The property was exactly as described. We had to cut our stay short, but our 2 nights there were great. Communication with property manager was easy and prompt. We would stay again.

Communication with Property Manager was excellent. Came in from a very hot day to no air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved. Bathrooms dated with a very deep step to get in and out of shower/tub. Never sat on the couch but it did have a few stains. Televisions very small for size of rooms. We did not use Kitchen, but it seemed to be adequate.

Great space for a short term visit to Nashville. Ideal location for walking distance to downtown. Everything you require if you decide to eat in. King bed was comfortable, and having a second 1/2 bath was a bonus.

We stayed for a long weekend. The location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and venues. We did not cook but kitchen appeared well stocked. The building was quiet. The trolley tour stops across the street. Overall very comfortable but the bathroom can do with an update

Condo was clean and beautiful. Location in the Gultch was perfect being able to walk to many restaurants and bars. Communication with the host went seamless from booking to checkout.

Our family of four stayed here over a long weekend in October. We were very pleased with our stay! The location is exceptional with access to the best of The Gulch. We walked about at night and never felt unsafe. We asked for a mattress topper and extra pillows for the sofa bed after the first night and it was promptly and graciously delivered same day. Very accommodating hosts to work with and a great property !

Stayed with friends to celebrate a birthday. Property management was great in communication and let us get in early! Place was okay…pull out couch was uncomfortable and shower was less than desirable.

This condo was exactly what we were expecting! Gorgeous views of downtown, extremely walkable location, safe! The bed was SO comfortable too! Will definitely be back!!

Good stay, but I wouldn't recommend it because os the noisy, clanging, a/C system. We had to catch up on our sleep after we left.

Great little apartment in a wonderful location in the Gulch. Communication was very easy during the reservation, check-in and check-out process. The property is just as pictured. We appreciated very much that there was some coffee in the cabinet for our first morning there - the grocery store right across the street is so convenient. We were able to walk or easily Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The sofa bed is.... a sofa bed. Would definitely come back.

Perfection!! The property managment knows what they are doing. The loft was clean and stocked with all the must haves of a VRBO. They answered any questions we had in a timely manner and they are fully prepared for any oops there guest may experience ( like locking ourselves out). We found paid parking at the lofts and neighbor hood was very safe. Lots of restuarants,pubs, honky tonks and shopping within walking distance.

Great time staying at the gulch for new years weekend! Lots of good places to eat within walking distance and only about 10 min from the bars on Broadway! 10/10 would stay again!

First time visit to Nashville for girls weekend. Location of this place was in the Gulch and we found it to be perfect for us! Close to food and shopping, quiet neighborhood but close to trolley stop and all things Nashville! Apartment was clean and had all we needed for our visit. Felt safe in the area as well! Would recommend especially for anyone wanting to be close to it all but not in thick of Broadway!

Location was extremely convenient to sights and sounds of Nashville. Think the place needs some updating….bed uncomfortable, bathrooms need some storage/ shelves, bulb in bathroom out, shower weak. Also another chair in living room besides couch. 4 adults on a couch is tight. Been to other rentals and this just seems to need some extras for the cost.

First time in Nashville, wasn’t sure what area to stay in but knew we didn’t want to be on Broadway. The Gulch area was great - restaurants/bars close by yet close enough to walk to Broadway & the heart of Nashville. Loved having a kitchen to make breakfast each day before we started our sight seeing. The management office was also super responsive Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo & Location!
This condo was so awesome & perfectly located to walk to tons of places. Great food all around! The place was super clean & had all the housewares needed for the perfect stay! The property manager was super fast at responses & overall a fabulous experience! Can’t wait to come back!!
