We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was clean and as described. Location was convenient for our needs. Having a garage a huge plus!

Very spacious. I loves the ceramic cookware. Felt safe with my little ones. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing that confused me is why I was told to strip the beds and put the towels in the laundry room when I pay cleaning fee.

We stayed at this East Mesa property for four weeks from mid-February to Mid-March. It was a welcome change from the cold Midwest. Everything went well. The property is very clean and the pictures on the website provide an accurate overview of the property. It was fairly quiet throughout the stay; we rarely heard noise from any of the other units. The property is very close to the 202, which was great for getting around the city. The negatives (I really hesitate to even use the word negatives because we knew about these things before we stayed) but all bedrooms and the laundry are on the upper level of the condo, so we found ourselves running up & down the stairs quite a bit; and the neighborhood pool is not heated, so the water was too cold for swimming in February-March. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay.

My Mother and I stayed at this rental for a little over a week and really enjoyed it. The manager had excellent communication and kept the place fully stocked with necessities so we were very happy there.
That said, there were a few things that need attention or repair but overall it was very nice and we would stay there again. We had some trouble getting the ceiling fan light to work in the living room which made it rather dark at night, the barn door in the bedroom upstairs is off track and can’t be closed to the bathroom causing drafts and lack of privacy while in the shower and the downstairs smart TV would not stream anything during our stay but did work getting the local cable channels.

Things that could be improved:
Teflon skillets falling apart and finish coming off
Cox TV remote damaged and hardly operable
Poor selection of cable TV channels
Paint coming off the wall in hall bath near tub
Place was fumigated with scent bombs that were plugged into the walls in most rooms. Ugh
Sheets and pillow covers smelled very strongly of chemical scents that irritate the eyes and make one cough.
Sheet were polyester instead of cotton and didn’t breathe.
Bedding consisted of one sheet and a comforter which makes it difficult to find a comfortable room temp without turning the AC way up.
Lots of light coming in around curtains in bedrooms in the middle of the night.

Definitely recommend, Carmen was a sweetheart, and very helpful. The place was very clean, and had everything you would need. Even toys and things for my 3 year old to play with.

Was in town for a baseball tournament. Although it didn’t go our way which woulda have made the trip suck. Everyday when we came home to the rental, it just made our day. I can’t count how many times we said “man the baseball sucked but the rental was awesome”. I definitely recommend staying here. Condo was so nice and modern. The neighborhood is kid friendly. Definitely a must.

This is an amazing property for a family. We had such a comfortable stay! Our family includes my husband and I along with our three kids aged 7, 4, and 1. We also had our teenage exchange student with us. It very comfortably slept all of us. The kids toys and games were a huge bonus! My son also made some sweet friends in the neighborhood. They were ringing the bell to ask him to play and that was really great! We would recommend this Vrbo to friends and family. We hope to be back again in the future! Many thanks to the owners of this beautiful property!!

We came for a wedding and then made a golf vacation out of it. This condo was very accomodating. Lots of room, nice kitchen, extremely clean and the garage was very nice to have. Thank you for the nice place! We would stay there again!

We were going to be visiting the area for my son’s wheelchair basketball tournament. Found this place after searching for places big enough for 6. This property is in an amazing location and the host was very accommodating. I’d recommend this property and host for any trip to Mesa.

When we arrived the host was extremely responsive to my questions. The place was the perfect place for our family to stay. It was clean, had amenities we needed, access was great, secure location, quiet, friendly neighborhood, etc. I would definitely book there again and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Travelled with elderly parents for a graduation from ATSU. Home was sparkling clean, conveniently located and a very comfortable property! Carmen was very kind and attentive...highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo - very easy check in and check out - loved having the garage to pull rental car into at night. Close access to many places. Only suggestion is darkening shades in 2 other bedroom ( not master those curtains were perfect) The AZ sun is so bright that at 6am the room was bright. Thanks for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place. Will defiantly return.

Was moving a kid to ASU for school, but they are renting in Mesa. This condo was perfect for us to help her transition. Very neat, clean, and well appointed. We didn't use the kitchen to make food or anything, so I can't comment on functionality there, but looking through I thought I saw pretty much anything most people would need if the wanted.
Also, given the 110+ degree weather, it was amazingly comfortable.

This was our second stay and it was just as great as the first time. It is very easy to find and an easy drive from the airport. Upon entering you can smell that it’s clean. Decorations are tasteful, kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable - it has everything. It is a very short walk to the pool which is never crowded. It’s wonderful to gave a nice garage in the Arizona summer. I would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful two-story condo where we could sleep comfortably. We did not utilize the kitchen, but it was clean and set up so well! The primary bed was adjustable ... what a treat!

Property was as described. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with any necessary supplies. Location had easy access to major freeways (202) with good restaurants, shopping, and hiking within a short drive.

Property was used for a guys annual golf trip and worked well for us. The driving instructions to get to the property could use a bit of work as we ended up at the complex across the street from our desired destination. Having a garage was ideal as we could store our golf clubs there and not have to worry about something happening to them while stored in the rental car. The pool on the property was a bit disappointing as it was extremely small. We stayed in a different property last year that had a large pool and hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all, very pleased with the property and our stay. Would certainly recommend to friends.

Great Stay
Super clean property. Great location. One bed was a little hard and uncomfortable for my 13 year old, it is meant for a smaller child. But overall everything was great. They could add some wine glasses ;-)
