It should be reported to the health department. I stayed in room 105 which was a disaster. I couldn't sleep with the noise from an adjoining restaurant that had a concert/band playing on their patio until after midnight. I was not advised of this at check in. A man was leaving at the same time I did and said he was in room 105 and asked to be moved because it was so bad. I should have done the same although I did ask for new linen as there was hair all over the sheets and pillow. All I received was one pillowcase. The description of the motel on Booking.com stated how clean the facility was which is truly false advertising.

It was my understanding that I would be able to pay with another credit card and would not be billed until I arrived. They put the billing through without my approval and I had to demand a copy of the bill. The woman at the registration was curt and not at all willing to be cooperative. She kept insisting that she didn't charge extra for my pet and I said to her that my pet is cleaner than the room and I feared he would possibly be exposed to the monkeypox virus as dirty as the floor was. I didn't even want to use the shower or towels.

I didn't. Hair and filth every where. Mold on shower cieling was very gross and unsanitary.

COMFORTABLE mattress & great location. Despite being on the main road there was no traffic noise. For the price $30 less than Best Western in town its tolerable.

It wasn't completely finished showing patched walls, very dusty throughout, disgusting bathroom shelf, all drawers were missing handles replaced by tabs of duct tape as "pulls", trash from previous guests under the bed. Saved $30 from a Best Western room for this, which was tolerable though substandard
