It was the perfect stay for our family. It’s large, has plenty of beds and bathrooms, and it’s in a nice residential neighborhood. The house was clean and the property managers were responsive. Definitely recommend it.

The home was beautiful and provided a comfortable and relaxing stay for our family. The young ones really enjoyed their private basement getaway. The pictures in the post accurately portrayed the home; which is not always the case. There were a few glitches. The entry code given us prior to check in did not work and we had to contact agent to provide a different code. This all happened in a reasonable amount of time. There were also ants, and the few ant traps set out couldn’t keep up. Again, not altogether unreasonable given the time of year and the age of the home. We also had to run out and get more toilet paper and hand soap soon after arriving. When we mentioned these concerns to the agent post-stay, she suggested we should have contacted her and she would have treated for the ants and brought replacement supplies by. This felt like we were at fault for not contacting her sooner. However, we paid over $500 per night for the stay, before cleaning and processing fees and taxes, so we feel those supplies should have been present without our requesting them. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and we would recommend the location to our friends.

This was the perfect place for my family of 6 adults. We were visiting with our son and his wife and baby who live in the neighborhood. A wonderful home with lots of space and areas to gather. Very well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and a great location. We will be back.

We were a group of 9, we loved the property! For IDAY it took us only 15 mins to get to the stadium. Everything we needed was there!

We came out to visit family in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood close to bike and walking trail. We have a family of 11 and the house was just perfect for all of us. The seating area out front was nice to gather at night with the fire table. Prompt response for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our family reunion

Sean and Cathy of iTrip provided excellent customer service. The house is in a great location but extremely dated, and smelled so old and musty that we had to re-wash our clothes to get the smell out when we got back home. The owners could do some basic work to bring the home into a proper modern VRBO experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Sailors' Sabbatical. We were welcomed with a beautiful floral arrangement, a complimentary bottle of wine, and snacks. This is a lovely home, spacious and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The home is conveniently located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, just a short distance from USNA. We 100% recommend staying here!
