Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The furnishings are tasteful and so well taken care of. We loved the beautiful pool and spa, as well. The patio area is fabulous and is completely it’s own living area. What’s also nice about the home is that it’s central to everything. Minutes from shopping, beach and restaurants. Very convenient! You can’t go wrong with Buccaneer Place!

Had my family of 6 -- all adults -- spend a great week in this terrific home. From dealing with the homeowner to all the amenities and conveniences of the property, everything was top notch. I have rented many homes and I found this one to be as good as any. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay immensely and the house - inside and out- couldn’t have been better. Everything was very clean, organized, beautiful and well appointed. The outdoor space was even better in person than the pictures show and we spent a lot of time swimming, around the fire pit and on the dock. Lastly, Kristen was the perfect host in every respect from our initial inquiry to checkout. We look forward to staying at Buccaneer Place again!

Beautiful property! Newly remodeled. Awesome water view. Everything is well appointed and the owner is quick to reply if anything is needed. We loved it! So much, that we are returning next year. Can't go wrong in this home!

This home is absolutely wonderful! It was so clean and very well maintained. It has everything you would need - an amazing outdoor space (where we spent all our time), beach gear / equipment, paddle board for the canal, bikes and anything and everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. And let's not forget that amazing backyard view! The owner, Kristen, is very responsive if you need to reach out for any reason and she also keeps you informed if anyone would be stopping by the house, like for pool maintenance, for example. On our next trip to Marco, I will not need to research for a place to stay as I will be booking this home!

We have just had an amazing stay in your home. Everything you could think of was there making it feel like home but in the sun in October. The place was spotless and very well appointed. We made good use of the pool and outdoor space, enjoying the views. We were treated to dolphins and several large birds landing on the deck. The walk to the beach was exhilarating and well worth it.

This house is amazing. Beautifully decorated, high end appliances, comfortable furure and the outdoor area is everything!! Very quiet neighborhood and close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. We didn't want to leave!! Owner was very responsive and sent me a huge list of recommendations and things to do. Highly recommended property!!

4 adults, 4 children (ages 6-12) and not one person found a shortfall with this property. Although the house isn't mansion-esque, the floor plan is wonderful and gave all 8 of us room to be comfortable. The outdoor space was MUCH enjoyed between swimming, cooking, playing cards, watching TV. You actually never had to go inside unless you wanted to. The home was very clean and well maintained in every way. We really appreciated that there were things readily available that we didn't even know we needed - beach umbrellas, sand toys, insulated cups, etc. All the incidentals were not an after thought. Communication was wonderful before and throughout our stay. Super simple check-in and check-out process. Gorgeous home, fantastic views, convenient location. 10/10 EXCELLENT place to stay. We hope to stay again! Thank you!

Everything about this home is perfect. Very convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and all the other outdoor amenities. Overall a great week of vacation!! Thanks Kristen We definitely want to comeback

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about this rental and owner. This home was more than you could ever imagine or expect. Every single detail is thought of, from a multitude of beach supplies, to comfortable beds and high-grade linens. The views and dock make you feel like you’re truly in paradise. Our families booked both rentals from this owner, which allowed us to have our own space but be just across the street from each other. My mom has limited mobility; this owner insured she’d have a shower chair to assist, which was waiting upon our arrival. She went above and beyond!! I am grateful for the opportunity to experience her home and the beauty of Marco Island. I hope to return sooner than later. Many thanks!!

This will be our second 3-week stay at Buccaneer Place and can't think of a better place we would rather stay! If you are looking for a quiet home but close enough to the beach and busy downtown this, is it. The house has everything you could want and more. While working on the patio we witnessed Manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal, if you are going to work remotely, not a bad place to do it. Kristen is a gracious house and always lets us know in advance if a package was being delivered or if a service person was scheduled to do routine maintenance. We had such a relaxing stay at this home in Marco. The home was in a perfect spot just minutes from the beach. Beautifully decorated and very easy to enjoy with the pool and hot tub. The grill and tv outside were a bonus while watching the March Madness basketball games. The canal was perfect for stand up paddle boarding and fishing. Kristen was very accommodating and very easy to reach with questions. Highly recommend this home if you want a stress free vacation in Marco. You will love it!

This vacation to Marco Island was amazing! The vacation home was top notch and immaculate! I can’t say enough good things. Couldn’t have been anything better!

This property is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we knew it was a great find. Very clean & well stocked with supplies. We were here with 7 family members & there was plenty of space with a great layout. The best part has to be the amazing covered patio area with pool & hot tub! We spent the majority of our time swimming & enjoying the views of the canal. It is conveniently located on a quiet road but also close to the beach & amenities. We visited both Tiger tail beach & South shore beach- both are beautiful with white sand & shells for miles! We would love to return here some day. The house was exceptional and tastefully decorated. The pool deck had ample seating and included a grill and TV which was a plus. Spent a few days fishing off the dock, enjoying the pool and hot tub and stand up paddle boarding in the canal. Location was central to the beach and restaurants. This rental was so perfect, we can’t wait to stay again next year!

We traveled for our first time to Marco Island and met our friends from AZ. Our two families stayed in the house & it was absolutely perfect. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and Kristen was truly a fantastic hostess from afar. If you are coming to Marco, this home does not disappoint!

This home is an incredible find! A large patio with a beautiful pool & hot tub, a table with a fire as the centerpiece, a large dock, smart TVs….I could go on and on. The owner is incredibly helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful place for us to stay for our vacation!

We really enjoyed our week at the Caudill home. Clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. The view from the backyard patio was amazing. Like previous guests, the majority of our time was spent by the pool and hot tub. This was our first visit to Marco Island and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Truly a gem! Kristin was easy to communicate with and we hope to make a return visit again!
