Only negative about the townhouse was that there was no propane in the tank for us to grill out after having bought food. Also, the TV stations cut in and out and did not get good reception.

This was a girls trip to visit the Animal Sanctuary nearby. The townhouse is beautiful and everything you need is within a 5 minute drive. The agent was very helpful and check in and out was super simple.

We really liked that there weee nice easy walking trails just a few blocks away. This wasn’t advertised but we were pleasantly surprised to find them.

Very clean, stocked kitchen, spacious rooms. I’d give perfect except that we came up for a volunteer weekend and planned to host a dog from Best Friends Sanctuary for a sleepover. The VRBO listing says dog friendly but when we arrived late at night and read the instructions/guide information it said no dogs allowed due to owner allergies. It was late at night and we had to get up early in the am to volunteer and did not have cell service at the sanctuary to contact the management about it. A bit disappointed. We didn’t want to bring a dog and ask for forgiveness later or wind up with a cleaning bill so we didn’t bring a sleepover dog

This was our favorite rental during our two-week trip to Utah—a great location for the parks we wanted to visit. The house was clean, well-stocked, easy to live in. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the complex. Would stay again.

We thought this property was a great value! Comfortable beds all around, every room was immaculate and it was easy to access the national parks, local excursions. Check in/out process was a breeze and communication was almost immediate. We’d definitely recommend this location; especially good for families with older kids. One suggestion would be to add a table lamp in the living room for reading.

Our stay at Zion Stay was a perfect hub for all local attractions. The place was fully stocked with all items needed. I would definitely stay again. The host had great communication!

This place was super clean. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, and utensils. Lots of clean fluffy towels. The information supplied on the Kanab area was very helpful.
A very tiny picky complaint was that the light over the sink did not work.

Kanab- Fall Break
We loved our stay! The location was great and easy to find. Quiet neighborhood that was not far from a park and grocery store. Our kids were thrilled that the condo pool was still open in October. So many wonderful activities and things to do- we could have stayed another four days!

Weekend Get-a-Way
This place was spotless. Extremely clean. Exactly as advertised. GREAT location! 1.5 hrs from Zion, Bryce, The Wave, Antelope, N. Grand Canyon and others. Cool little town too. HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing!
The townhouse was amazing, everything seemed brand new and we loved Kanab as it is centrally located to many things we wanted to do (Zion, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Horseshoe Bend, Wire Pass/Buckskin Gulch, etc). The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice, it is much larger than it appears in the pictures. Highly recommend!

Great stay
The place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. We loved the pool and the bbq. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go to. The host also provided a lot of information regarding nearby attractions and was immediately responsive to inquiries.

Beautiful townhouse
Our family of four had a wonderful time in Kanab, in the cozy townhouse in the El Pueblo neighborhood. We got recommendations on various activities to do in the area well before our arrival, and the contactless check-in went super smoothly. Clean, beautiful place, great location - would definitely come again!

Perfect
This townhouse had it all and fit our needs perfectly. Kanab is a great home base for Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, and Grand Canyon North Rim. The townhouse had plenty of everything for an extended stay. Would definitely stay again.

Well, that’s what all the literature regarding the attractions of the area surrounding Kanab say anyway, and I would concur.
We rented this condo as a home base to explore the beauty of the area and it was perfect.
The condo has all of the amenities and plenty of room. I would definitely consider staying there again.
