I cannot say enough good things about this property! Over the past few years our family has spread out over 4 counties and we decided on Spring Hill to get together for the Thanksgiving holiday. Cindy graciously offered the use of her home for our meal and it could not have gone better. The kids were living the heated pool even though the outside temps were in the low 60’s! Will definitely rent again in the future!

We go to Spring Hill every year for vacation to visit family, this year was great, the house was very clean, well supplied, and the host Cindy could not have been nicer, more welcoming, or accommodating. The pool was fantastic, she definitely made it feel like it was our house for the week.. We will definitely be going back!

House was exactly as described and fit our family of 4s needs very well. The pool was great and the kids spent a lot of time in it. I would highly recommend this rental!

We thought the home was lovely with many extra touches in decorating. The outdoor space was amazing with a covered patio, warm heated pool and abundant space to enjoy meals and play board games and cards. We spent absolutely most of our time outside in the patio space and in the pool. The neighborhood was great for bike riding. Our host, Cindy, was great and extremely responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return.

great stay, heated pool was great, as was the outdoor dining area, and the play room. My only issue was with the bed in the primary bedroom - the mattress was way too soft and kind of squashed on one side, it really needs replacing.

This house was perfect for our trip. The pool was warm. We enjoyed the firepit. The master bath was amazing. There were lots of little details that made our stay so comfortable. There were 4 kids in our party from 10 - 14 and they were all happy and busy while we were there as were the adults.

Our family absolutely loved this home. It is extremely clean and spacious. The game room, heated pool with outside bar, large screen tv and well-provisioned kitchen is ideally suited for a family with young adults. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great stay for family of 4 in town to visit the grandparents. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with basics. Poolside bar was a fun hangout spot. Would stay again!

What a wonderful home to stay in. The only problem we had is we couldn’t stay long enough! Spacious, comfortable with everything you need. We will definitely be wanting to stay here again when we visit our Florida family. Many happy memories were made. Thanks for everything!

The property was perfect for a family get together in Spring Hill. Lots of room for people to spread out, including a great heated pool with outdoor bar and eating area. The house was very well stocked as well.

I have no complaints about Cindy’s home. My family had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. Location was great as well as her communication. We were very comfortable for our weekend stay!

We loved the place. We especially liked the little touches such as having a welcome message with our name on it. I’m not sure what our six year old liked more, the huge pool or the game room. Wonderful time.

This house is stunning. The beds are comfortable and the linens & pillows are of high quality. That gigantic shower will be a conversation piece for years! Even the pots & pans are nice. The pool was gorgeous & refreshing. There are thoughtful touches in every room.

We booked for our wedding party the night before and we had such a good time, relaxing by the pool, playing games in the garage, and everyone had room to sleep! Highly highly recommend!!

This was an amazing house and so clean. The detail in the decorating was absolutely beautiful!! Great location! Easy to get a hold of the property owner also. Definitely will be coming back to this awesome home!!

Nice quiet neighborhood about 45-60 minutes from the activities we wanted. The pool was perfect!

Hello - Overall we loved the heated pool and design of the property. Game room in garage was an added feature. I would say that the house could have been a bit cleaner, a finger nail on the patio, a dead roach in the bathroom, and a broken handle on one of the doors. We also had to leave the pool on Friday night at 7:30pm to have the pool guy clean the pool. Would have preferred that would have happened prior to our arrival. But overall a nice experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and well kept house.

This year I was able to take my whole family, all 8 of us, on our first family vacation. Unfortunately our trip was not without its speed bumps as flights were canceled, some plans were ruined by weather and attendance limits at attractions. What truly hands down was a saving grace for out trip was Cindy's property! The house was spacious and beautiful and the pool area was perfect for our whole family to hang out and relax and have fun. Even when our plans went south no one was bothered because we knew we had this fantastic house to go back to. My kids range from 19 to 12 and having the game room with no shortage of activities when we were rained out of the pool, everyone had something to do and we could continue hanging out was a family. From the super comfortable beds to the awesome master bathroom, which became my 2 teenage daughters personal spa🙄, there is not enough great things to say about the property. As a host Cindy was absolutely awesome! She was always prompt with her responses when I had a question and even gave us a late checkout due to one of those speed bumps. She was accommodating at every turn to her ability to be so. If your traveling with your family to Spring Hill or the surrounding area. Do not pass on this rental. You will be doing you and your family a disservice.

Clean comfy and great communication Family friendly

We had 8 people on our trip! Plenty of room for everyone. I loved that there were 2 living areas & a game room stocked with games ! The spring are really close and became a family favorite.

Beautiful house clean and nicely decorated, loved the comfortable king bed! Kids loved the kids bedroom and the pool, couldn’t get them out! My son who’s in a wheel chair enjoyed the accessibility of the house and especially the shower in the master bath! Would love to book again in the future. Only issue was with the family room tv.

I was looking for a place to rent with a pool for a quick get away. This place was near where I have family living and the entertaining space was perfect. Comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor pool/bar kitchen area with firpit. Kitchens and baths were fully stocked. Every person from my 7 year old son, to my 63 year old mom said they want to come back.

This spot is cozy, perfect for family getaways. My kids enjoyed the pool and the game room! They all had to jump in the pool all at once because the water was cold (lol), but overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Maybe next visit, the pool may be heated 😊😉 LOL

This is a very nice well kept property. The only reason for the 4 stars is because we were without hot water for a couple of days because the water heater went out. The owner was very cooperative with us. The only thing that would make this property better is if they had a pool heater.
