This property is a comfortable oasis where 11 members of our family, ages 4 to 72, shared rare, precious time together. Elevator for accessibility is essential for us. Access to the beach is direct and convenient. When they were not at the beach, the sun-soaked pool kept our brood engaged. Many TVs with varied streaming kept everyone entertained at night. The comfortable chairs and tables on the deck and its views of the Gulf are the images that replay in my head. The property managers resolved any minor issues quickly, and owner Eddie's advance and persistent contact were reassuring. Kitchen and dining facilities were easy. I actually prefer the east end of the island near the remote and quiet state park environment.

12 people + 1 house on the beach - hundreds of college coeds = the perfect Spring Break. The beaches of SGI are beautiful, flat, ideal for miles of strolling, only passing an occasional fisherman or vacationing family. The amenities of Pelican Watch were outstanding to include the heated pool, BBQ grill, beach chairs, private walkway to the beach, foot wash and outdoor shower, and a fully furnished house with an unobstructed view. Plenty of space, stocked kitchen, elevator, two decks, picnic table plus ping pong and corn hole games in the shade under the house. Enjoyed the local restaurants and ice cream shop to boot. Owner Eddy was attentive and quick to respond. Easy check in/out. Wish Spring Break lasted a month!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. I love all of the brand new LVP floors. Many windows, lots of light, close to beach, lots of traffic areas for several family members to spread out! Very clean, and the property manager is very helpful to work with us when we had a personal issue!

Our family of 10 (grandparents, two sets of adults, four teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pelican Watch on St. George Island. The house was perfect for our needs, the beach was private and so gorgeous, and the ambience of St. George Island makes for a perfect setting for relaxing, family bonding, and fun in the sun. Eddie is a wonderful host. Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home.

The house was beautiful, clean, and solidly made. EVERYTHING was top notch and all details were covered - from the beds to the furnishings. There were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels for use. It was one of the hottest weeks at the beach but we had no trouble keeping the house cool. All of the showers were great and the internet was reliable. We've had issues at other houses but no complaints at all with this one. Everything this absolutely wonderful. The owners went 'above and beyond' by providing shampoo and conditioner in the showers, extra propane for the grill, beach chairs, outdoor games, a kayak, and a ping pong table. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and we enjoyed having two full refrigerators. We appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to share their beautiful home. Would definitely rent this house again!

This house was gorgeous and so perfect for our family. The pool has a sun shelf that our toddler loved, but gets deep enough to keep older kids busy. There are plenty of chairs for adults to look on, as well as pool toys. There are lots of beach toys and chairs and even a wagon to transport stuff to and from the beach, which is just a short walk over the dunes. The house has everything g you need to feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and pillows are so comfortable and Eddie was so nice to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt like we were at home away from home. The beach was quiet and beautiful and we loved finding shells. The whole area just feels so laid back and friendly and peaceful. We loved it.

We had a big family vacation and the house was perfect! The elevator was great for older grandparents and loading and unloading upon arriving and leaving. I can't say enough about how much we loved the pool! It was great for our kids ages 3-8! The bedrooms were spacious and laid out well, each with private bathrooms. There was also beach chairs, body boards, and even a kayak to use there, and the best little sand wagon! It was especially nice that the short board walk to the beach is all flat, no steps! We would definitely love to stay here again! The communication with the ow we was great and we didn't have any issues at all.

The house is very spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked for people who like to cook, The bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable, the heated pool was great, we were ON the beach with a private boardwalk, each floor had its own balcony and both had incredible views! The elevator made it easy for my parents to access the different floors and the outside, parking was more than needed (fit my large truck and our SUV with ease), and the beach is just incredible and not crowded at all. This was our first visit to the area and we are sold on it. I wish we could have stayed longer. Amazing location, perfect house and an outstandingly accommodating host. We will most certainly be back!
