River was wide and full. Porch was very inviting. I loved the sound of the wind chime. We had fun in the game room the first night and went to explore the surrounding area on the second day. Don't miss Helton Creek Falls. Its down a long dirt road but just keep going and there will be a parking lot and it is a short, moderate treck to the 2 decks overlooking the falls. Came back and enjoyed the hammock and firepit that evening. Beds were very comfortable for 6 adults. Although it was fun strategically stealing the 4 softer sitting spots from each other, adding a loveseat or cushioned bench to the living room would help for larger groups. We were a little early in the season to see the rhododendrons in full bloom, so I will be keeping this cabin saved in my app, for a future visit. I highly recommend this cabin. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We absolutely loved this property. Such a peaceful place! We enjoyed the game room, the porch was perfect for morning coffee. We fished from the back yard and caught several trout. The kids tubed to the cabin and then further down. We saw birds, deer and even an eagle fly straight down the river. It was something for everyone to enjoy.

Property was as listed. Host responded quickly to questions we had. Game room was hit. It was a great relaxing time.

The cabin was homey, clad in classic wood paneling and floors. There was a fun game room. And a divine Hot tub. We didn't get a opportunity to experience the outside because it rained during our stay, but hopefully we will, as we definitely plan to return.

All the comforts of home. Amazing view! We loved the river just out the back door and the hot tub was just the right touch. Bed in the downstairs room was sooo comfortable. Best sleep we've had in awhile! Had a very relaxing and restful weekend escape.

Nice and quiet area. Not too far from town, Helen and Blue Ridge about 35 mins away. House was as described and owners were excellent. Would book with them again.

We enjoyed our stay at Memory Lane Cabin. It was everything we needed. We had our Daughter, Son in law, and two granddaughters with us. Our son and his family was about 5 minutes away from us. I think the adults enjoyed the game room as much as the kids. It was a wonderful stay! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin.

We absolutely loved our time on memory lane! Its right on the rover which was great for my kids to cafch crawfish and throw a line in. The property is very nice...lots of space to run or relax. The game room is a great touch! The area is beautiful and everything is convenient and close. Helen is only a short drive away which we loved too! We usually like more seclusion then this place has, being that there is a cabin on either side of it and there is a highway on the other side of the river, but the area is nice and quiet and peaceful. Check in and check out were very easy and the host is quick to respond. We would love to rent this place again in the future!

We definitely enjoyed our stay, and would consider this rental again in the future. The property was located near a busy road (behind the house). It wasn't an issue with noise while inside, but you could hear traffic when you were in the yard. Also, We didn't realize that the "game room" was actually a converted garage, but there were a couple of portable heaters that worked to offset the cooler temperatures.

We had the most amazing and relaxing mini vacation. The home is so beautiful, comfortable and clean. We fished in the backyard stream and played ping-pong and mostly enjoyed the weather and the views. We plan to return in the Spring!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The river behind the cabin was great to have. Sitting outside each morning while enjoying the wrap around porch was very nice. Hot tub worked great and we even got to see the massive family of deer that the host mentioned. Great communication from the host anytime we asked questions while heading up. The game room is a great addition. Star gazing at night was beautiful. I loved how everyone respected the wildlife by making sure it was as dark as possible at night. No one mentions that you can consistently hear the road noise from vehicles passing by on the other side of the river. That would not deter me at all from coming back to this great little cabin but should be mentioned. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking and eating implements you could need. Huge plus being out in the woods but still a nice short drive to the main town for supplies and dinner. We definitely would recommend this lovely cabin and the hosts!

The property sits on a nice leveled open field. We enjoyed frisbee, took advantage of the spacious backyard for a relaxing firepit & smores. Created some beautiful memories watching countless stars and crecent moon. Be sure to bring a telescope for moon gazing! The river was perfect and so was the hot bath. A wonderful family getaway!

Such a nice get-a-way, my husband and older boys were completely occupied between the game room and fishing. The younger kids enjoyed the river! It was very clean and a nice stay. The only thing to consider is the loft if you need to put young ones to bed early and limited seating in the den. Blairesville is so close and enough choices of places to eat which is nice.

Our stay at Memory Lane was truly memorable. We enjoyed the peaceful and serene setting. It was just what the Dr. ordered. Everything was within close driving distance. We stopped for a few items before arriving, but wish we’d checked the cabin first. We purchased items that were already in the cabin. William was always quick to respond and thought of everything, even letting us know we could check in early if we arrived early.

The location was very peaceful. We enjoyed spending time in the river floating around. The hot tub was a clean nice addition. We had fun challenging each other in the game room. It was easy to stream on the TV’s. We saw lots of wild life. We also enjoyed the hike at nearby Desoto Falls. Downtown Blairsville is a short drive with many restaurants and little shops. I thought the cost was very fair for the property.

We loved our stay on Memory Lane. We had 3 little children and it was a perfect house and location. Our hosts had everything to make our stay comfortable . The river is literally just steps away from the back porch. We ALL had a wonderful time cooling off in the cold water. The hot tub was such a nice feature too. Husband enjoyed hiking at nearby brasstown bald but my sister and I never wanted to leave! Billy and Keri were wonderful hosts. Communication with them was always quick. I would absolutely recommend Memory Lane Cabin for your next family getaway.

I sat on the porch most mornings and enjoyed my first cup of coffee to the sounds of the river and birds whistling to each other. God made a beautiful, wonderful world.

Loved the location and ease of getting to the property. Host was very attentive and provided great info on things to do and places to visit. Furniture and bedding was comfortable and outside amenities were great. Loved the fire pit and river access. Caught a few rainbow trout and grilled it over the fire pit. Love the Blairsville area normally stay in Mineral Bluff but it wasn’t available so gave this location a try. Now due to ease of river access, proximity to restaurants, attractions, and nearby towns will be returning in October. Thanks for sharing your home with us your hosting was awesome .

True North Georgia vacation. Comfortable house with beautiful river, water was cold but it is April. Perfectly centered for all attractions.

First of all the hosts were amazing. Communication was fantastic from arrival to departure. The recommendation for Twisted Pizza was amazing - seriously some of the best pizza we have all had. My husband and I chose this place because we have 3 kids aged 7, 6 and 4 and knew they would love the river, hot rub and game room. We werent wrong! Stocked supplies in the kitchen for cooking. Kuerig was awesome for me so i didnt have to bring my mini. Stocked pond fishing was about 30 minutes. Helen was about 30 minutes away. Plenty of things to do in the area we didnt even get to experience. The fire pit was great for a smores. Hammock and swing very relaxing. We are already planning spring break for next year and will 100% be back. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

Perfect short get away location mountains, creek, hot tub, just outside of town and very quick reaponses from owners with any questions we had. No doubt we will be using this cabin again in the future.

The cabin was absolutely wonderful! Clean, tidy, and everything that was advertised! The host communication was by far some of the best I've had with VRBO and couldn't have been more accommodating! It was way to much space for just me, but the location felt very safe and secure! I will absolutely be renting again for another trip!
