We really enjoyed this home. The privacy with the hot tub/back fire area is very quaint and had a great feel. The open concept first floor was excellent for cooking meals and all being together. The neighborhood is lovely as well! We enjoyed having the bikes to get around to local areas. Everything was clean and in superb condition. I'd absolutely return.

Almost everything was fabulous. The size of this property is wonderful. The train wasn’t an issue at all. The response from the property management was excellent. The only problem I have is that the property is considered a luxury rental however, there are several things that are not luxury about it. Mainly, we couldn’t figure out the heating system in the house. Pretty much everyone overheated every night. The garage door opener was broken and in-operable. There wasn’t much they could do about it while we were there being the holiday and such. However we paid peak price for holiday rental so… the oven door wouldn’t quite stay closed. No espresso maker. It generally needs a little tlc, I think a bathroom vanity had a side panel falling off. The tvs are old…Just little things like that. I wouldn’t spend that much for the property again, but I did love the layout.

Perfect for girls weekend. Loved thanksgiving each bedroom had its own bath. Outdoor area Great.

One of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in at Sunriver. Our only issue was missing five of the shark passes but was easily resolved with temporary passes.

This was a great place for our family which consisted of 9 adults, and 4 children ages 6, 4, 2 and 2. Loved the close proximity to Sharc and to Fort Rock Park.

Everything was clean and tidy! We had a lovely time.

The house and yard worked really well for our group of three (related) families (6 adults, 4 children, 1 toddler). Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped; children enjoyed sitting at the counter while adults had the big table. Children especially enjoyed the loft, the bunk beds, and the deck. The large hall and layout of rooms were great for indoor play (especially needed because of poor fire-borne air quality on several days of our stay). We also appreciated the large number of bathrooms and the laundry facilities. Oven wasn't working properly, but management was responsive. The community pool was excellent (though closed down because of Covid for part of our stay), and we enjoyed the park/playground a mile away, as well as the paved walking/biking paths. Also appreciated the good supermarket and the ice cream shop in the village. Area outings we enjoyed included the lava fields, the High Desert Museum, and the path along the Deschutes River. If you want to do a family float from the marina, be sure to make your reservation well in advance. Overall, an excellent stay!

Great house for families

My wife loved all of the decorations. The dining room table was great as we could alll eat together and not have to worry about the table because of the rustic decor. The only hitch was the lock key was located on the back of the house and if we had had to use it, finding it at night would have been a problem

Overall the house was very nice. Would be perfect for a group. I dont recall the listing mentioning it, but there is a train track about 50 yards behind the house. Might be an issue for light sleepers.

Our family loved this home - it was probably the best rental we’ve ever had.

Everything was great. I somehow had lost the e-mail with the door code but the owner was very helpful and we were able to get inside with no delays. We all liked the house. Had everything we needed. Another fun visit to Sunriver.

Beautiful home, great location

If you are coming with a big group and looking for the perfect house, this is it. This property went above and beyond our expectations! We couldn't have been happier with the house and the staff. Having 5 master suites was a perfect fit for our multi family vacation, all the rooms were great! The kitchen was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for all our huge family meals. We all agreed we need come back to the house sometime in the near future!

Hot tub was not the cleanest. The house was great! Over all our stay was really nice! Had a great time!

We had two families stay together at this home and there was more than enough room for all. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked as well as having a beautiful outdoor space to relax in.

Steps from the SHARC and about a 10 minute walk into the village. This is a spacious house with a nice symmetrical layout so every room is just about the same (except for the larger master upstairs). All rooms have private attached bathrooms which is also very nice. There are no bad rooms in this place, which removes the whole haggling over rooms issue when arriving with family. There are train tracks behind the property but the trains come through fast and without a lot of noise. We got used to it quickly and it wasn’t a real issue. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. If you plan to do a lot of cooking and food prep you may want to bring your own knives. The provided set leaves much to be desired when doing fine cutting of fruits and veggies. Just a warning for the serious cookers, not a complaint. My only real issue, and a minor one at that, is the large number of wall switches on the main level that aren’t clearly marked and many of which didn’t appear to turn anything on or off. It was confusing getting the lights on even after a four day stay, but maybe it’s just me. Overall a great property that we will very likely request to book again. We enjoyed it.

Great place for family and kids, house was great

The place exceeded our expectations! Everyone walked around in awe as we arrived. The place is very well organized and has virtually everything you need. It's so comfortable and welcoming. We just couldn't get over how much we enjoyed this home. There were 5 couples each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom and it worked out great! The rooms are a decent size, comfortable, and private. The master suite upstairs is quite spacious and luxurious. The only "challenge" we had was balancing the temperature between the downstairs bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedroom is cooled by both a vent from the downstairs setting and a separate A/C in-wall unit. Being upstairs it can get warmer than downstairs. We loved the openness of the downstairs with the kitchen, dining table, and living room. It help keep us all connected as we ate meals or hung around chatting. The location is great! An easy walk to SHARC and the Village. Lots of paved paths to walk and explore. There is easy access to fishing, hiking, and water sports. We all can easily see this being a place we visit again and again!

Beautifully furnished home with lots of space for gathering, plus hard to find 5 master bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The property is close to the railroad tracks but by using air conditioning and keeping windows closed at night we didn't even hear them. I'd definitely recommend this home!

Great place with every bedroom having it’s in bathroom and TV. We had to wait over a half hour after our check in time because the house keeping crew wasn’t done. We liked being walking distance from the Sharc and the Village but didn’t realize we were so close to the railroad tracks and heard trains at all hours.

Beautiful home in great Sunriver location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Fantastic location close to the village and the house was beautiful. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in Sun River.

We booked this house so that our family from San Diego could all stay with us. The house is perfect, featuring 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The outside bbq and fireplace are a great place to gather and play a game of cards. This location is perfect! We would book this house again.

Great home this one is hard to beat very close access to everything. The marketplace, the SHARC, all of Sunriver's best restaurants. This home is very unique in its decor the Southwestern Art work is amazing in each room. Feel's like your in a special place.

We have stayed in this house for 7 years now and we love it. Its location and amenities are great. The 5 master suites makes it perfect for multiple families. The bikes could use some love but we bring our own so it's not a big deal for us.

The home is very nice and accommodated our multigenerational family very well. Enjoyed the sharc passes.
